First Demonic Dragon

Chapter 113 Additional Guests

”Take him? Where could you possibly…” Belphegor’s anger disappeared like a mirage when he caught the scent wafting off of Exedra.

“You…a Qlipoth?” He asked in a stunned tone.

He would never forget the smell of the tree that he and his siblings were born under.

But he couldn’t understand how it was possible for one to be on this plane of existence.

Exedra stared hard at the large, sheep headed demon lord.

‘I’m not actively trying but… it is unnerving that I can never keep anything from him.’ He thought.

“You’re more bloodhound than demon aren’t you, Belphegor?”

‘Who is this bastard to address my lord so casually?!’ Pythias roared internally.

“I am older than you can imagine boy. There is very little you can keep from me, once I have a mind to know it, sin of lust.”

“So you’re nosy, I’ll keep that in mind.” Exedra walked towards his father’s slumbering body.

‘That person is a sin?’ Pythias felt his head was going to explode.

While he could sense that the man before him wasn’t even an evolved, the kings of the demon race all have a unique feeling to them that makes other demons subservient in their presence.

The death knight thought he might’ve been imagining it before, but hearing lord Belphegor’s words seemed to erase any doubts.

‘Wait… he said that man was his father.’

Slowly but surely, the gears in his head began to turn until he remembered another young man who shared those strange dual colored eyes and had an annoying disposition.

How had this brat become a demon lord?

Wasn’t one of his toys a human as well?

It was inconceivable!

Exedra ignored the burning gazes he could feel at his back and used mana manipulation to lift up the body of his father.

“You..you’re really going to take him?” Lusamine hesitantly asked.

His only response was to snap his fingers, summoning another large black portal.

Lusamine and Zheng seemingly had the same thought and after a brief nod to confirm, they both stood up and attempted to follow.

“We’re coming with you!”

“Oh? But I don’t recall inviting you.” Exedra said in an uninterested tone.

“Y-you..!” Lusamine puffed her cheeks out in mild anger.

“It seems you are forgetting something.” Exedra’s voice turned as cold as ice.

Immediately, the hairs on the back of Lusamine’s neck stood up and she remembered exactly who she was talking to.

Even though he was younger than she, this man in front of her was a sin, a king to demon kind.

“You are in no position to make demands of me. I am not your equal, I am your ruler.” He finished.

Lusamine took his words to heart and shakily got onto one knee. “M-my lord.. Please allow us to come along with you..”

Abbadon stared hard at the young woman kneeling before him. For a moment, there was silence in the room.

The succubus worried that her request would be denied, and feared that she would lose the chance to apologize to her lord when he awoke.

‘Please accept, Exedra… please..’ she pleaded internally.

After a brief moment of silence exedra finally sighed and spoke. “Forget it, watching something like you be well mannered is slightly sickening. Just act like normal.”

His words seemed to suck the life out of the room and Lusamine smiled dangerously with a twitching brow.

“My lord, what do you mean something like me?”

“I just told you to stop that, it’s gross.”

Lusamine finally couldn’t take it any more and jumped up from the ground with a furious expression. “You brat! I’m still your elder you know! What the hell do you mean by something like me?!”

“That’s better, you’re much less unnerving like this.”

“You think because you’re fucking hot you can talk to people however you want?”

“I can assure you, my looks have nothing to do with it.”

Seeing the banter between the two, Zheng could not suppress his smirk and Belphegor rolled his nonexistent eyes and vanished from the room.

He’d expended more energy today than he had in several decades and a nap was absolutely vital.

But… he’d pay a visit to his nephew soon to ask his lingering questions.

‘It seems like the favoritism father has shown him is more than I’d originally expected.’

“So you admit you’re attractive?!” Lusamine interrogated.

“I’m decent looking I suppose.” Exedra rolled his eyes like this conversation was starting to become tiresome.

“If you were only decent looking I wouldn’t want to screw your brains out!”

“I’m a happily married man, have you an ounce of shame?”

“No!” She denied proudly.

‘What…is this madness?’ Pythias stared at the two arguing sex demons with a dry gaze.

Such a nonsensical conversation!

“Pfft… hehe.”

Suddenly a light chuckle was heard in the room and at it’s source was a still kneeling Eris.

When Exedra’s eyes fell on the gorgeous yet injured woman, he immediately moved to her side in a blur.

“EEP!”

‘Too close, too close, too close!!’ Eris screamed internally.

Exedra ignored her yelp of surprise and instead focused on her bruised neck.

“What happened to you?” He interrogated.

Eris’ voice came out as a weak and hoarse whisper. “O-oh, this is-“

“Hey!”

Pythias suddenly stood up and placed his hand on Exedra’s shoulder.

“Get away from my wife.” He growled.

Exedra looked at the large hand on his shoulder and compared it to the size of the bruises on Eris’ slender neck and found they were roughly the same.

“Now you.. are not in a position to speak to me so casually.” Exedra’s voice was flat and ominous, sending a chill through everyone in the room.

Suddenly, a large whispy green sickle appeared out of thin air.

Pythias’ senses warned him of danger but it proved to be in vain when, in a blur of speed the scythe sliced cleanly through his body.

The death knight looked down to see that he had no physical injuries and was utterly confused until a horrendous roar filled with pain escaped from his throat.

His green eyes rolled into the back of his head and he promptly fell over backwards, unconscious.

“W-what did you do?!” Eris asked worriedly.

Even though he was abusive to her, he was still her husband and she did hold love for him.

She did not wish to see him killed.

“I simply put him down for a little nap.” Exedra answered.

Soul breaking scythe is a spell that when used on weaker targets, shatters their soul completely.

On stronger ones however, the most it can do is cut off a piece of your soul and force the victim into a vegetative state until the damage was healed.

“He should thank you whenever he wakes up.” Exedra said while looking at Eris. “You are the only reason I spared his life.”

“O-oh, thank you…” The dark elf blushed furiously.

‘Tsk, you should’ve killed him.’ Lusamine snorted.

“Come on, let’s ask Lailah to heal you up.”

“Oka-Hey! What’re you doing!?”

Exedra had wasted no time scooping the elf up into his arms and walking towards the portal.

“You’re hurt, stay still.” He ordered.

Eris felt like her nose was going to start bleeding any second.

She could feel the heat radiating from his body and his scent was more than enough to make her dizzy.

Exedra first made sure his father’s body crossed the portal safely before he prepared to walk through with Eris.

“If the two of you are coming then hurry up.” He said without looking back.

Lusamine smiled brightly before running after the tall demon lord with Zheng hot on her trail.

They all passed through leaving only an unconscious death knight behind.
