Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

Chapter 401: Caisa

Chapter 401: Caisa

“Don’t look at me like that, Sene,” Lilith intensely whispered just at the tip of my ear, using both of her hands below to give me a massage I was most definitely welcome to. “Mother is quite pretty and The embodiment of Envy. She will take what she wants, and it’s you who she desires.”

Far too turned on to really understand what Lilith was saying, I simply nodded as her magical hands blessed me with their witchcraft.

Feeling my legs about to go faint, Lilith evilly smiled to my dismay before pulling away with a cheeky grin, “But I’m still mad. I didn’t know about this dragon woman! Who the hell is Tiamat? Or as you say, Tia.”

Blue balls to the max. Tears began to rise similar to that of Akanos, ‘You’re going to pay for that! I do the teasing in this marriage!!”

Shugging without care, the little minx giggled into her palms, “We will see.”

Glaring down at the dragon ready for war, I could only shed tears in silence before shifting my gaze towards Lilith.

“Your thoughts?” I asked, in regards to this New so call god, Raziel.

“We are in deep shit, this time. The rings of Bayalon may be able to erase our existence within the minds of others, but…”

“wait, what! It can do that!” I exclaimed in shock, staring down at the small silver snake upon my finger.

“Yep, but it also works on each other as well. Were you not who you were, I would start to lose my memories about you.”

“What about them?” I hastily asked, pointing towards Yu Jing and Lu Su.

“They will remember us, the ring is a bit hard to understand, but anyone who knew us before we wore these rings will have knowledge of us. However, anyone or thing afterward will slowly begin losing their memories of us. However, should someone stay by our side long enough, it will be like we never wore these rings. But that could take thousands of years.”

Marveling at the power of this little ring, a short groan hummed from Yu Jing. Fidgeting herself awake, I grinned. “Didn’t think it was so easy to knock you out.”

Still, a little dazed, Yu Jing studied her surrounding. Shooting up in haste with her sword in hand, she arched it high! “Who the hell was that!”

“A bad bitch,” I said, coughing into my palm. “Anyway, she is gone. Relax.” I slowly explained, stepping towards the puddle of gore. Lifting the ring I had given Virsair to employ divinity in from his bloody remains, I smiled inwardly at Levi-chans’ perfect timing. Gathering a few vials of blood along the way, I nodded in glee before bending back down towards the second ring, peeping inside; I shivered inwardly at the massive, almost endless stream of pill and resource stored within.

“Shit! Do you have any idea who that was? Virsair was recently just contracted by the celestial house. When they learn of his death, we are fucked! We need to leave now!”

Sending a heavy glance at Lilith, who was staring up at the mountain that still stretched further than the eye could see, I spoke, ” Any idea where it is?”

“Sene,” Lilith curiously uttered, ” the Wraith, the Astral Mist, and the monolith overflowing with ethereal qi, doesn’t it make you wonder? Who could be at the top of this mountain? The Wraith, from what I could see, was being controlled. The same could be said about the Astral Mist. Are you not curious? “

“We need a solid plan, or have you forgot, what your mother just said. We cannot just act on a whim anymore. We have a plan to reach the Oasis. We can double back when shit cools down here, I am curious too about Tia and this so call Second Sin, but we need to go.” I stated, not as a suggestion but rather as a fact. We could not stay here, not when the Celestials have contacts in Nox.

Hearing my words, a solemn shudder of breeze blew across my face as Lilith nodded, “Alright,” She said, stretching out both of her arms. Drawing the crest of Sun and Moon with a wisp of Qi, an ethereal azure mist fluttered into our sights.

Coiling from the tip of her fingers, the Azure mist swirled downwards onto our feet, startling Lilith where she stood. A little curious at what that light was, she pointed downward.

“It’s below our feet. Why is everything covered in stone? Who the hell placed it there?” She asked, a little annoyed.

“Guessing we cannot just reverse time?” I asked as Yu Jing shook her head.

“Not this time; someone actually teleported the Nexus Gate into the depts of Alos. Reversing the flow of time of an object is different from reversing the course of history. It cannot be done, at least not by her.”

Crossing her arms, Lilith snorted but did not deny it. Nevertheless, my wife did not seem the least bit dismay as she snapped.

Sending ripples throughout space, a sea of distorted chaos began to rise right before my eyes as a massive ring, almost the size of a small mountain, materialized right before my eyes. Hovering off the ground, I could feel the Law’s of Space trembling at the magical device.

“Impressive, huh?” Lilith somewhat bragged, studying my expression with a smile.

“Indeed, it seems like Rens intel was not wrong. Can you use it?” I uttered with a gleeful expression, tracing the massive machinery with my gaze. I continued, “Let’s go before anything unexpected happens.”

Waving her hand, a virtual screen appeared right within Lilith’s hand. Punching in a few coordinates, she turned to me, “Did Virsair have any supreme Celeste Crystals?”

“Tons, “I stated, tossing two towards Lilith and two towards Yu Jing, who was nothing but envious. Smirking at the little princes’ expression, I transferred everything Virsair had in his ring into the Ring of Bael, just in case someone could track it.

Placing the Two Celeste Crystals over the virtual terminal, a powerful shutter followed by a swirling world pool of spiral energy exploded out within the Nexus Gate. Thundering with the echos of lightning, I turned to Lilith, who shrugged.

“It’s safe… I think.” She cluelessly uttered with a grin, “Let’s go!”

Grabbing the little dragon, Lilith waited for no man before leaping into the vortex without hesitation. Glancing back at the dark grimace of Yu Jing, I snickered before rushing in without delay.

Striking my flesh with ruthless precision, over and over, I marveled at the spiraling lightning shooting my very body through space. Seeing no tunnel or any signs of transference, a thunderous boom resounded as my feet slapped vigorously against the stone floors sending a spreading web of cracks.

Moving out of the way, knowing the princess would follow, my gaze widened in amazement at the massive city covered in a sea of water that appeared right before my eyes, shimmering under the sun’s light. It was as if I had stepped into a fantasy game.

“Welcome to the Holy City of Caisa.” said Lilith holding the little dragon in hand, “Let’s head to a bank. We need to open a line of credit for ourselves.”

BOOOM!!!!

Cracking against the ground just as I did, Yu Jing shivered, “Is this your first time calibrating a Nexus Gate? Why the hell was the landing so rough?!”
