Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

Chapter 840 Lilith Snow - Crazed Battlefield

,m Dashing over the battlefield as the Abyssal blade that seemed to carry the concept of severance over its edge began cutting away life, sword intent overflowing from my pores, cloaked me with the same ability my blade held. Ensuring any attack that wasn’t based on a concept would be cut away.

Despite Arsene’s call at the start of this battle, I could not help but feel lost in an ocean of blood trickling over my skin, warming my cold body. The battlefield was my paradise. And I could feel the twins enjoying it too.

They were having a feast of their lives. With each kill I took, I would feel the twins nibble away at the life force being released by the angel’s dead body with the help of the Abyss.

They were greedy little brats as I could feel them eating away life without end, and it was turning my cheeks red, as all that life force had to be processed by my body.

“Master,” Ava, the commander of my army, stood like a stone god gazing down from the skies with a few knights. “You’re too far ahead, and there is some activity from every district; Demons, Devils, Angels, and everyone along the three other outskirts is heading here.”

My eyes widened as I moved Space and Time to stand by her side, ” What do you mean?”

Ava’s expression was extremely dark, “The angels are abandoning their position, andβ€”

‘LILITH!!!!” Balor howled, turning the skies black as a slew of necrotic qi exploded like a star covering Heaven and Earth.

“Oh shit,” I said and looked up as I felt another presence appear out of nowhere.

Snapping my head behind the army of angels, I felt threatened by my shadow, as Zantar appeared like a ghastly apparition.

There were not hiding who they were, as they appeared as two fully realized Fallen, cast from Heaven. And as I stared at them, I could not help but notice the indifference in the hollow eyes of the Angels as they continued battling.

“You’ve outlived your usefulness, Arsene has some, but I can’t care to keep you alive anymore,” Balor uttered in a grave voice. ” it’s time you die.”

“Into the Abyss,” I uttered in a snap as my mind blended into the full Abyss. Touching my stomach, the pulse of two heartbeats began to pick up along with my heart as a stream of exhilaration pulsed.

You naughty little brats.

Smiling as everything and everyone connected to the Abyss became my eyes and ears. The knowledge I knew and didn’t all stream into my mind as I parted my legs and braced myself.

I had not even seen it coming as Balor had blinked in front of me and pierced his fist towards my head and heart, but it was then I felt the hairs on my neck stand on end as a power that rivaled the highest peak exploded.

A powerful arm pulled me back; as the flash of rainbow-colored eyes fell into my sights, I saw Aldrich appear with a ghastly pale expression, flashing his arm, shattering Space and Time, tearing apart reality.

Balor vanished off-planet, as did a large majority of the angels, the Former King of Elysium smiled with blood trailing down his lips, ” Oh, you’re all dead. If I’m to die, so will you all.”

Staggering back, Aldrich began to laugh, shaking the heavens; his power began to rise as he opened his hand, ” Master, as my last mission before my death, grant me at least one blessing, one last one.”

“Granted,” Zariels supreme voice echoed, followed by the laughter of a being that made my stomach bubble.

“Then allow me to grant these fallen my blessing,” the mother of demons sang, but with a single stroke of my blade, I severed any form of blessing that originated from that bitch to be cut short.

“eh?”

“No, you don’t!” I uttered in a harsh tone that burned coming up. “Damien, Apophis, hurry up and kill the Arbiters of Fate; I’ll be fine.”

Gazing over the horizon at the starship coming in hordes, my expression began to turn pale as sweat began to trickle down back, ” Ava!”

“Back-up is on its way, but it’ll take two minutes!”

“Get Julius here! If he’s fucking you, he’s helping!” I snapped and pierced my hand into the void, grabbing onto Sene’s shoulder; I pulled him to my side.

The twins jumped in joy as an Azure glow suddenly covered my skin, shocking me, but there was no time to think of that.

The air had distorted the moment Arsene had appeared with his hollow eyes that were bleeding dark black blood; I pointed towards the armies ahead.

“Get moving! I need two minutes, and take this!” I said, handing him a handful of blood shards, “They’ll re-energize your soul. Now hurry up; no time for questions.”

Knowing Arsene was in Hollowing Mode, I didn’t bother to speak much as I began cutting any blessing I didn’t recognize. My eyes switched to the pale Aldrich bleeding from his chest, walking up to Zantar as both Abyssal Fiend and Angel parted before this monster.

“Stars of Element,” He uttered as I felt the concept of elements all jump in joy-filled with an abysmal amount of Qi. “Staff of Eldritch!” He then howled, summoning a strange-looking staff filled with a nightmarish aura. “Crown of Asteria, Cloak of Mordred, Golden Fleece.” π—―πžπ—±π—»π¨π˜ƒπ—²π—Ή.π§π—²π˜

Hearing Aldrich name off a dozen or so weapons and treasure from legends that didn’t exist in this era, I could feel his aura evolving. Shaking the confines of the Fourth Heaven and Fifth, I knew his power was running wild.

“You all will pay,” Aldrich uttered as he pointed his sword toward the Heavens, ” Hear me, Child of Morningstar! Goddess of Rebirth and God Devouring Wolf, Grant me your blessing as well.”

My eyes widened as, one after the other, Aurelia’s, Truck-kuns, and Vancurro’s blessing came down from the heavens around him.

“Now, this is better. Now I’m at full power once more,” Aldrich bellowed, scaring the crap out of anyone who heard him speak.

Just how strong is this monster?
