Everyone is still staring at me weirdly and I don't know why they're all looking at me like that. Lothair is raising his eyebrow while pointing his sword at me.
"Trev, what happened to you? Why are you covered with blood like that?"
I look at my body and just realized that my body is covered with blood because it was dark down there and I don't have the time to pay attention to my appearance. I look at him and scoff while trying to clean the blood on my armor even though it's already dry.
"Well, I was busy killing the subjects down there, so I don't even notice that my body is covered with blood."
Lothair is furrowing his forehead while chuckling with disbelief.
"Don't you feel sick smelling the blood? You were down there for more than half a day…"
I scoff and tilt my head.
"I'm used to this smell."
Before Lothair can open his mouth, a strong wind is passing him and everyone, it surprised them all because it's not a wind but rather it's Kalitzar is dashing toward me with his massive greatsword ready to swing it at me. I unwrap my sickles and block his massive greatsword, he's surprised that I manage to hold off his sword without breaking a sweat, I smirk and raise my eyebrow then push him away from me. Everyone is shocked and can't believe that I manage to block his attack but it's not the right time for them to be in awe, Kingstar lifts his sword and looks at everyone.
"Everyone! Stay away from those two! We need to focus on our objective! It's our chance to defeat all the subjects, follow me!"
All the players nod and run past us, Kalitzar isn't bothered by his surroundings and his glare is focused on me. He grips his sword's handle so tightly that he dashes toward me again and swings his sword at me, I dodge it and kick his head. He's surprised as if this is the first time he feels pain, he wipes his cheek and realizes that blood is coming out from his nose, he smirks and scoffs then looks at me.
"I never thought what he said about you is true, now I understand and believe what he said."
I just raise my eyebrow while Kalitzar is chuckling mischievously, he readies his stances again and smiles sinisterly.
"I don't know if you're telling the truth that you manage to kill all my subjects, but if that's the truth then I should kill you here and now because you're the only threat for me. It's been a while since I feel this excited!"
Kalitzar dashes toward me and ready to attack me, I order Azrael to appear and he comes out from the ground with his mouth wide open. His mouth is bigger than Kalitzar and immediately bites Kalitzar's body, Kalitzar is surprised and tries to elbow Azrael's face but it's no use because Azrael's skin is more sturdy than a diamond. Azrael chews his body a few times while Kalitzar is groaning and grunting to free himself, Azrael then throws him away since I didn't order him to come out to handle Kalitzar but to help Ivonna and the others to deal with the subjects. Azrael flies away and lands near Ivonna and starts biting the subject's head off like plucking the grass.
Kalitzar is barely able to stand on his own two feet but I look at his health is slowly regenerating. As someone who has become a subject, he seems different from the others I have encountered. I know that he possessed the [Heart of Alucard], but the longer he's in a fight, his stats are raising significantly, something is wrong with him. I need to kill him as soon as possible because right now I have the upper hand and it won't last long with that kind of growth he has. I ready my stance and use [Doppelganger], we both run toward him and swing our sickles then whip them at Kalitzar, he repels our attacks at ease and he dashes toward us and when I thought he would attack me, he changes his target in an instant and slashes his sword at my doppelganger. My doppelganger is only capable of inheriting 30% of my stats and he will take thrice more damage, so my doppelganger dies with just a single hit. It's so unlucky for my doppelganger to get hit instead of dodge the damage.
I retract my sickles and immediately swing my right sickle on his sword on purpose. Kalitzar tries to block it but he's confused that my sickle is wrapped around his sword. He tries to pull his sword but it won't budge because my STR is equal to his, I smirk and he just realized that my sickle is attached to a thin string. He pulls his sword with all his might but it won't change anything because he's stuck with me. He only has two choices which are to remove his sword or get ready to get struck by my other sickle. He chooses to remove his sword and I immediately pull the sword toward me.
I'm holding his sword and look at the stat of the greatsword while scoffing.
"Nice sword you have here, it's kind of sad for you that it's mine now."
Kalitzar clenches his fists but he grabs two daggers from the back of his waist, he charges toward me and I immediately put the sword into my inventory. I grab my sickle and charge toward him because I'm planning to show him that I'm superior to him in all aspects. We clash our weapons and sparks are coming out from the blades, but my sickles are legendary weapons so mine is more durable than his daggers. I break his daggers on my last attack and cut his wrists, Kalitzar is backing away and realizes that my weapons are able to hurt him.
I don't know how long it has been since I fight against Kalitzar but I dealt so much damage to him but none of them are enough to defeat him. His stats are on par with mine, and his regeneration is starting to annoy me. Not just all that, his appearance is slowly reforming, somehow he becomes bigger and taller, his muscles and veins are popping like crazy. I don't know how and what that happened, but I'm starting to be suspicious of his growth and condition as if he's not actually the same as the others.
Kalitzar is like he's itching and starts to scratch his face with his sharp claws, his face is bleeding from that while groaning in pain. I'm starting to get worried about this, I think I made a huge mistake by not trying my best to kill him. I use [Dominion], [Divine Aura], [Frenzy], and [Bloodbath] then I run toward him with my scythe, I swing my scythe as fast and hard as I can but Kalitzar blocks it with his bare hand. His hand is bleeding but it seems he's no longer feeling the pain, he's only grunting and groaning while gripping the blade of my scythe, he glares at me and suddenly his left hand is trying to reach my face but I manage to pull my scythe and swing it toward his left arm. I chop off his left arm and he screams so loudly that everyone can hear him.
Kingstar is shouting at me and telling me that I'm doing a great job on handling Kalitzar. I look at him and see him and the others are winning the battle against the subjects, I'm glad that they manage to defeat them. Kalitzar's left arm is starting to regenerate but this time it's not his hand, it's something else. A black skin, no, it's just bone and muscle is coming out from what's left from his left arm, a part of his face is also starting to change. His left arm is now longer and bigger than his right arm, he lifts his left arm to his back and scratches his back skin. Everyone is speechless and surprised with what they're seeing, none of them dare to stop what he's doing and just watch while wanting to know what will happen to him.
I ready my stance and dash toward him while pulling my scythe on my back. When I'm in range, I swing my scythe at him who's still busy scratching his back, but suddenly he glares at me with his black eyes and glowing red pupils. He blocks my scythe with his right hand, no it's more like he's sacrificing his right arm to be chopped off so he can replace it with the same arm on his left arm. It's too late for me to retract my scythe and his whole right arm is chopped off, he chuckles and laughs maniacally.
"You made a huge mistake…"
Kalitzar's voice slowly becomes deeper and louder, like a voice that demons made in movies. His sinister smile is giving me chills down to my spine, and so I jump back as far as possible from him. Suddenly someone lands behind me, and I turn back to see who that is, it's Krestan. He's staring at someone that used to be Kalitzar, Krestan grabs my shoulder and looks at me with concern.
"He's no longer a human, Trevor. He has become the incarnation of Alucard the Abomination…"
I look at Kalitzar and a Voice of the World appears in the sky.
