I Know The Secret To Surpass Level 100

Chapter 347 - Legendary Crusaders

Malice hugged her body as she moaned in bliss. The boost of power she was receiving from Madam Locraine had enhanced her stats exponentially. She was hovering in the air, looking down on the people below her who were all shaking in fear as she enjoyed her bath of power.

This woman was exuding an aura that was scarier than the individual aura of the Sins. After all, she took two Blessings, making her stronger than anyone in any Realm.

Malice wore a black silk sleeveless dress. It had a long train that twirled below her. On her chest were small butterflies with curved patterns on them. The butteflies trailed from her chest, encircling her body, and flowing down to the end the trail.

"Now, humans," Malice grinned. "Let's see how long you'll–"

Before she could finish, a large lightning struck her down. There was a black smoke that clouded around Malice and for a moment, her aura vanished.

At a distance, loud galloping sounds echoed the skies. Horses neighed and the once clear skies darkened with thick black clouds. The clouds were lighting up with streaks of lightning, seemingly following a figure where the horse sounds come from.

"What is happening?!" Malice yelled. "Who was that?!"

Another lightning strike attacked Malice, but she blocked it this time. She used a black bubbld to cover herself from the attack. The lightning coated the bubble, trying to pierce its way inside but the bubble was indestructible.

"That trick will never work again," Malice chuckled. "Show yourself, coward! Show me who you are!"

Above Malice, the skies opened up. The dark clouds let the light pass through, showing a carriage that had four lightning horses pulling it. The horses were black, having the hair made seemingly from lightning. Their eyes were a glowing shade of yellow, while their hooves glowed with the same yellow light.

"You dare attack our realm when you have yours to rule," Zeus said with a loud dominant voice. Behind him in the chariot were two elderly women. The one on the left had a long blue hair that parted in the middle, the two parts of hair were tied to a gem on both the tips.

The other woman had a pale green hair. Among them, she looked the oldest by having the most wrinkles in her face and body. She was wearing a dark green cloak that covered her neck and the rest of her body.

"T-The Legandary Crusaders!" Johnson said in awe. "They're here!"

"Legendary Crusaders?" Connor asked him. "Aren't they just retired Guardians?"

Johnson shook his head with a wide grin on his face. The man looked like he was filled with all the hope in the world, "The Four Legendary Crusaders are a small party that were able to finish Campaigns in a span of a week. When others take them months, the four finishes them in a week. Or less!"

"The one on the left is Miria the Blue Spectress," Johnson introduced. "Her ability to deflect, or even absorb attacks made her practically invincible. The one on the right is the Harbinger of the Forests, Haley. She can not only control a forest, but grow one from nothing."

"You said four, right?" Connor counted the ones in the chariot in his head. "Where's the other one?"

"Platt, the Enslaver of Souls unfortunately died a few years ago," Johnson frowned. "He was the strongest among them, a necromancer that reanimates the deceased."

"Quite ironic that he can't revive himself," Ed snickered while he walked towards them. He was carrying an unconscious Elizabeth with him, making Connor look at him with a knowing look.

"You know, we have an infirmary for the injured, right?" Connor wiggled his eyebrows. "That seems like an extra and unnecessary service."

"Shut up," Ed rolled his eyes. They watched Zeus's chariot approach Malice when the ground shook.

In the middle of the stadium, the earth bulged and a sharp tip of a giant stone tower emerged. The tower arose and slowly showed its bottom part which was a stone altar with a coffin in the center.

"I don't want to guess anything, but–"

"Platt!" Johnson cheered. "He isn't alive for most years, but when the others seek for him, he will resurrect himself and help. Oh, my gosh. All the Legendary Crusaders are here!"

"I don't want more trouble. I'll just stop you before you could fully resurrect!" Malice threw her fan out to the altar. The fan morphed into a large shadow dragon that dashed straight to the tower.

Before the shadow dragon could destroy the tower, a giantic wall of sand blocked the attack. Johnson kneeled in front of the sand wall, looking up at the dragon who almost destroyed his wall.

"Meddlesome fool!" Malice grunted. She waved her hand for her to conjure another fan which she used to shoot large beams against the large sand wall. "Destruction of the Alps!"

The beams shot through the wall, completely destroying the shield and opened up the way for her to destroy Platt's altar.

"Oh, no!" Johnson gasped. He stood and tried to conjure another wall when a cold hand draped on his shoulder.

Goosebumps traveled all throughout his body as his head slowly turned to where the hand was attached to. A tall man with long white hair stood beside him. The man had pale green orbs and a dark gray cloak.

He parted his cloak to open up to his half naked state. Underneath his cloak, his body was covered with linen cloth that paired up with a pair of black trousers and boots. The linen cloth covered his stomach but stopped in his chest where a glowing skull-shaped tattoo was showing.

"P-Platt…" Johnson trailed off, seeing the man finally look at him.

"Good job, young man," Platt said. "My resurrection takes a while to process and I couldn't cast another in a year if it was cancelled."

"No problem," Johnson grinned.

Platt nodded and leaped from the ground. He raised both his arms and a mace appeared in between his fingers. The mace glowed with a bright green light as Platt swung it so hard, it made the cloud above them disperse.

Malice grinned and deactivated her bubble. She thrust both her hands, meeting the mace barehanded. "This little–"

The mace stopped, the Queen of Hell blocked the attack without any weapon. She gripped the head of the mace tightly, grunting as she forced her hands to close.

With a final groan, Malice destroyed the head of the mace. she shattered the thorned metal ball with a wide grin plastered on her face. She swiftly pulled the shaft that made Platt get close to her. "The dead should remain dead."

Before her hand could reach Platt's chest, the man muttered a spell under his breath. Malice's hand didn't falter and continued to pierce through Platt's chest.

She laughed hysterically, looking up to where Zeus was. "See? The dead should remain dead."

Zeus, Miria, and Haley were grinning awkwardly. They looked away and Zeus even backed his chariot away.

"Not on my watch," Platt spoke and grabbed Malice's arm. He opened his mouth and black crickets spewed out from it like it was a geyser. The crickets swallowed Malice whole, multiplying until she was inside a sphere made of the crickets.

"That was quick," Platt chuckled.
