“You better not peek at me when I’m bathing or something!” Director Sands shouted at his chairman.
“PFFFFFFTTT!!!” Jessica Sands spat out the tea that she almost choked on. “Who would want to look at you bathing gramps? Not even those who are bent on committing suicide would pick such a painful way to die! HAHA!”
Everybody in the group merely smiled and held back their laughter. Even the Chairman remained silent. No one really knew if he was laughing back where he was or not, though.
“YOU!!” Director Sands sputtered helplessly at his granddaughter. “Hmph! On account that we are very pressed for time, I shall not pursue this matter. If not, I will definitely cut your pocket money!”
“Hee hee!” Jessica took a deep breath and finished her laughing outburst. “Anyway, let’s go! Let’s go NOW!”
“Tell me what special method of escape you have first. I need to know if I want to factor that in into my plans.” Director Sands said.
“Oh that? Just like Elliot, I had also figured out a way to travel between realms! My Realm Portal isn’t as big as Elliot’s, but it’s probably much more stable. I can escape to a different realm, make my escape, and then jump back in into our realm a huge distance away.” Jessica explained casually.
The entire room fell silent. pᴀɴᴅᴀ-ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ.ᴄᴏᴍ
They could not believe their ears, especially Director Sands who was looking at Jessica with a very, very grave look.
After a moment, it was the Chairman who spoke up first.
“Jessica, make sure you don’t tell anybody about it, alright? It will be very dangerous for you if this information falls into the wrong hands.” El’Taras said in a light voice.
“Sure, uncle. Don’t worry. I won’t tell anybody else.” Jessica agreed.
“Good. Now, Director Sands, if you could take oaths of silence from the rest of the people there, including Jules, it would be perfect. You know the gravity of the situation.” El’Taras said.
“As you wish, Chairman.” Director Sands said seriously.
At that, Jul’Taras, Wu Kong and Aunt Hillary willingly stepped forward and gave their oaths to keep the information a secret, on pain of death. pᴀɴᴅᴀ ɴoᴠᴇʟ
After that, all of them gathered around the old man, and with a wave of his hand, they disappeared from the Diamond Sponsor VIP Room.
And appeared around one kilometer away from Elliot!
Director Sands’ mastery over space had reached an extremely sublime level, and instant super-long distance teleportation while bringing a group of people was no longer a problem for him.
However, doing it comfortably seemed to be a VERY big issue.
“OEKKKK!!”
“BLEAHHHH!!”
“UGHHH!!” ρꪖꪕᦔꪖꪕꪫꪣꫀꪶ
All three kids immediately heaved out their breakfast and vomited on the spot. Even Aunt Hillary looked like she was about to go as well. But she managed to keep her composure and kept the area around her unsoiled by half digested food.
“Uhhhh. Sorry. I didn’t know you kids are so weak! HAHA!” Director Sands laughed and apologized rather unapologetically.
Jessica was the first to recover, and she shot her grandfather a withering glare before blinking high into the sky to look at the fight that was going on.
Well, it wasn’t much of a fight, by that point.
None of the Emperor’s shields and barriers worked against the Darklight summons!
Imagine being attacked by fifty little ants which simply wouldn’t stop biting, and which are completely impervious to all of your attempts to remove them from your body.
Even the strongest Emperors would soon panic even though their lives were not yet at stake! True enough, the Emperors quickly retreated. With their leader completely unresponsive and apparently missing in action, they were unwilling to continue such a troublesome battle.
With a burst of energy, all seven Emperors left the scene!
“Hmmmm? The Darklight Summons are pretty amazing! They aren’t very strong, but the upgrade granted by the mysterious Life and Death energy is incredible. To think that they would be unstoppable!” Elliot admired his own summons for a moment. “If I had known about this, I would have used them against the damned Hegemon!”
Elliot canceled his summons and the portal instantly winked out of existence.
At that point, there was no doubt in the minds of all who were watching that Elliot was the source of the Realm Portal!! His fate had been irrevocably sealed. Without a massive turn of events, he would be the object of greed for countless superpowers.
However, that object of greed was completely oblivious to the fate that he had accidentally brought upon himself, and was instead feeling rather smug about his accomplishments.
“My Darklight Apostle System is now probably the strongest system in the whole universe!! HAHA! If I were to get stronger summons, I could probably take that Hegemon down by myself!” He thought.
Apparently he wasn’t just smug, but slightly delusional as well.
Still, he wasn’t truly feeling smug and delusional without cause.
The opening of the Realm Portal WAS a big thing, and the infusion of the mysterious Darklight Energy, as Elliot had so aptly named it, into his summoned beasts was also a monumental occurrence!
If his simple summoned beasts could power up so drastically after being upgraded by the Darklight Energy, what would his Tamed Beasts and his Beast Apostles be like?
Elliot had half a mind to go and find that cursed Second Senior Brother and try out his newfound powers!
But then he remembered the suffocating aura that the Hegemon had used to lock him down, and all of his enthusiasm evaporated almost immediately.
“Ah, maybe next time.” He thought to himself hastily.
However, at that moment, five very powerful beings suddenly appeared before him.
And judging by the power fluctuations that the ugliest and the oldest being were giving out, he was almost very certainly more powerful than the damned Second Senior Brother!!
