Am I A God?

The world stopped moving when the killer cat lunged at Zhao Yao with its blade-like fingers and a ferocious look on its face.

When Zhao Yao saw Xiao Shi Yu lying on the floor in a puddle of blood, he remained as composed as ever.

He removed a mask from his pocket and froze time for 2 seconds. At the next instance, he had launched a barrage of attacks on the killer cat.

He made use of the extreme speed which “Boiling Point’ had endowed him with. Within 4 seconds, the movements of his punches had turned into afterimages as he continued his attack ceaselessly. He finally paused when time resumed as per normal.

He landed a total of twenty-eight punches. He had used every ounce of energy in him in all the punches, and they were infused with “Boiling Point”. Each was equivalent to a professional boxer’s knockout punch, and it felt as if you were slammed by a hammer that weighed hundreds of pounds.

When the impact of these punches exploded onto killer cat’s face, it felt as if an enormous truck had crashed directly onto its face.

In Lin Chen’s field of vision, he saw that the killer cat suddenly paused in its movement. The man opposite killer cat seemed to have only waved his arm and an invisible force which came from nowhere sent killer cat flying off.

When the killer cat stood up again, its head had already been deformed, and it was bleeding profusely. Its nose had sunken into its skull as if it was a pit

“Hello? Lin Chen!”

“What happened?”

“Tell us! What is happening right now?”

Lin Chen was taken aback by this scene, and he could not react to the questions being thrown at him.

This was the first time that killer cat had been subdued.

Killer cat let out a thunderous howl as it stood there. Its eyes turned bloodshot instantly as it straightened its back. Its facial features were distorted, but it was getting ready for its counterattack.

However, at the next moment, a ray of red light flashed across Elizabeth’s eyes. The killer cat realized that it could not move its body and could only stand there as it watched Zhao Yao walked towards it.

Both the killer cat and Lin Chen were taken aback by what was happening. Then, Elizabeth let out a small meow which marked the start of the illusion.

A pair of flaming wings appeared on Zhao Yao’s back and a huge door opened behind it. It opened to a sea of emptiness, and many spirits were emerging from it.

“This masked man! This guy! What kind of power is this,” Lin Chen stared at Zhao Yao with his mouth wide open.

By that time, Zhao Yao had already reached the killer cat. Zhao Yao was encircled by the spirits floating around him as he said coolly, “Do you see them? These are the spirits that you have sent to the afterworld, and they are here for you.”

However, the killer cat did not reply. It just continued to stare at Zhao Yao. Zhao Yao could sense an intense anger emanating from those pair of eyes. The killer cat was thinking about how to escape from Elizabeth’s power and was willing its muscle to move.

Zhao Yao let out a smirk and used his time control abilities to continue his assault on the killer cat. At that moment, Elizabeth’s power had been disrupted.

In Lin Chen’s eyes, the killer cat was hammered by an enormous invisible force when Zhao Yao lightly tapped it. Blood spurted out of its head as it flew twenty meters away and landed among the bushes.

Before it landed in the bushes, the killer cat instantaneously leaped towards Zhao Yao with its monstrous claws, aiming straight for his head.

However, before he managed to make contact with Zhao Yao’s body, Zhao Yao had already disappeared into thin air.

At the next moment, the killer cat was already restrained by the invisible force as it fell to the ground with a loud thud.

Zhao Yao was ambling towards the killer cat. After numerous rounds of time manipulation and an infinite number of punches on it, the killer cat looked as if a giant boulder had crushed it. It was lying motionlessly on the floor and bleeding profusely from every part of its body.

Elizabeth could control and restrained her opponent. However, if the enemies suffered injuries when they were under Elizabeth’s control, Elizabeth might be inflicted with those damages and lose control over its enemies.

However, Matcha’s ability of time manipulation would complement Elizabeth’s power seamlessly. Elizabeth’s power would be disrupted when time was stopped using Matcha’s power. When time resumed, Elizabeth would use her power again to control the enemy. The teamwork between Zhao Yao and Elizabeth had led to a perfect combination.

In Lin Chen’s eyes, the masked man was an adult bullying the killer cat which was like a defenseless child.

The entire sky was enveloped by the spirits. Zhao Yao continued standing there with the flaming wings on his back while the killing cat remained restrained by the invisible force. Every punch and kick by Zhao Yao seemed so light but yet dealt an enormous damage on the killing cat.

Every time the killing cat tried to launch a counterattack, the invisible force would stop it and killer cat would fall to the ground.

“It’s useless.”

Bam! The killer cat’s neck had been twisted 90 degrees as it was thrown against the floor. It was howling in pain as it tried to launch another counterattack on Zhao Yao in futile.

“Isn’t this a familiar scene? It’s just like how you kill and torture your victims.”

The killer cat was once against sent flying off by Zhao Yao’s punch, and it let out a loud road. It was enraged and leaped towards Zhao Yao again.

Once again, it was stopped by the invisible force and fell to the ground.

“You were merciless against the victims who could not defend themselves, isn’t it? It’s exactly like you and me.”

The killer cat was squatting on the floor, with its limbs distorted in a manner that could no longer be recognized. All the muscles in its body were contorting and mutating as they tried to heal its wounds.

Instantly, Zhao Yao teleported in front of it. He lightly patted against the killer cat’s chest. However, he had, in fact, landed a barrage of punches on the killer cat during his time manipulation.

A loud boom was heard as the killer cat was sent flying off like a cannonball into a giant tree nearby. It could no longer control any muscles in its body.

It was impossible for it to survive such an onslaught after losing its power of regeneration.

At that moment, the killer cat found the entire situation extremely absurd.

It initially thought that Zhao Yao would just be an ordinary human being and he could be crushed like an ant. However, once both of them were engaged in the battle, it could not even land a single punch on him.

The confidence that the killer cat had gained after annihilating the elite police officers vanished instantly.

The killer cat could not wrap its head around what was happening.

Killer cat realized that it could not defeat Zhao Yao half a minute into the battle. It was not even a close fight, and the killer cat would have lost even if it was in its best state. It was a one-sided affair, and the killer cat was blown away by Zhao Yao.

The killer cat was furious for not being able to land even a single punch on Zhao Yao.

At that moment, the killer cat was fighting not to win the battle but to vent its anger. It already knew that it had lost the fight to Zhao Yao.

“Lin Chen, what exactly is happening?”

“What happened?”

“Where is the killer cat?”

Lin Chen finally replied after being bombarded by all the questions, “Killer cat has been suppressed.”
