Chapter 3068 - Are They Even Human
Chapter 3068 – Are They Even Human
Tianming had to admit that the new system was far better than the system of administration from before. Back then, there were many heliacal-class worlds with insignificant resources that ended up overlooked. There were even a good number of people that didn’t know they were being ruled by the Infinitum Bodhimanda and were completely unaware of how big the world truly was.
Once those worlds were connected to each other to allow for interchange, all the people in the Infinitum Mundus would be linked together by the Tianming Dynasty, allowing for talent to be discovered and giving even people from smaller worlds a chance. Going from a heliacal-class world all the way to Ebonia no longer had to just stay a dream!
At the very least, everyone had a chance to play a part in the Infinitum Mundus as long as they took part in Tianming’s cultivation path of sovereignhood. The population of the Sun allowed Tianming to fight at the foundationeer level, and there were hundreds of billions of people on Ebonia. Infinitum had ten million heliacal-class worlds alone, each of them with billions of people living on them.
“If the dynasty really rules over so many people that treat me like a god, even if I don’t have the Sun or Ebonia, I’ll be a true world god!” It was no wonder Tianming had felt that his omnisentient power had grown since returning. He could even feel hints of omnisentient threads forming in the distant worlds of the astralscape. Those threads were still not large in number, but once it reached critical mass it could trigger a chain reaction!
“Once the flames of faith burn bright in every heliacal-class world, the momentum that builds up can’t be stopped. I won’t be able to tap into the energy of the worlds that blaze with faith due to the distance, just like I can’t use omnisentient power from the Sun in Skydome, but if all the worlds in a region burn bright with faith, wouldn’t that create a network of omnisentient threads? If the network’s large enough to span the entire mundus, wouldn’t I be able to access the omnisentient power of the entire mundus as long as I’m in it?”
Even being able to tap into the omnisentient power of a single mundus would be terrifying enough, let alone that of the Million Mundi. The relationship between him and his believers wasn’t a simple one of taking. He was like a formation core that represented their will as a whole; as long as he continued growing his imperial order, he would be able to strengthen his believers in return!
All the mortals and gods that were linked with his imperial order experienced a great cultivation boost. An entire mundus growing powerful together was a terrifying prospect to think of. Wudi and Xiaodao had done the right thing.
“Keep working on this and make sure that everyone in the Tianming Dynasty rises together,” Tianming said.
“Alright.”
Before, Xiaodao and Wudi had merely been trying things out. But since Tianming believed that it was working, they were even more willing to continue doing what they had been doing. Tianming’s legendary exploits against the ebons weren’t made up, after all. It was something that had to be spread so that everyone would know. It seemed that Xiaodao and the rest had busy days ahead of them.
“Ebonia and the Sun are our core foundation at the end of the day. That’s why I have to get the Myriadpath Sourcespring to solve our biggest problem.”
A few months passed and Yin Chen had recovered to its strongest state. They were ready to return to Myriadpath Valley. Tianming had grown a bit stronger compared to when he had left as well. However, he didn’t touch Bloodweaver or the Infinitum Stele. The former was Demoness Yin’s, so Lan Yun might recognize it. As for the Infinitum Stele, it was far too precious and Tianming wasn’t able to subdue its artifact soul yet.
He did take two 999-aperture ordered manna with him, however. One was for Ji Ji, and the other was for Zi Zhen and had a death aspect that suited her. The remaining two had aspects that were closer to Imperatores Venerabilis and Defiance, which nobody had a use for yet, so they were left behind.
After everything was settled, Tianming went to check on Moran and her sisters. They were still messing around in euphoria within the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb. He didn’t even dare to enter it for fear that he wouldn’t be able to leave ever again.
“It’s tempting… but I’d prefer it if they were in their right minds….”
He then returned to Myriadpath Valley with Li Fan.
……
They returned to the Myriadpath Celestial Formation in what felt like an instant, where the two of them went on to hop to the Xenoabyss. Tianming returned right after handing over the manna and warning Zi Zhen about how Ying Huo and the others had failed their evolution, asking her to take precautions.
“Alright,” she said with an obedient nod. It was the first time that Tianming had gifted her anything. She didn’t use it right away, but treated it like a treasure instead.
Tianming spent another month transferring back to the stareye near Myriadpath Valley, though he didn’t personally feel the time elapse. It had been some time since he left the valley.
“We’re finally back!” Now that he was stronger, his goal in Myriadpath Valley was clear.
“You’re so busy hopping from one place to another like that,” Li Fan said, rolling his eyes.
“I’m busy but fulfilled!”
The two of them got on an astralship that brought them back to the valley itself. It was a large ether-class warship, but it was only used as transport. There were quite a lot of others who were going back with them as well; however, the others didn’t really congregate together. Only the younger gold-ring holders joined up with one another and let out obnoxious laughter from time to time. Being from elite families in the valley, it almost felt like they had the right to parade their superiority over others.
Li Fan enviously looked at them and muttered, “If only I was born in Myriadpath Valley….”
“Don’t be ungrateful. Compared to the countless lifeforms in the astralscape, you’re already standing at the top and inferior to nobody but them. Just compare yourself to those from mortal worlds and you’ll know how much better you have it,” Tianming chided.
“Are they even human?” Li Fan snapped.
Tianming gave the back of Li Fan’s head a slap. “I’m from one of the mortal worlds, you know.”
“Hmph, keep making things up, why don’t you?” Li Fan sneered.
Right as Li Fan was about to laugh, Tianming shot a hostile gaze ahead. He didn’t think that anyone would cause him trouble aboard the ship, so he hadn’t sent Yin Chen out. But even if he had done so, he wouldn’t be able to avoid trouble.
A group approached them and fanned out to surround them, all of them bearing gold myriadpath rings.
“Huang Daoxiong, Chu Tianyu and Qiu Ciling….”
