Beastmaster of the Ages

Chapter 2680 - Mysterious Continent

Chapter 2680 – Mysterious Continent

“Could this be Sixth?” Tianming felt a bit uneasy seeing this endless white sea. He remembered that Qingyu had mentioned something about Sixth being an endless white sea. And the sea before him could be described as a dense white cloud that seemed even larger than Ebonia! It also seemed like a giant cocoon, with countless giant beasts moving within.

In any case, it was somewhat eerie.

Fortunately, Tianming didn’t feel like it was targeting him, so he thought it probably wasn’t Sixth. If it were truly this massive, it should have noticed him when he entered.

The dart in his hand was still pulling Tianming forward, indicating that it originated from within the white cloud sea.

“Qingyu, Little Feng, and Sixth!” The white cloud sea before him was the most important thing for Tianming at this stage. Not to mention Lingfeng and Qingyu, the escape of the sixth Primordial Chaos Beast would be his responsibility if it caused any consequences. “If I can bring back Sixth, I’ll have no more weaknesses.” With that in mind, he stopped hesitating. He knew there would be danger ahead, but he was still bound by a rope on his leg.

“Let’s go!” He took a deep breath and charged into the white cloud sea. It felt very strange! The white sea was like water, clouds, and even like cotton. It was uncomfortable, and his entire body experienced a numbing sensation. But for the moment, he didn’t feel any resistance.

“Master said this white cloud sea is a force of the Xenoworld….” As he continued moving forward, he realized that a resisting force had appeared. All he could see was an endless sea of clouds, with no way to distinguish up from down or left from right, and he felt disoriented. After all, this was still the Xenoworld!

If it weren’t for the Xenoworld, it would probably take more than a year to pass through such a massive white sea, though an astralship could likely do it faster. Distances in the Xenoworld were peculiar. Sometimes a light step could take one much farther than they realized. Or perhaps the world had moved a great distance with you at its center.

“It’s getting tougher.” Tianming had been in the Xenoworld for at least two hours, but he still hadn’t felt any resistance on the same level as Xiaodao’s. “It means that my current level is relatively low. Perhaps there won’t be any issues in passing through the sea.”

Tianming focused and continued forward. Another two hours went by and he felt himself accelerating. He couldn’t help but smile wryly. “Turns out, I don’t even have the qualifications to be blocked.” Although it was smooth, he couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed. No matter how strong the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb was, he cared more about his personal strength and level.

The white sea was so mystical that after looking at it for a long time, he began to feel disoriented. There was no concept of up, down, left, or right, and he was constantly spinning. There was no sky or earth. Finally, though he didn’t know how long he had traveled, he suddenly felt a sense of relief as the white cloud sea suddenly vanished, which meant that he had passed through.

“Where is this?” Tianming felt his senses returning to normal. Before his vision was restored, he sensed the most significant change. “The power of heaven and earth!” He opened his mouth and used the primordial breathing technique. The power of this new world rushed toward him and was absorbed into his body.

“The Xenoworld doesn’t have this kind of power!” Tianming quickly discovered that the power in this world was different from nova source. It was more like the primeval source of the hive ancestral world. However, the power in this world was probably meant for nurturing souls, and the part of it flowing toward his brain’s heptastar organ made his soul feel like it was receiving nourishment. Primeval source was more rich, orthodox, and ancient.

“The Xenoworld should also have power. That’s how Meow Meow’s Triworld Afterlife Halls can manifest! So this is the power of the Xenoworld?” Tianming, after sensing the difference in power, looked around.

“Wow!” He was astonished. He hadn’t expected such a vast land to exist within the Xenoworld! He was standing amidst countless mountains and valleys in a desolate world. High mountains, deep seas, and incredibly steep terrain with a seemingly boundless earth and sky. Everywhere was dim and gloomy, with rolling yellow sands and dark clouds that gave the entire world a bleak, oppressive feeling.

It was hard to breathe.

“These mountains are a little too tall. They’re even taller than Mount Taia!” Mount Taia was the tallest peak on Ebonia, but mountains like it were everywhere here.

“The density of power here is about the same as that of Ebonia and even stronger than the current Sun.” This was a world comparable to Ebonia, but it was more like a Flameyellow Continent magnified countless times.

Tianming felt a slight loss of security. He looked down and was relieved to see that the interdimensional line was still wrapped around his leg. It seemed to extend from underground, ignoring the soil and taking on a different form. That wasn’t in line with the rules of the astralscape of order, but he couldn’t be bothered thinking about it in the Xenoworld.

He looked at the dart in his hand. The coordinate markings on it were no longer moving and the dart had lost its luster. “So, it was thrown from somewhere near here?”

Tianming gazed at this mysterious colossal world. He suddenly noticed that the endless vortex in the sky seemed somewhat familiar, and was stunned. “Isn’t this the sea of order?”

Was the sea of order a real place above his head? That would be insane! Without a second thought, he took off and flew into the sky. This time, he realized that he was actually moving, not the world. The change inevitably caused the interdimensional line to be pulled. He could see the rope extending and flew higher, the rope continuing to lengthen and thin.

When Tianming reached a certain height, he was dumbfounded. The interdimensional line had reached its limit and he couldn’t fly any higher. He couldn’t even reach the peak of many mountains.

“Damn….” What kind of place was he in, anyway?
