After roaming around the Void World for an hour after the previous Void Rabbit, Sellifer eventually found another one that suited her criteria.
“Oh, it’s at the peak of Rank 5.” Using her identification skill on the rabbit that appeared before them, the woman smiled at her discovery, prompting her to turn around to look at the young man beside her.
Though Valyr looked to be engrossed in his own thoughts, it did not take long for him to snap back to reality, looking back at Sellifer to get an idea of what was going on.
“Is it time?” asked Valyr, to which Sellifer replied by pointing at the Void Rabbit she just found.

‘Is it because of the Void World?’ asked the young man to himself, somewhat finding it to be a plausible cause. ‘After all, Void Energy is a higher-tier energy than Shadow Energy. There’s got to be benefit to staying in this place for a long time.’
Though, when he thought about the foes he’d fought at a similar rank to the Void Rabbit in front of them, Valyr eventually adorned a bitter smile on his face.
Recalling the vast difference in strength between the Myth-level Void Rabbit he just fought and the twins back in the inheritance, the young man soon thought about the Rank 5 opponents he fought back in the inheritance as well.
Comparing their strength to the Void Rabbit he was about to fight, Valyr was certain that even 10 of them wouldn’t be a match for his soon-to-be opponent.
‘The fact that Sellifer doesn’t want me to use my arquebus is making me a bit nervous,’ inwardly muttered Valyr to himself, continuing to keep an eye on the Void Rabbit as his mind began to whip up a couple of combat plans.
‘But my curiosity on how powerful that one skill is against the Void Rabbit is taking greater precedence,’ he continued in his thoughts, faintly chuckling as he let out a collected exhale.
“I’m probably going to have to go all out on buffs again,” murmured Valyr to himself as he gave Sellifer a signal that he was ready to fight. “But I’ll have to activate all of them with mana since that skill uses up all of my Prime Azure Energy.”
“In any case…”
“I feel like it’s doable.”
“Ready?” asked Sellifer once more after seeing the young man get into a battle stance.
Receiving a nod from Valyr in response, the woman nodded back before proceeding to make a few gestures with her hands.

Infusing those gestures with her energy, a domain soon began to form around the two, swiftly expanding within seconds to encompass the area where Void Rabbit was generally roaming around.
After Sellifer gave him the green light to start fighting the Void Rabbit, it was only then did Valyr take out the spear from his back, his eyes slightly widening in surprise after not feeling the usual sensation he did whenever he wielded it.
Taking note of the young man’s surprise, Sellifer let out a faint chuckle. “I told you I have ways to suppress it.”
“Now go out there and show me that your combat power is not unfounded.”
“You’ll definitely be in for a surprise,” said Valyr in response with a bit of laughter, only for his expression to become serious not long after.

With the Void Rabbit not being alerted by his presence anymore due to the curse, Valyr slowly made his way to where the Void Rabbit as he activated all of his stat-boosting buffs with
mana.

After going through all of his status buffs, he then proceeded to activate his Intent, making use of the Truth Weaver Scripture to push his combat power just a bit further.
By activating all of these, Valyr was able to push his aura to a level where it could somewhat match the Void Rabbit before him, reminding Sellifer of what she hadn’t really noticed while he was wielding the arquebus.
‘With how far he’s empowered himself, he’s definitely going to deal some damage to the Void Rabbit,’ thought Sellifer to herself, only to shake her head soon after. ‘However, it’ll probably only reach 10,000 at most.’
Though, just as those words lingered in her mind, Sellifer was forced to push those thoughts to the side as Valyr proceeded to activate another skill.
“[Four Paths Azure Liberation].”
“[Unfettered Spear].”

Within an instant, the aura Valyr radiated intensified by multiple degrees, briefly making Sellifer feel a hint of intimidation from the strength hidden underneath it.
Unsurprisingly, with how Sellifer took note of the aura, it went without saying that the Void Rabbit had become alerted to it as well, immediately getting aggressive.
“Squeak!!!” Rousing the energy within its body, the Void Rabbit made use of its high agility to bridge the gap between the two, prompting Valyr to make a move.
