Awakened: Evolving to Godhood

Chapter 314: Ash Grey World Past (a)

Chapter 314: Ash Grey World Past (a)

Freya was so excited that she kneeled before him without considering anything. Not only was her mesmerizing cleavage now exposed to Elliot, but her lowered head was infinitely close to his raised elephant. Although this scene looked like something straight out of a porno, Elliot had no intention of making it one. She was so beautiful that any man would lose control if they saw her kneeling in front of them, but for some reason, Elliot, who was experiencing this lucky chance, didn’t express any desire that a man would’ve for a kingdom-toppling beauty. He showed not a single trace of being enamored with her.

“You’re like hundreds of years older than me, so there’s no need to be so formal with me. You may stand and stop refreshing to me as your eminence. Use my name from now on.”

Thanks to his godly right eye of wisdom, Elliot could see her age, and that was how he knew that she, who was wearing slutty clothes that exposed nearly all of her, was a 380 years old virgin. He didn’t want such an elderly to bow before him as not only was he not used to others kneeling to him, but he also felt more comfortable when others interacted with him in a normal way.

Freya heard his words, and his eyes narrowed in happiness. She didn’t like that he knew how old she was, and she disliked that he revealed her age to her face even more. Did he not know that the best way to annoy a woman announced her age? What kind of man was he?!

“Since you have permitted me, I will treat you informally,” Freya informally said as she stood up and straightened her back, her stern stare landing on his naked handsomeness, several packs, and below them, a great weapon of pride, and whatnot.

Elliot didn’t know how but he realized that he had somehow stepped on her nerves and made her annoyed and unhappy.

Woman, why are these creatures so complicated?

“I need your help,” Elliot cleared his throat after a moment and said those words to her.

“In what way can I help you?” Freya asked humbly, giving off the demeanor of a good subordinate. Her stance showed Elliot that she would do whatever he asked her to do because she was his underling and willing to follow his command.

Freya knew that letting her personal feeling interfere with her job would jeopardize everything she had worked so hard so.

Thus, she set her personal dislike for Elliot aside and treated him like she should.

“Information; tell me about everything you’ve gathered about the spider queen and her plans so far.”

Elliot calmly revealed that he wanted to know everything she knew about the insidious things going down here.

“Well, before I start talking, I believe it would be wonderful if you could adore yourself with some clothes,” Freya said with a smile that was not a smile. There was something called decency in her grammar, and Elliot was breaking the boundary of modesty she liked to walk along with just by existing in his birthday suit.

Elliot wasn’t put off by her words even though they sounded shard and harsh to his ears.

“Compensate me first.” He said with a straight face.

“What? What? You want me to Compensate you for what?” Freya’s rapidly blinking eyes stared at him in bewilderment.

Elliot felt ten thousand imaginary dwarf versions of him slapping their heads and crying out loud that they met a woman so beautiful that God cursed her with retardness, suicidal tendencies, and dementia.

“You’re the one who burned my clothes. Remember?” Elliot said in a somewhat deriding voice; the tone he used to say those words made her think that he was making fun of her intelligence and memorization ability.

“My bad,” Freya said with a defeated look as she knew that she was in the wrong, and she felt that it was already good that he didn’t kill her in friendly fire. “How would you like me to compensate you?”

“Let me have this, and that will settle my score with you,” Elliot said while showing her the destructive metal plate.

“Anything but this.” Freya knew the true worth of this artifact, and it was nothing short of a cheat code that could turn the tides of a person in favor of the person who abuses it intelligently.

“Thank you so much for this.” Elliot acted as he didn’t hear it and, while thanking her, he stored the artifact in his subspace.

Freya speechlessly looked at him with a gawking expression on her face. She had never seen a man as shameless, greedy, and stinky as Elliot.

Elliot turned to look at her.

“Now, can you start talking?” He said, causing her to snap out of her shocked state.

“Oh, right!”

Her petite mouth that was speechless just moments ago, started spewing out words like it was a machine gun blasting out bullets to take down thousands of men and demons alike.

Freya was a royal inhabitant of the Ash Grey World, and she lived in a lively forest that had a branch of the world tree. Although high elves didn’t see eye to eye with her kind, they still respected her as she carried the blood of their king, though thin it was too much. She enjoyed her life and never felt short of warmth, food, and entertainment. It all came crashing down as the demonic goddess, the spider queen, invaded this world and started a war against the elves, dwarves, lizardmen, the winged race, and lastly, the sirens.

The war changed many things. Sirens left for another planet, and so did the winged race. The dark elves betrayed their world, and all the others raced and joined hands with the spider queen, who was trying g to overtake this world with her forces but wasn’t able to as the resistance the original inhabitants put up against her proved to be working in not only slowing her down but also pushing her back to a corner.
