Due to her position, Shallow Vernal hasn’t been able to visit Kaito’s shop in a proper manner during both the Founding Festivals of Symphonia Kingdom and Archlesia Empire.
……And this is something she was somewhat dissatisfied with. However, for Hydra Kingdom’s Founding Festival this year, Kaito had promised to go around with Alice, and she didn’t want to interfere with that.
