320 Primal Alexander
“Set up a Hegemon Level Universe-Wide Tournament. The winner gets the power up after signing a complete contract of loyalty with me and his/her original power.” Primal Dul’Akharat said forcefully.
He looked around the room which was full of powerful Primals and waited for their opinions.
“Three is stronger than two, four doesn’t break as easily as three. I propose the winner signs that contract with 5 Primals to make it foolproof.” A lazy voice rang out from the corner of the room.
It was from a human being!
He looked extremely casual. Tshirt, jeans, nikes and a right arm completely covered with tattoos.
“Primal Alexander. As always, your inputs are valuable. Five Primals it is. We will select the five from five different factions. The origin faction, my faction and…” Primal Dul’Akharat trailed off.
“A pre tournament competition then, to determine the participating factions.” Primal Alexander said with a smile.
“Sounds fun.”
“Agreed.”
“Let’s do it.”pᴀɴᴅᴀ-ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ.ᴄᴏᴍ
One by one, the leaders of the Primal factions agreed. There were a total of eleven factions.
Primal Dul’Akharat’s didn’t participate as he was the permanent member by merit of his great strength.
Why King level?
It was because that particular level was the best time to spot geniuses before they make their River of Runes. They could still be nurtured and then guided to make the most solid River of Runes possible which would determine how high they could go in life.
Emperors had already formed their River of Runes, and for them, it was too late. It was especially true if they did so erroneously. A weak River of Runes would ensure that their future achievements would be extremely limited.
A victory would be ten points.
A draw would be seven points.
Top three winners will get a confirmed spot. pᴀɴᴅᴀ ɴoᴠᴇʟ
The fourth winner will get a spot if the original faction of the eventual tournament winner comes from one of the top three or from Dul’Akharat’s.
“Director Sands. An arena, if you please.” Primal Dul’Akharat said politely.
Director Sands waved his hand and immediately, space shimmered and the massive room rearranged itself to become a mini stadium with a massive VIP viewing Platform hovering in the sky.
“Let’s have the pre tournament battle in exactly thirty minutes. Be here, or be square.” Primal Dul’Akharat rumbled.
With that, some of the Primal faction leaders disappeared to pick their fighters up.
Others remained seated. Their chosen fighters were in their private dimensional world.
“It would be interesting to see them fight each other.” Chairman El’Taras glanced at Harold Sands and smiled. “I recommended Jul’Taras to Primal Isabella. She would probably pick her. Did you recommend Jessica to Old Wabetto?”
“Of course not. She’s too busy with the Pancakes!” Harold Sands said.
“Ah right. Those pancakes are delicious. She needs to focus on that.” Chairman El’Taras chatted with Harold Sands lightly and very casually. ρꪖꪕᦔꪖꪕꪫꪣꫀꪶ
“But I did recommend Wu Kong to Primal Gorus. He might pick him. And if he does so…” Harold Sands smiled at Chairman El’Taras.
“I will never agree to Jul’Taras marrying a weaker husband. He had better not hold back his strength.” Chairman El’Taras said with a laugh.
“I wonder who will Primal Alexander choose though. Being a human being, technically, he does have the right to pick Elliot…” Harold Sands said uneasily.
“Indeed. But it would be strange for the object of our interest to participate in the- DAMN IT! He really took Elliot!!” Chairman El’Taras cursed softly under his breath.

“Hey, wake up already.” Elliot poked Lady Balastiera’s silky smooth cheek with his right forefinger as he squatted next to her still unconscious figure.
However, her eyes remained closed, and her breathing steady.
Elliot sighed and stood up straight.
He had completely accomplished everything crucial in his checklist, and he was ready to move out of the area to kill as many beasts and aliens as he could.
But… his benefactor was still fainted!
There was no way he could leave her unattended. And being a powerful Ancient level warrior, his Dimensional Fortress simply wouldn’t return to its dimension after he had loaded her into it!
He could carry her with him, but…
Elliot looked at her extremely alluring figure and gulped.
He didn’t want to risk her waking up as he was carrying her with his little Elliot completely hard.
She would probably go nuts and rip him to shreds on the spot!
And so he sighed with great reluctance and sat down next to her to study his Ascendant Rune once more.
He closed his eyes and his body began to glow lightly as he focused on tracing the wondrous rune in his mind.
Time passed by and Elliot was completely taken by surprise when a curious voice sounded in front of him.
“What exactly are you doing?” Primal Alexander asked.
“Huh?” Elliot opened his eyes in shock. He immediately calmed down when he realized that the person in front of him merely had a curious look on his face, and posed no immediate danger to him or to Lady Balastiera.
“Oh, did I surprise you? I apologize. My name is Alexander. And I am from Earth.” He smiled a very handsome and friendly smile.
Elliot smiled back uncertainly and nodded.
“My name is Elliot. Why are you here?” Elliot asked him. He didn’t ask if he was a survivor or not, because obviously he wasn’t. Elliot could not sense him at all, and that meant this young man in front of him was at the Ancient level or above.
“You haven’t answered my question earlier.” Primal Alexander said cheerfully as he sat down in front of him as though he was preparing to have a long conversation.
“I was just practicing some runes.” Elliot said with a casual shrug.
“Interesting. I had no idea Runes can make you glow like that by just practicing them. It must be due to your unique energy.” Primal Alexander said thoughtfully.
