471 Winner by KO
And despite their extensive combat experience, this was the first time they had seen this.
A single blow… A single blow had managed to knock out an Alpha… But what kind of monster was capable of such a feat.
They all looked at Axel in awe, still wondering how such a thing was possible, and if they took into account the verbal exchange that father and son had just had, Axel had held backĀ ?
The judges exchanged glances with each other, the only thing they had been able to see was that Axel had disappeared and reappeared in the same place a few seconds later, and at the same time the Alpha had crashed into the energy shield which had been pulverized by the power of this impact.
This was the first time their energy shield had shattered and one of the judges brought back 2 magical crystals of medium seize that had broken and were now unusable.
When Mykael saw this, he made new magical crystals appear in front of these judges so that they could go and change them and he forced the Alpha to drink a healing potion of legendary grade because his son had not held back at all and he had blown out all his internal organs.
This Alpha was still alive only because Axel had not touched his energy reserve and so his regeneration ability was healing him, only without a legendary grade healing potion it could take several days before he regained consciousness.
Mykael finished repairing the damage his son had caused, and he gave him a warning look before teleporting back to Colin who now had Willow in his arms.
The judge who was responsible for announcing the results then said in a quavering voice, “The Alpha of the Wild Plains has lost this fight, Axel is declared the winner by KO.”
Instead of the crowd cheering loudly, everyone was silent again and everyone was still trying to figure out what had just happened, because there had been no fight at all.
Everyone was looking at Axel as if they were trying to dissect him to see what was underneath that human appearance and everyone was hoping that they would get a chance to see his wolf form.
People’s opinions were divided, some were still too shocked by what had just happened to have any reaction.
Others were so frightened that they just wanted to go home but unfortunately their Alpha had forbidden them to do so and they all had to be present.
And finally the last ones who were the majority of them, were very excited to see what was going to happen in the other fights.
The judge in charge of organizing the fights then called out, “The next Alpha to face Axel for the title of the Supreme Alpha is Paul, Alpha of the Blood Wolf Pack.”
Paul with an impulse shot into the sky and landed right in front of Axel.
His eyes were already completely silver, and the pressure that his aura was giving off would have been enough to make any wolf fall to his knees, but Axel just snorted with disdain as he felt his provocation and looked at the judge who had not yet given the start of the fight.
Axel sighed when he saw that the judge who was closest to them and who was supposed to give the start of the fight, had shaking legs and that beads of sweat had already appeared on his forehead.
Obviously this wolf was trying to fight as best he could against the pressure exerted by this Alpha and Axel the wolf decided to give him a hand.
The silver aura that surrounded his body spread out at great speed and surrounded the judge with its halo who could finally breathe freely.
The judge gave an angry look to this arrogant Alpha who liked to prove to everyone that he was superior to them, and then he bowed his head as a sign of respect to Axel who had just protected him from this pressure without exerting another one on him, and on the contrary, he could feel that this aura which had enveloped him was benevolent.
The judge was a little disconcerted by this discovery but he also realized that no matter how powerful this Werewolf was, he meant them no harm and that he was not the type to abuse his powers to subdue others.
It was rather good news for them, Axel their Supreme Alpha had always been good to them and firm when needed, and he didn’t dare to imagine what it would be like to have a tyrannical Supreme Alpha like this Paul to rule them.
But the grandson of the Supreme Alpha seemed like a good option for them, now would he really be able to take on the 6 Alphas to follow ?
Paul was obviously shocked, he didn’t show it on his face, but how could this young Werewolf resist the pressure of his aura, and worse, he had just enveloped the judge with his own aura which had dissipated the effects of his pressure on him.
Even he, an Alpha, didn’t have that kind of control over his aura, it was as if he could shape it and expand it to his liking.
He frowned and while the judge who had finally stepped aside from them had begun his countdown, he quickly scanned this young Werewolf who had been chosen by the Supreme Alpha to succeed him but he felt nothing abnormal about him.
However, earlier, he had clearly felt a burst of power, it had been a fleeting sensation, but just after Dante had crashed into the energy shield, shattering it, and he even lost consciousness.
Paul decided to be extra careful with this young Werewolf and when he saw that the energy shield was back in place, he immediately transformed into his final wolf form.
Werewolves were capable of fighting in their human form, but they were much more powerful in their wolf form.
