The white wolf did not have a high defense, so it did not even react before it was defeated by Feng Xiao in just two slices. It dropped a red potion and a few copper coins. The pitiful white wolf did not understand why someone would attack it when it was just sitting on the grass minding its own business.

-248. His high luck value allowed him to land a critical attack which doubled the damage. The white wolf unwillingly turned into a corpse as it dropped a blue potion.

“Ding, congratulations to player Wind Spirit for reaching level 1. HP+20, MP+10, Strength+1, Vitality+1, Agility+1, Intelligence+1. You have 5 free stat points to assign.”
The experience from defeating three level 5 monsters added together was enough to let Feng Xiao immediately gain a level.
When a player levels up, they gained 5 free stat points which they could assign to any of the four main stats. When a physical class job levels up, they gained 20 HP and 10 MP. For a magical class job, they gained 20 MP and 10 HP every level.
Feng Xiao opened the status window and distributed 4 points into Strength and 1 point into Vitality. With the Xuanyuan Sword, it was already decided that he would become a Warrior. Warrior required strength, but they couldn’t be lacking in vitality. Adding in the 4 stat points he gained from his passive skill every time, Feng Xiao would be gaining 5 Strength, 2 Vitality, 1 Agility, and 1 Intelligence every level.
After adding his stat points, Feng Xiao quickly rushed for his next goal.

The white wolf that was attacked did not immediately counterattack, rather it suddenly raised its neck and howled. A loud wolf howl reverberated through the sunset slopes. As if triggering a chain reaction, countless wolf howls sounded out, coming from far and near.

He could almost unconsciously dodge the white wolves’ attacks each time. Once he killed those five wolves, he had suffered three injuries in total.

According to one’s real life reaction speed, the system does increase one’s in game reaction speed accordingly. But, Feng Xiao was wrong about one thing. The wolf howls did not stop. Another seven-eight wolves charged at Feng Xiao.

Shattering Slash: High level active skill
Unique Skill
Only usable by those with a demon god’s body and high perception. A special skill that is not recorded in the Heavenly Dragon Records and seemingly hiding a large potential. According to its technical characteristics, the system has named it Shattering Slash. When used, it will release a sword image in front of the user to attack enemies. Has a range of 4 meters. Deals 150% of normal attack damage. Uses 30 MP and has no cooldowns.
“I actually learned a skill and it’s this kind of AOE skill. This is…..too easy.” Feng Xiao was a little shaken after learning a skill by just killing a few wolves.
