ABSOLUTE RESONANCE

Chapter 1200: Completing the Divine Cultivation Serum

Chapter 1200: Completing the Divine Cultivation Serum

When they returned to Dragon’s Fang Mountain, Jiang Qing’e and Li Hongyou stayed with Li Luo in his cottage. After all, it was a large residence that could easily spare two more rooms. For the next two days, Li Luo completely relaxed himself. He had been constantly strung up for half a year; even on the trip back, he had to maintain his vigilance at all times.

Now that he was back in Dragon’s Fang Mountain, he could finally heave a sigh of relief and take it easy.

He spent his time visiting Li Jingzhe just to chat, as well as catching up with Li Rouyun and Ox Biaobiao.

Li Luo had also brought Jiang Qing’e to the Fiendish Devil Peak of the Dragon’s Fang Lineage during this time. They met the new generation of the four banners over there. As soon as they saw the arrival of the ex-Dragon’s Head, they got very excited. They had all heard the stories of the legendary Li Luo, and they were overjoyed that they could catch a glimpse of the man himself. Li Luo interacted with them calmly and humbly. From time to time, he glanced over at Jiang Qing’e with a pleased expression. Hopefully, she was taking note of all that was happening here. He was truly a legendary figure in the Dragon’s Fang Lineage who had established numerous records!

At the same time, some of the more daring new banner members had approached Jiang Qing’e to strike up a conversation. However, Li Luo stepped in with a smile. He introduced his fiancee and told them that she had already reached the Duke Stage and thus would be joining him in the Dragon’s Fang Guardians.

This statement caused another uproar amongst the crowd. So, the Third Young Master of the Dragon’s Fang Lineage already had a fiancee?

She was so beautiful and charming. Most importantly, she was already a Duke!

And at such a young age too?!

Just how talented was she?! All the other beauties that they had seen paled in comparison to her.

The new banner members were so shocked that they did not know what else to say. All of them stared at Jiang Qing’e in surprise.

Perhaps only someone like her was worthy of being with the previous Dragon’s Head.

With that, Li Luo left with Jiang Qing’e, a satisfied look plastered on his face. The new members watched them go with both shock and envy.

On their way back, Jiang Qing’e looked at Li Luo with a look full of amusement mixed with frustration. It seemed like this guy was lying when he said he would guide her around the place and let her have a look at the sights. His real intention was to simply show her off in a different way.

Li Luo put on a sheepish grin. He then grabbed her slender hand and explained, “When we arrive in the Dragon’s Fang Guardians, I’ll introduce my Elder Brother and Second Sister to you. They treated me really well when I first arrived, and they’ve helped me out a lot. I did tell them in the past that I have an unparalleled fiancee, but they simply did not believe me. I can’t wait to see their reactions when they get to meet you in the flesh.”

Jiang Qing’e rolled her eyes. “I will not help you out if you get a beating over this.”

Li Luo replied in a whiny tone, “It’s not a crime to flaunt your fiancee.”

Jiang Qing’e shook her head, too lazy to entertain him any further.

With that, the two of them returned to Li Luo’s residence. They came across Li Hongyou, who had been taking care of the flowers in the garden. Over the past two days, she had been taking it easy as well. This was not the college, so she did not have to accept any missions. As such, she had spent the past two days in a carefree manner.

However, she did not want to tag along with them whenever they visited Li Jingzhe after that initial visit. In her words, Li Jingzhe’s presence was too oppressive, and only Li Luo and Jiang Qing’e could look him straight in the eyes. They were the only ones who could relax and enjoy the meals he prepared personally. Just sitting at the same table was a little suffocating, and she could not enjoy her meal in peace.

Naturally, Li Luo did not force her to go. He only mentioned that they would have to spend a few more days in Dragon’s Fang Mountain. If she found it boring, she could take a walk around the place as well.

Following this, Li Luo headed to the cultivation chamber at the top of his residence. He had taken two days to rest, and it was time to get back to serious business.

The most important task for him was to complete the Divine Cultivation Serum. This was an extremely valuable treasure that could directly increase his lower eighth-grade resonance into a ninth-grade one. It was the most mysterious item that Li Luo had come across to date. In fact, such a treasure could probably tempt the heart of even a King. As such, he did not dare to take it out when he was outside.

Even though it was considered safe in the Heavenly Origin Ancient College, there were a lot of people around. He did not want to complicate things. After all, who knew what could happen over there?

If it caused too much of a commotion, people could come for him on his way back if they did not attempt to rob him immediately.

Hence, he had decided to take it out only after returning to Dragon’s Fang Mountain.

This was the headquarters of the Dragon’s Fang Lineage. Many mighty fighters stood guard here and he was under the protection of a trusted Dual Crowned King. This was the only place where Li Luo felt completely safe.

In the cultivation chamber at the top floor, Li Luo took out the golden cauldron he had received from the White Ape. He channeled a little resonant power into it, and it flew into the air and expanded. It returned to its original size of hundreds of feet in width and landed on the ground.

The golden light circulated in the cauldron, and countless ancient runes could be faintly seen.

Li Luo could sense his three resonant palaces trembling violently as soon as he saw the gold light. Even the resonant power that was flowing in his body was stimulated by it.

Li Luo took a deep breath. He calmed the emotions in his heart and took out the seedling of the high-grade Tree of Resonant Power from his pocket sphere.

The bright green seedling’s appearance caused life force to surge, allowing his spirit to feel refreshed and cleansed in its presence.

The golden cauldron began to shake in response as well. The golden liquid within the cauldron began to boil, and when bubbles surfaced, they popped, creating a comforting sound that reverberated through the air.

The Divine Cultivation Serum was truly exceptional. It appeared to have a mind of its own and knew that the seedling would allow it to reach a state of completion.

Li Luo did not hesitate. He flicked his finger, and the seedling flew directly into the golden cauldron. The golden liquid boiled vigorously and swallowed it up.

At the next moment, a terrifying force exploded inside the cauldron. The worldly natural energy around his residence reacted violently, and a gigantic energy vortex materialized. It completely enveloped the peak that his residence was located on.

Naturally, such a huge commotion drew many curious gazes.

Many people flew into the air and looked over with looks of suspicion in their eyes.

However, the void shuddered before they could go over to check things out. The image of Li Jingzhe appeared in the middle of the sky, and all of them bowed down respectfully.

Li Jingzhe waved his hand and said, “It’s nothing. You can stand down.”

The ones who had seen the disturbance remained curious despite Li Jingzhe’s words. However, they did not dare to probe any further and left hurriedly.

Li Jingzhe stood in the sky and looked over at Li Luo’s residence. His aged face had a hint of surprise as he mumbled to himself, “Such a miraculous disturbance. Is a treasure going to be born? Just what kind of opportunity did Li Luo come across to get it? It looks like he’s pretty smart, only taking it out upon returning to Dragon’s Fang Mountain.”

Such a development had piqued even Li Jingzhe’s interest. If Li Luo had decided to do this outside, it would have definitely attracted a lot of unwanted attention.

Li Jingzhe stood with his hands behind his back. He did not leave the area and planned to stand guard for Li Luo. Although it would definitely be safe in the Dragon’s Fang Mountain Range, he would feel more assured if he personally watched over his grandson.

Li Luo had also sensed the commotion outside. Although he was a little afraid, he had been very careful and hadn’t revealed the cauldron to anyone to prevent an unwanted situation from arising.

“Phew.”

Li Luo heaved a sigh of relief. He sat cross-legged beside the golden cauldron and watched it with eyes full of anticipation.

After all these years… the ninth-grade resonance that he had always dreamed of was finally in front of his eyes.
