Chapter 1559: Trump cards
Chapter 1559: Trump cards
"What are we going to do then?"
The Clan's leader asked.
Without even knowing everyone kind of left all the command over the battle to Sam.
They are asking for his opinion on everything and they are leaving every major decision to him. Even the soldiers and other subordinates in the clan started calling him boss. He became the temporary leader of the whole thing.
"I have a plan. I need to talk to Ma about this though.
It will rely a lot on his hands and his stamina."
"Go ahead. We will oversee the recovery of all the injured soldiers. We need to prepare for the battle as fast as we can."
"Okay, I will take my leave then."
Sam left the meeting and went to meet Senior Elder Ma.
"How much energy does it take for you to operate simultaneous one-sided space gates that have a transportation capacity of just a small amount of matter to different spots?"
"What do you mean by different spots?"
"Within an area, I want you to be able to send the things I want to any point I want."
"Depends on how far it is. If it is within the range of clan, then it is easy."
"Not within the range of the clan. You need to reach the premises of the Mari Clan's camp."
"It is not that far away, but a constant shuffle? Why? I can just make some transference tokens that could transfer things and mark the nodal point on top of the camp. You can rain things through them.
Or I can make half a dozen one-sided space gates and throw the tokens through it. It is as easy as that."
"That is not enough. Even though that constitutes what I am planning for the primary damage, I have a secondary plan in line and I want the constantly shuffling channels that you could access through one single point here.
In fact, you must be able to access multiple channels at the same time and all of them at the end.
Can you get it done?"
"It is a bit challenging for sure. But I think I can give it a try."
"I am sorry, but I need a definite answer and I need it to be done within an hour."
"An hour? That is a hell of a lot challenging. Why don't you give me fifteen minutes and let me see if it works? I have a theory that could work and make this happen and if it does."
"That I can spare. Thank you."
"No problem. See you in fifteen minutes then."
Sam nodded and left. He contacted the people who are operating the tower where Poison essence is being collected.
"Unload the cores of the towers."
As soon as his words were heard, the operators stopped their work and looked in horror.
"Sir, do you mean all of them?"
"Yes, all eight of the cores. I need all of them to be removed and ready. They shouldn't be damaged and they should be completely scot-free. We are going to take out our trump cards."
"Yes, Sir."
The operators gulped involuntarily as they went to work.
Sam also sighed as he walked towards the soul tower that he used to control various objects around. He let Spectre call back all the spirits there are and in fact, all of them went to the battlefield where hundreds of deadbodies are lurking around.
Sam controlled the souls and started making undead creatures of the deadbodies. Some worked and some even had intact souls, but some of them also didn't work.
The undead creatures included the Mari clan forces, the Gaja clan forces, and the beasts. Sam didn't care if it is disrespectful to the clan members that fought beside them.
Currently, the stakes are really high and he didn't want to lose any sort of advantage they could have.
Mari clan members obviously spectated as the undead creatures entered the Gaja city.
Sam sent them to the undead refining tower, to refine them.
While he let the Spectre handle the process of refining, he went to Ma again to ask about what he wanted.
"It is going to work. I can a bunch of space tunnels to different points, but it will start with one single tunnel on this end and it will be branching out like a network by the time it reaches the camp area.
Does that work for you?"
"That actually works better for me. I want you to do this immediately. Will you be able to do it in an hour?"
"I will do you one better. I can finish it within forty minutes. Since the basic framework and prototype are already done."
Ma said as she showed some formation to Sam.
The formation is actually the test formation that Ma made to check the theory.
"Since I was testing it and the time is short, I went with a large prototype that could be converted for the main task."
"Thank you. That is a great thing.
Can you operate this from right here?"
"Yeah, this is fine."
"Okay, then. I will send you the weapons you need to send using this system. I will devise a scroll with all the attack sequences. Take your subordinates' help if you need to, but remember the sequences.
Activate each sequence as I ask you to.
And within the scroll, you will get the points to which you need to connect from here to the camp area.
Some are near and some are far. The farthest is the center of the camp though. So, I think you can manage."
"That I can do. How many channels do you need?"
"How many can you make?"
"With my current capacity, I think I can operate twenty-four at the same time if I won't activate them."
"That is plenty. Even though the space channels are primary for the operation to succeed. I think the weapons will do the rest. Please go ahead with the construction."
After that Sam gave the rest of the instructions and requirements before leaving the room.
He then went to the Poison tower.
There eight formations are activated in front of the tower and within each formation, there is a rhombohedral crystal that is almost five feet tall. They are floating within the formations and they emitted a dark green light along with dark green poisonous fumes...
Sam looked at the cores and then at the operators.
"Your job here is done. I hope that you got a new understanding of poison control now after working here. Even though you worked, hard, you need to go and join the rest of the forces. There are some components of the tower that you might find useful in combat.
Like the essence condensers, the fume creators, or whatever you feel is useful. You can take them with you and they are yours for the life.
You can use them in combat as you like. I hope you survive the war."
"Thank you, sir."
All of them saluted him and went away.
They all had special uniforms, but nobody wanted to remove them and change them to normal soldier uniforms.
They are very proud of the work they had done in the past few days. So, they are really insistent about keeping this identity as a part of this group.
Sam waved his hand and all of the crystals along with the small formation plates that are responsible for these formations flew into the Divine dimension fragment.
He then moved to the undead refining place.
"Are you done with the refining process?"
Sam asked the operators.
"Yes, sir. We just need a few minutes."
"Do it fast. Finish it as soon as you can."
Sam waited for ten more minutes before all of the undead creatures were refined and transported back to the frontlines.
He then instructed the operators the same thing as he did with the poison tower operators.
"Remove the cores. All sixteen of them."
The operators were scared. The reaction is actually a bit more severe than the previous one.
"Sir, but the cores, why do you want to separate them? They are extremely unstable and dangerous. They can create a lot of damage."
"Yeah, they can create a lot of damage and even I really didn't want to use them. But we don't have another choice now, do we? Just remove them according to the basic instructions."
"Okay, sir."
"Don't damage them. Not even a scratch. As you said, it is very dangerous."
"Yes, Sir."
As Sam waited, the subordinates carefully dismantled the cores from the tower and placed them in formations made by formation plates.
Just like how he did with the previous cores of poison tower. He did the same with these things. They were all sent to the divine dimension fragments.
After that was done, Sam went to a separate place where the crystal Symbiote was being made.
He went there and collected all the crystal symbiote fragments. They are numbered in thousands. He placed all of them in separate spatial storage.
He collected all of the things he needed and went to meet Ma.
