Chapter 474: Lilith - Death Bed
Chapter 474: Lilith – Death Bed
Clutching my stomach, I curled into a small ball at the budding life that could be. Peeking at the empty sheets, I giggled with a bit of annoyance and anticipation.
“I can’t feel my legs,” I whispered, having never been so happy. My loins were sore and hot like fire, my booty stung, and my breast was tender to the touch. Sene tore me away.
“God, I love that man.”
Closing my eyes, allowing the darkness to take me, my gaze suddenly opened wide, “Oh Shit! Mother!”
Waving my hand, to summon the Pale Gate. I rushed out of bed, falling straight upon my face, unable to even stand. Rubbing my nose, I could only giggle.
Using the Dao of Creation, I summoned a wheelchair just under me. Getting a little more comfortable, I wheeled into the Pale Gate. Taking a whiff of blood in the air, I glanced at the mutilated bodies of Baphomet, Mother, and Azeroth lying halfdead at my feet.
Just about ever Limb upon Baphomet’s body was missing, while Mother’s left eye looked to be gored out. Azeroth was no better with most of his organs hanging loose as dreadful moans escaped their lips.
Bleeding from every orifice on their bodies, a look of relief could be seen upon their faces as my mother took me into her arms, pushing me out of the gate, alongside Baphomet and Azeroth.
“What the hell?” I shouted, crashing into my bed, which was now stained red. Lying upon me was mother, whose body was colder than ice.
Running abyssal qi through my body to remove Arsene’s presence, I clapped my hands together as if to pray, “Father! Mother is injured badly! We need you now! Her body is…”
I had not even finished my words as a Gate of Brimstone appeared, and out stepped a man with crimson skin and looming horns. Staring at the bloody mess, his stone-cold gaze locked onto Mother.
Rushing to my side, Father placed a strange black pill inside Mother’s throat. Witnessing a warmth appear upon her cheeks, a sigh escaped his lips as he proceeded to do the same with Baphomet and Azeroth.
Taking a peek at the Pale Gate shimmering with the concept of death, I knew Asmodeus had figured what had happened.
“Asmo?” The deep voice of Baphomet uttered, just at the base of my bed weakly. “Get her to Levatus. Let no one see her. We got something. Hurry before its power runs wild.
(A/N: levatus is the Ninth Layer of Hell.)
Coughing up a mouthful of black blood, Baphomet lost consciousness for all his power, but not before crushing a strange circular talisman I assumed he summoned from his soul.
Taking his wife into his hands, Asmodeus did not wait for anything vanishing before my very eyes inside the Gate of Brimstone.
Arsene’s and my bed were all but ruined as two Devils within my room continued to bleed out endlessly. Sensing the devilish divinity rising from off their bodies, I sighed, waving my arm as a domain of abyssal energy sprung from my hands and into the air.
Turning a bit pale from adding in the concept of space to send their rising divinity into the abyss, I fell a bit limp back into my wheelchair.
“Two days, that’s as long as I can hold,” I muttered, losing a bit of my vision, knowing that was not a lot of time to recover from these injuries.
Closing my eyes, I entered a deep state, using my Soulforce to force a state of enlightenment, to conserve as much Abyssal QI as possible.
Losing my sense of self, a soft hand suddenly pressed upon my shoulder, jolting me awake to the dark glow of my room.
“It’s night?!” I muttered, feeling more powerless than ever.
“Why didn’t you call?” Arsene scolded, flicking my head ever so softly. “Aren’t you supposed to be taking it easy? Allowing my swimmers too, you know, swim to the goal line?”
Touching my stomach, I could still feel my loins quiver at his touch, his warmth that night; I blushed.”My Qi is limited. I cannot do much in this state.” I replied softly, my vision clouded by the loss of Qi.
Caressing my cheek, a wave of abyssal qi fluttered into my Dantain. Sensing Sene’s Abyssal Night racing through my veins, a jittery feeling awakened deep inside my womb.
Tears suddenly bloomed like pedals from my eyes as he smiled, ignorant just as I was about what I just felt.
Kissing my lips, he backed away, to my dismay. Approaching Baphomet who’s limbs and body was overflowing with blood.
“to think the Pale Gate could do such a thing. How does one reach the finish line when they must face the impossible.” He asked as if to know, yet there was something deeper he was hinting at. “I cannot help, you all. Healing gods are far above what we can do, but I will try contacting Adrienne. She may be your only hope.”
“She already knows.” Baphomet weakly announced, opening his dead eyes to the light.” It would help if you took us to her Castle.”
“Think you can control your Qi? If not, anyone who senses you in the Shadow Realm will know. The Great Beast King Baphomet is on his death bed.”
Smirking despite his injuries, Baphomet sighed, “True, guess we must stay till Adrienne arrives or Asmodeus returns. I will try to mend my injures, but Azeroth took a heavy beating. He will be out for a while.”
“What of your cult? Don’t tell me you don’t have anyone on Alos.” I said, finding it more challenging to even speak.
“Rest, child, I will stabilize my aura as quick as possible. You just need to last another twenty-four hours. After so, I will be able to help Azeroth on my own.” The Beast King firmly claimed. “As for my pawns, they are too weak, or they are under watch. Aside from Adrienne, there is no one I trust.”
“I agree with him, Lili. Rest and Relax. I will handle the rest.” Sene added on, flashing me a tender smile.
Returning the smile, my vision began to fade as I once more fell into a deep trance. Leaving it all for Sene to handle.
