Chapter 1986: Ungrateful

Chapter 1986: Ungrateful

I saw the last strengthening crystals entering Elina’s core before they converted into the thick bloodline energy by phoenix and sent back to her body, where they started to get absorbed with the rest of the Bloodline strengthening energy.

Elina’s momentum had slowed down before it had completely disappeared as every speck of bloodline energy got absorbed by her, and a few seconds later, her eyes fluttered open with great happiness burning in her eyes.

“You have done so many things in these past few minutes made me think what I should congratulate you for,” I said to Elina, hearing that the smile on her face got even bigger. “You should congratulate me on forming my Bloodline core,” She said with her eyes twinkling like stars.

“Yes, forming a Bloodline core is most important.” I said with a smile, “Congratulation, Elina, for forming a Bloodline Core,” I congratulated her.

“Thank you, Micheal, it would not have been possible without your help,” She said with a peculiar expression in her eyes. “I did not do anything, Elina,” I said, and it is true.

“Snort!” She snorted but did not ask anything; instead, her focus turned on the runes that were still covering her.

“How long we will have to wait?” She asked, motioning toward the runes covering her. “I am sure it will be over soon,” I said as I looked at the three Master Class Grimm Monsters.

The runes have finished harvesting the Bloodline a minute ago, and now they are harvesting the life-essence of Grimm Monsters, and it is not for the creating for the essence rose but something else. I will know about it soon as they have nearly finished harvesting the life essence of the Grimm Monsters.

Dhub Dhub Dhub

Twelve seconds runes have finished the harvest of the Bloodline of the essence, and the three master class Grimm Monsters turned to dust under the weight of their own artifacts while the great change appeared on the grand formation.

Crack Crack Crack

Cracks begin to form on the runes of grand formation, and it is started with the runes covering me; the runes cracks before they turned to dust. The runes have to destroy the grand formation, and I couldn’t agree more with the decision.

This formation is a dangerous weapon that should not befall the hands of Grimm Monsters, nor it should be in the hands of humans. Humans are driven by desires, and these desires sometimes turn drastic turns that, that they would turn on their own kin.

I got up as the runes covering me disappeared and appeared beside the husk of three Master class Grimm Monsters. I did not waste time collecting the storage of the three Grimm Monsters before collecting their artifacts which is pretty high level.

“Friend, don’t you think you should share some of the spoils with us?” Asked a man in his mid-forties who seemed to be in the mid-forties and emitting fluctuating power of peak leader class Tyrant, Elina is not the only one who advanced their Bloodline; three other people did, and he is one of them.

If I am not wrong, this middle-aged man is Tim Colson, a high-level member of Sky Saber with the bloodlike of Sun Swallowing Lion, a pretty powerful bloodline.

“Snort! Is rescuing you and helping you advance your Bloodline is not enough? Or do you think the formation just went awry, and you were lucky enough,” Elina asked angrily; Tim’s face couldn’t help but became ugly hearing that, but he soon controlled himself.

“Don’t think you have done us a favor; you were rescuing yourself and rescued us on the way,” he said without a hint of gratitude in his voice.

“Its not like I am asking it for myself; I am asking it for all of us. It is the wealth of three Master class Tyrants, and we deserve an equal share,” He added while looking around.

A second later, of twenty-eight, seventeen people appeared behind him, including two mid-leaders, and now all of them faintly pressing their aura on us.

The remaining people are looking at us neutrally, but I am sure they will also demand their share when the time comes; it is simple humans nature. If I had been in their place, I would do the same; it is the storages of freaking Master class Tyrants; there is something for everyone in it.

“We are not going to give you anything, so fuck off,” Elina said, blasting a powerful peak Leader class aura that changed the expression on all the people’s faces. With the bloodline score, Elina had become extremely powerful; regular peak Leaders are no match.

An expression of fear had appeared on the face of the before his expressions smoothened up. “Elina of Riverfield Academy, we people of Sky Saber, know how to take what’s ours. If you are unwilling to give what is rightfully ours, we will use force,” He threatened with people behind him nodded in affirmations.

“If you ungrateful people have any courage, then attack me; I want to see what you can do,” Elina dared, further increasing her aura.

“You all capture him, don’t let him run away while we will handle this bitch for Riverfield Academy,” He said as he pointed the elites at me while he and two leaders besides him would attack Elina.

Elites beside him struggle to make design for a moment before too a step toward me; once the crowd found a leader for their desires, they will act, forgetting the morality of the act itself.

“Stop!” I said as I moved my fingers and all fourteen people stopped on their tracks as if they were frozen, not able to move a single inch. The only part of their body that could move was their eyes, and sheer horror could be seen in them.

“Tell you what, Mr. Colson and team. If you are able to defeat Elina, I will give you all three storages without taking a single thing,” I said to Colson, and the other two were looking at me with shock.
