City Lord Davis invited them inside and cupped his hands.

The Azure Tree Realm Master, now a Seraphic Azure Tree, wore a robe shaded with verdant green and azure, its flowing fabric etched with delicate patterns of leaves and vines. It was unknown if they were just embroidery or a part of her body. Further outside, the edges of her robe shimmered with faint golden threads.

Her hair cascaded in long, silky waves of deep forest green, streaked with vibrant streaks of azure that glimmered faintly. Her hair was crowned as though it were intertwined branches, adorned with tiny gemstones that sparkled like the stars.

Her face was veiled, but her expression was serene and timeless, with a gentle yet commanding presence. She had almond-shaped eyes the color of ancient jade, glowing softly with a natural luminescence. Her skin was smooth, with a faint greenish undertone, letting one know that she wasn't human.

She possessed six azure wings. They were translucent and appeared more like fairy wings than feathered or scaled wings.

Epsila was nowhere to be seen, but he knew she was likely in Divinacia's life ring or even her inner space within the tree.

Fairy Divinacia stepped forward and asked politely.

"You are…?"

"Guess."

City Lord Davis said with some curiosity and expectation, wondering if Fairy Divinacia would be able to tell. After all, what she was seeing was none other than City Lord Kain Waterland standing in front of her, draped in a lavish purple robe while his white hair flowed down freely.

What's more, karmic impersonation not only made him appear as City Lord Kain but also actively distorted the observer's perception and karmically blocked their recognition ability, making them unable to tell that he was Davis Loret, the Divine Emperor of Death, even if it was just from pure logic alone. "What is this about?" Head Guard Rowen asked curiously.

Head Guard Rowen paused for a moment before he nodded, "Will do."

He looked around with some longing before he turned around and left.

City Lord Davis watched him leave before he walked with Fairy Divinacia and made small talk with her because she was so spooked that she wasn't able to utter a word.

He had asked Fairy Divinacia to look after Evelynn, but now, with her here, that would prove to be difficult. So he kept apologizing for troubling her.

Eventually, Fairy Divinacia came out of the spooky scene and smiled lightly at him.

"You're truly unique. If you hadn't revealed yourself, I doubt even a person at the layer limit could recognize you easily."

"Many thanks for your praise. How do you feel about this area?"

Fairy Divinacia looked around the huge cellar. It wasn't particularly luxurious, but still good enough to stay. However, she knew what Davis asked about was the concentration of heaven and earth energy.

Fairy Divinacia wryly smiled. She was embarrassed to admit that she had been afraid earlier as she realized some implications of his powers. She flicked her sleeves, sending Epsila out.

An ethereal beauty whose slender frame was draped in a cerulean robe that shimmered like mimicking the iridescence of a gemstone. A pair of emerald eyes adorned her face, and long crystalline hair radiating a captivating luminosity of finely extending crystalline filaments, each strand glistening with a soft, blue-green glow reminiscent of a gemstone, made her appear dazzling like a true treasure that had come to life.

She was none other than Epsila, a thirteenth rank Soulforge Elevation Resonance Pill. She was an Exalted-Tier Pill, a pill spirit who could cultivate and possess a fleshly body. She was literally a pill fairy!
