Davis carefully watched Evelynn mine. Her antics became funny to watch after some time, making him and the others relax as they watched her mine the immortal crystals.

Eterna sat at the edge of the pool and giggled.

Davis nodded proudly while Mingzhi gave a side-eye, knowing he was eying Evelynn's fun bags. However, Mingzhi had to admit the experience was like watching a streamer play a mining game.
Seeing that Evelynn was safe, they diverted their attention to Isabella and Shirley.
Isabella seemed to reach the hidden cave behind a lavafall while Shirley still seemed to be on her way to searching a Hidden Pagoda, traversing on the mountain range.

Celestia asked.
She had come out of the pool and was lying on Natalya's body comfortably. When they heard her question, everyone felt guilty for some reason. Celestia was so innocent because Eterna looked like she already understood a bit, her eyes turning cold like those of her mother, Shirley.

Eterna harrumphed in her cute voice as she shrugged.
She was lying on Davis as she said that, causing Davis to be moved before he patted her head and inwardly praised her.
"Celestia, come here."
Davis beckoned, and Celestia did so obediently. She stood beside him, causing him to lift her up and place her on his lap to Eterna's side, holding them dear.
"A demon spawn or a vile spawn is a derogatory term used to address children who are born out of wedlock or without the approval of their parents and elders. It should not be taken seriously since we do not consider the parents' or elders' opinions to be the most important when it comes to marriage. Ideally and by law, the two individuals involved in the marriage have the most say."

Eterna and Celestia responded. Marriage was too far for them as they only knew of training and didn't know any boy of similar age, so they couldn't relate. However, they understood that they would have the most say in their marriages, causing them to smile sweetly.
Their understanding of marriage was there would be sweet boys willing to give their life for them and celebrations, mostly celebrations. Other than that, they still weren't sure how children were born as it was kept under wraps or confused from everyone's different opinions.

He didn't know if his six year old daughters were already dreaming of getting married, making him inwardly cry.

Her mannerisms made Davis blink.
"Mother already taught us what to do if we're provoked," Celestia answered.
"What did she say?" Davis asked, causing Celestia to answer obediently.
"Mother said we can either kill them or ignore them if they go too far or out of reach."
"Yes~ My mother Shirley also said to cleave them apart like they're chickens or ignore them like they're ants~" Eterna raised her hand as though she was holding a butcher's blade before she flicked a finger and acted all pompous with her hands folded.

Mingzhi spat out the juice she drank to the side, causing Myria to be splashed in it. However, she raised her hand and stopped the juice from staining her.

Davis didn't know what to say.
It wasn't like Mingzhi laughed. She was speechless.
However, they both knew they had to teach their children reality, but they didn't know how to go about it as they also felt like they shouldn't be advocating killing to their children. They felt it was enough if they dirtied their hands but clearly, such wishful thinking wasn't entertained by Eterna and Celestia's mothers.
