The Grand Cathedral of Life and Death is a perfect masterpiece of live materials as everything that was used to build it are alive. The windows are made from a plant called the Pane Plant which has leaves that are clear and are like windows. The walls are a mix of the vines and roots of the world tree with a plant called the Brick Plants that have flowers in the shape of boxes which also comes in different colors.

The Grand Cathedral of Life and Death have nothing synthetic or made to make it and it will change appearances with the seasons as well. It will truly embody the life and death aspect as the plants made will die in the winter which the outer layer of the church will then be filled with ice and snow. The plants that died in winter will grow back when spring comes and that is what Levin Cloud achieved from asking all of the knowledgeable beings in Alfheim.

“You outdone yourself with this. Great job for you and all the others that supported you.” Adrian stated as he got around Alfheim once more to check on the boundaries that he has placed.

It took Adrian about six hours to make sure that the places where he placed the sigils are not destroyed. The dimensional marks he left has also stabilized which means that erecting the barrier will not create a spatial catastrophe. He did not want to be the demon that destroyed the new Alfheim when it has just gotten restored.

Adrian then returned back to the where the Heart of the World Tree is located. He met the Avatar of the World Tree there and it seems that she is also anticipating his arrival. The activation of the barrier will now commence and Adrian must make sure that all he has placed will connect without any problems.

“Is everything prepared, my child?” The Avatar of the World Tree asked Adrian.

“Yes. I also double checked to make sure that nothing is tampered or faulty and everything is in place. I shall now prepare the connection of all points. Please be informed that this might actually hurt you but I am not sure if it will since this is a first connecting it to a live heart. At the very least, I can stop if it becomes something that endangers your life. Are we clear about that?” Adrian stated.

“I have full confidence in you, my child. You are someone who makes the impossible possible.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated as she gave a nod of approval and confidence to Adrian.

“Thank you for the boost of confidence but I will need more than that… which is why. Kenos, I summon you!” Adrian stated as he summoned Kenos before him.

“Chaotic Assimilation.” Adrian stated as he and Kenos suddenly fused form.

Adrian’s appearance drastically changes as he becomes a humanoid being that float in the air. He also looked quite alien but his form is that of a humanoid body that contains the stars. He still has his demon horns popping out but the thing that is very noticeable are the eight insect legs. The insect legs are not attached on his body but is coming from eight wormholes that he is connected to.

“Oh! As expected, I am even more in tune with space in this form. I can even see the hidden boundaries even if I am not near them. I shall now start with the activation of the barrier. Please make sure to also be prepared.” Adrian stated as a large insect head suddenly peaked out from the other dimension.

Adrian’s true body is still that of a combination of him and Kenos but it is very large. Most of the combined body is in another dimension and the humanoid body he is showing is merely a projection. As soon as Adrian said that he will start, the entirety of Alfheim is suddenly covered in his energy.

Adrian did not fear the energy consumption because the world tree is aiding him by directly transmitting the energy of a ley line to him. Adrian will not be able to sustain a large territory by himself after all. He also needed to make the next course of action in a simultaneous manner. If he does not then all of the things he prepared will get destroyed.

The people in Alfheim that were going about their day suddenly found themselves looking at the sky. The sky above them is still the same but they suddenly saw an apparition of a humanoid being and a large insect cover the territory. Some of the residents thought that they were being attacked but the world tree immediately told them to stand down.

Adrian’s consciousness is not in his body per se as it is currently in a higher dimension. In this higher dimension, the entirety of Alfheim looked like a small piece of the map. This is also the reason why his apparition can be seen in the sky. Without any signal or warning, Adrian immediately activated all of the boundaries he has created.

The entirety of Alfheim suddenly felt the changes in the mana density as the elemental mana in the territory suddenly increased in purity. Thankfully, the increase in purity did not harm the ones already inside the territory as they are used to it. Adrian then proceeded with the connection of all points as his insect legs gently carried all concerned points in the barrier and converged them into the world tree.

The Avatar of the World Tree suddenly got surprised and even screamed as the vast amount of energy and data is suddenly being transmitted to its heart. The world tree already gets information from the ley lines but that is mostly filtered. The information it is receiving now even contains the composition of the rocks in the territories. A vast amount of information flooded the heart of the world tree.
