Chapter 819 Vision From The Salamander

Chapter 819 Vision From The Salamander

“Lenny Tales! One day, I’ll get you for this!!!” On saying this, one of its heads, the one for acidic gas, released green smoke all over its body.

Knowing the effects of the smoke, Lenny backed off. However, the moment he waved his hand to blow the green smoke away, it had disappeared.

Salamander the coward had disappeared. All that remained was a deep crater to show that the primordial beast was still there.

Lenny deactivated the Living Eye.

Now, he only had one activation left. However, for the gains this time around, he felt that it was worth it.

After all, he had stolen two cores from Salamander that essentially formed a part of the beast’s power.

Then again, it had also exhausted Lenny of all his remaining magic points and a great deal of his stamina.

If the Primordial beast had stayed to continue the fight, Lenny would have had no choice but to turn tail and leave. Nevertheless, it did live up to its title as a coward.

At the sign of danger or threat to its life, it ran away. Unlike its siblings that would rather stay and fight. After all, Crimson Seraph even gave its life for what it believed in.

All that remained was the echo of the primordial beast’s threat that hung in the air.

At this moment, the entire city, once filled with life and activity, had gone totally silent.

An entire city had been eradicated. Emptied of its inhabitants because of Lenny’s Will. And high up in the sky, revolving like its own sun was a giant red ball of blood.

Lenny waved his hands, bringing out the items he had taken from the Primordial beast.

He brought out his other two invitation stones and placed them together with the other two.

Now, he had four invitation stones.

The moment he placed them together, he made a cut on his palm, and some of his blood fell on them.

Instantly, the blood acted like a needle sewing the invitation stones together.

As if having a life of its own, the stones took over one another. Their energies flowing into each other like the embrace of long-lost lovers, happy to see one another again.

As this happened, it shone with an ethereal red light as it floated in the air, becoming one.

Finally, it was done.

Lenny waved his hand, and the one stone, now slightly bigger, came to him.

The stone was red all over which surprised Lenny. After all, the last time he saw the joining of the invitation stones, it was purple.

Then again, that time, the invitation stones had been corrupted by the Undead commander.

Lenny turned to the next item. It was the statue with many faces.

These faces all looked to be alive. Each one a different species. Some, Lenny had seen before, and some others, he had never ever seen. Each face carrying a different expression.

<Appraiser>

<Organ Of Fates> <Usage: change the Destined fate of any imprinted creature.> <Note: Imprint can only happen if the creature is below or close to the power level of the Host. Only a drop of blood of the creature is needed for Imprint to occur.> <Imprint lasts until the artifact is destroyed>

“Hmmm!” Lenny thought this to be a very interesting item. He did not know how Salamander the coward got such an item, but it was now his, and he would use it as he saw fit.

He placed the item back into his storage, and then he waved his hands, bringing out the two cores that came from Salamander.

One of these Cores was shining white, but looked like sparks of thunder were about it, and the second one was mellow, and looked like water, but gave a very chill feeling, as if it would freeze the whole world over.

Each core was the size of a small ball no larger than the fist of an adult.

Lenny instantly took the thunder ball, as he activated his Gluttony Ability.

And then it happened. Loads of electricity rushed from the ball as if to destroy Lenny. It practically snaked through his hands to his body, exploding his flesh and muscles all the way.

Blood splashed from Lenny’s body, but before it could even touch the ground, it was completely burnt off.

“Hmmm! A little stubborn are we!?” Lenny chuckled to himself as he released his aura, and killing intent.

He understood what was happening. The owner of this Core was still alive, and therefore, its Will, still defiant.

Fortunately, the owner of the core was a coward and therefore, this Will was also a coward’s Will.

With a little show of threat and superiority, the Core gave in.

And then Lenny entered a trance. It was just like the time he had consumed Crimson Seraph’s core.

He was seeing through the Salamander’s eyes.

At least, he was seeing through the eyes of one head.

Just like before, Lenny saw the birth process from when the Salamander was an egg at the core of the earth.

He saw the hatching process and all the other siblings including Crimson Seraph.

Lenny assumed that it was going to just be the same thing all over again. but he soon discovered that he had been greatly wrong.

The scene changed and then everything also changed.

This was a different world.

But yet, it still felt like he was in the world.

However, upon proper observation, Lenny understood what was happening.

The Salamander had the ability to force itself through the little gaps of different realms.

Lenny looked closer, and he discovered that the rest of the Salamander’s body was not in this new world. Instead, it was just its head.

This world was dark, but not so dark that one could not see.

The physics here did not make any sense, as things that should fall to the ground went up to the sky, and it even had fish swimming in the air.

It was at this moment that a large golden webbing resembling the home of a spider was seen.

Within it, three people could be seen arguing. These three, Lenny recognized their voices, After all, there were…
