“Sure.”
“Let’s soar together!” Demoness Yin said.
“We’ll see!” Mister Taihe replied.
“I’ve subdued him, but his people will be here soon. I’ll need your help tying up the loose ends,” Demoness Yin mercilessly said, staring out at the Sky Palace Formation.
“I’m a little interested in that coffin,” Mr. Taihe said.
“It’s yours,” Demoness Yin replied.
“Fine. The kid can be used as bait. You take care of him. Now that I’m here, anyone that comes will die,” Mister Taihe said.
“Thank you for your hard work.” Demoness Yin looked at Tianming with a burning desire. She was already impatient, so much so that her entire body was trembling.
“Can you handle him? Do you have him under control?” Mister Taihe asked, narrowing his gaze.
“You must be joking.” Approaching Tianming, Demoness Yin stretched out her slender fingers and caressed his face. Her lips rose in a charming smile. “He’s already my puppet. I can play with him however I want.”
“Get rid of his lifebound beasts first.” Mister Taihe turned toward the Sky Palace Formation, watching the astralship that was rapidly approaching. It wasn’t the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb, but the Gladean Ruins.
“Hehehe….” Demoness Yin’s icy nails slid down Tianming’s face. Amidst the stabbing pain, her touch sent a chill all over his body. Tianming’s face and chest seemed to bewitch her. She was infatuated, body and mind. The young man remained unchanged, glaring at her with the majesty of a ruler.
“Look at you, still so proud even now. What other tricks do you have up your sleeve?” Demoness Yin pressed down on his chest, smiling seductively as she said, “But I must say, I like you just the way you are. You’re so strong, so hard, so hot you’ll melt away the cold. Only a proud man like you can give me the experience of a lifetime.”
While the entire world burned, she seemed gentle, despite using the most brutal means to control Tianming. He smirked, choosing to preserve his dignity and pride even if such a movement would cause agony. But the more he mocked and despised her, the more Demoness Yin wanted to conquer him, to make him lower his head.
“Look out!”
The voices of two Intrepideans interrupted her. Demoness Yin froze for a moment and looked up. Tianming’s wounded lifebound beasts had somehow escaped from the foundationeers and had rushed to his side.
“What?”
She never thought that such insignificant beasts could be so difficult to deal with. Ying Huo and the others desperately fought, attacking Demoness Yin with their abilities. She had to dodge to avoid being hit, but she wasn’t worried about them because she already had Tianming under control.
The blazing phoenix and its companions quickly surrounded Tianming. Demoness Yin wasn’t sure what they had exchanged through telepathic communication and was shocked to see them all gather near Tianming’s spatial ring.
What’re they trying to do? Although Demoness Yin couldn’t figure it out, Tianming’s fiery gaze and the determination in the eyes of his lifebound beasts made her heart skip a beat.
Why were they so courageous in the face of death? Because they’d already come to a decision the moment the Bloodweaver had appeared and Tianming was attacked from all sides.
At the time, Ying Huo had said to Tianming, “From what I heard, she’s not planning to kill you. She wants to use you for something, so you won’t die now. Can you last a few days? They need you to look for Zi Zhen!”
Tianming grit his teeth. “You’re right.”
“Can you do anything to turn things around?” Ying Huo asked.
“No!” Tianming had to admit that he had exhausted all of his tricks.
“Looks like we’re going to die then! You still have some time left. If you don’t fight now, the rest of us will be completely hopeless when they take away your spatial ring. You should know what to do. Don’t hesitate—either die or fight for a chance to survive! You got that?” Ying Huo said.
“Boss, don’t worry about us! We share life and death. It was you who gave us hope in the past. This time, we’ll fight for you,” Meow Meow added.
“Seventh has already contributed. As older siblings, we can’t let Seventh down!” Lan Huang said.
“We still have omnisentient power. Our compatriots haven’t given up on us. We have an unending stream of power from them. There’s no better time to risk it all….”
The Primordial Chaos Beasts seemed to have matured all at once. Their eyes and words were resolute, firm, and unyielding. They shared the same belief; harsh reality had yet to defeat them. Perhaps that was the meaning of symbiotic cultivation. They didn’t have to say much.
“Let’s do it!” Tianming said.
The three words made their hearts surge with joy. They had risked everything to fight their way back to Tianming. At that moment, Tianming used all his strength to pull out five of the nine nine hundred and ninety-nine aperture fortress-shaped ordered manna from his spatial ring. The properties of the ordered manna matched the Imperator’s Mural—Imperators Inferno, Carnage, Dominium, Carillon, and so on. It was a coincidence that all five of them could find a suitable manna.
Mister Taihe was a specter, and one could see the stars in his eye when he was in the form of a white-haired fiend. He had about two million stars, which was far beyond anyone else in the Infinitum Mundus. However, these ordered manna could raise his star count to nine million nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand.
So as soon as the manna appeared next to Tianming, Demoness Yin, who was closest to him, was so startled she started trembling.
“So many apertures!! What high-level ordered manna!” Not even someone like her could hold back a cry of surprise. Her excitement was obvious.
“What—”
The two foundationeers from Intrepidus and Mister Taihe stopped dead in their tracks, too shocked to speak.
