Keeping her eyes on Mrs Yan, Feng Wu went back to working on Mrs Ning and soon took the other baby out of Mrs Ning’s belly.

Mrs Yan had been following Feng Wu with her eyes and she cried out when she saw the baby in Feng Wu’s hands. “There really is a baby girl. It’s true… and the umbilical cord is around her neck… you —”

The girl had barely felt her sister’s pulse before reaching that conclusion. So far, everything was turning out just as the girl said. Could all that be ascribed to coincidence alone?

After putting the baby girl, who was the size of a kitten, into the baby basket, Feng Wu quickly sutured the wound on Mrs Ning’s belly.

“Neither of the babies are crying…” Having being scared stiff by Mrs Ning’s condition first and petrified by Feng Wu’s treatment methods afterward, Mrs Yan could no longer think straight. She turned to Feng Wu with pleading eyes. “What are we going to do now? The babies…”

Even Mrs Yan herself didn’t realize that she had grown to trust Feng Wu a lot…

Feng Wu took out five golden needles, and in a split second, they were all in the baby girl.

There was one needle each in the baby’s head, throat, heart, stomach, and navel… then, with a wave of Feng Wu’s hand, all five needles began to vibrate!

The next second —

“Waa —” The baby girl wailed.

It was just that she was very weak to begin with, so her wails were more like the hums of a kitten.

Feng Wu then took the baby boy from Mrs Yan, and with the help of two golden needles, the baby began to cry loudly as well.

“My children… my babies…” Mrs Ning’s hands reached out to Feng Wu.

Taking the two babies to Mrs Ning, Feng Wu let out a breath of relief and smiled. “I’m glad that I didn’t disappoint you, Mrs Ning. Both of your babies have come through —”

“That’s impossible!” When Young Master Ba heard the babies’ cries, he was dumbfounded! How could that have happened? He didn’t understand!

When Young Master Ba rushed into the tent, he went straight to Mrs Ning.

Seeing the weak but conscious Mrs Ning and the crying babies, Young Master Ba felt that his head had gone blank. With a bewildered look on his face, he felt Mrs Ning’s pulse.

“The ribs are fixed, the punctured heart is repaired, the bleeding has stopped, and the two babies were successfully delivered. That’s…” Young Master Ba stared at Feng Wu, as if he had seen a ghost. “Th- that’s impossible! Even my grandfather couldn’t have done it! Who on earth are you?!”

Mrs Yan and Yan Yan also stared at Feng Wu in amazement. Who was this girl?

Outside, Feng Yiran and Feng Liu stood there dazed when they heard the news…

“That can’t be! How can she… Is she really that good a doctor?” Feng Liu clenched her fists, disbelief written all over her face. She would never admit that Feng Wu was an expert in medicine!

Feng Yiran frowned as well. “I heard that she had had a few precious pills with her back then…”

“That’s it!” Feng Liu jumped at the first excuse she could find to deceive herself. She smirked. “No wonder she could cure Mrs Ning. It was all thanks to those pills. She did nothing herself!”

Feng Yiran nodded, but wasn’t fully convinced.

Just then, there was a rumble and the ground shook violently.

Feng Wu’s face darkened right away and she rushed out of the tent!
