Chapter 300 - Vest and Pants
With a smile on his face, Eisen began to cut the pieces for the pants out, which really were just four nearly identically shaped pieces of midnight black cloth on the outside, as well as the somewhat silk-like magic cloth four times in the same shapes. The reason for that was quite simply that Eisen was going to put a layer of the magic cloth on the inside of the pants, just to increase general defense and longevity, as well as the simple feeling when wearing the pants.
He would be doing the same thing with the vest, although that had a few other peculiarities to it. Either way, for now, Eisen was working on the pants. After grabbing the small needle out of his left earring, Eisen began to swiftly put the four pieces of midnight black cloth together and then cut a small slit into the cloth on the front of the pants to create the holes for the pockets, as he then simply flipped the edges of that cut over and sewed them onto the main part of the pants to strengthen the edge while creating a proper opening to put your hands into. And once Eisen added two more pieces of black cloth to the back of those pockets and attacked the thin, light piece of cloth to those parts on the inside of the pants as well, Eisen had finished those pockets at the very least.
After that, Eisen swiftly moved on to other parts like the zipper area or the general edge around the openings of the pants, mostly trying to properly get the part for the hole for Kiron's tail in the back 100% right. As he didn't want there to be an opening that would let anyone see Kiron's ass, it had to be tigth, but if it was too tight, it would be uncomfortable to wear, so he really had to be careful. Luckily he was able to get the circumference of the tail's base right with the help of his
With a smile on his face, finally happy with what he ended up with, Eisen then just added the small pieces of cloth to put a belt through, and then added the Magic Cloth to the inside of the pants. After that was done, Eisen did a few simple tests, just pulling on the pants a little bit in different to see if the backstitch in the crotch area really was properly done to make the area a little more flexible, or if the pants were properly tight but not too tight everywhere. And when he was satisfied with this, Eisen folded the pants up and moved on to the vest.
This part really wasn't hard either, as he now just had to make the relatively thin, width-wise, piece of cloth on the back, as well as the two pieces of cloth for the front of the vest that would allow it to act as a jacket.
The reason that the back part was relatively thin was simply to allow Kiron to properly move his wings around, so the vest would simply cover the areas of Kiron's back inbetween, as well as above and below, his wings. The front, however, was just in the shape of a regular jacket, although the arm-holes were a lot larger than normal to make space for the wings to fit through.
After Eisen cut the three pieces of cloth out, he swiftly sewed them together and created three total pockets, one chest-pocket for small items as well as two regular pockets that you usually had at the sides of a pocket.
And then, Eisen simply attached the magic cloth he cut out for the vest to the inside and then added the button and the slits on the vest so that Kiron would be able to close it when he needed or wanted to. Just like that, Eisen soon nearly had two items finished.
The reason for the 'Nearly' was quite simple. Eisen was aware that it was possible to synergize certain skills with each other quite well, and two of the skills that Eisen wanted to try and somehow put together were the Enchanting and the Tailoring skill to be able to create stitched-echantments.
If it was possible to do so, Eisen would add some enchantments to the outside and inside of the pants and vest, although if it wasn't, the two pieces of clothing would already be finished.
In order to try this out, the old man grabbed a leftover piece of cloth-scrap and used some of the Magic string he had to stitch a simple enchantment into it. It really was just a small wind enchantment, because that was one of the easier and definitely the least messy enchantment that Eisen could come up with to try such things out.
And soon enough, Eisen saw the Enchantment as finished and poured his mana into it, and then felt a weak gust of wind hit his face as the cloth he was holding before was blown out of his hand. "Alright, perfect. This should really be quite interesting then, huh?" The old man chuckled to himself as he then began to swiftly stitch the enchantment he wanted to put on the clothes into them. They weren't really necessarily high-tier enchantments, but they were the type of enchantment that was able to passively increase the defensive stats of equipment. It might passively drain a few MP from Kiron per minute, but that was really all it was, so it wasn't a huge deal either.
Eisen only placed the stitched-enchantments around the edges as well, becuause he felt it looked better that way, and he didn't want to create clothes that were covered in random runic writing all over the place that was easily noticed, so Eisen attempted to create free-form enchantments that worked with raw shapes instead of runes, as well as writing that it was possible to properly integrate it into those patterns with. And the patterns that Eisen was using for this project were the patterns on the scales of his father.
While Trygan mostly had a humanoid shape when Eisen saw him, there were still a few draconic parts about him, which mostly just were things like small scales scattered on his arms. The old man managed to remember those parts quite well, and as every type of dragon seemed to have a unique pattern on their scales, Eisen was able to represent this type as well.
It was quite similar to what Kiron had on his scales as well, but it was a slight bit different due to the fact that he was a half-dragon and not a full-blooded one.
Either way, Eisen soon managed to finish those stitchings on the vest and the pants, and then looked at them with a satisfied smile on his face, seeing those two pieces as finished.

[The Dragon King's Black Vest]
[Quality – Perfect][Rank – 3]
[Description] A Midnight Black Vest created by the Omni-Craftsmeister Eisen. The overall shape helps any winged wearer, as the vest has been made to account for large, unwieldy wings. As it has a layer of Magic Cloth integrated in it, its natural effect has been enhanced. The enchantments in the shape of the Dragon King's scales that were added to the outside add more general defense and give a benefit to any Draconic Abilities.

With clear satisfaction shown on his lips, Eisen nodded his head and placed these two items to the side, before then standing up and taking a look at the progress of the sword. "A little bit more, alright…" He then decided, before he went back to his table and grabbed some leather so that he could work on the belt. It really was just a simple item, as it only required a long piece of leather to have a metal 'Latch' of sorts added to it.
But now that Eisen was aware that these patterns could give a small benefit to Draconic Abilities, he didn't want to hold back in the slightest with the belt either, choosing to cover it completely in the patterns of Trygan's scales through simple leather-carving. And of course, Eisen also added the possibility of attaching different items to the belt as well, by adding extra 'holes' to hook things into to the top of the belt.
The smirk on Eisen's face didn't disappear as he punched the holes into the belt and then attached the small metallic piece to one end of the belt and then saw it as finished, giving him a 'Dragon King's Belt'. The most important effect of them was the benefit to Draconic abilities, as the old man had expected, especially considering the amount of detail Eisen went for with this.
"Perfect! Now, I guess it doesn't make too much sense to create a regular sheath for a sword like that, does it..?" Eisen muttered to himself as he turned around and looked at the blade that was just about finished with its tempering.
As the old man was moving his fingers through his rock-beard, as he was in his demonic form, Eisen thought about what the best choice for that would be, and then came to the conclusion that a sheath for a such a sword would just be an extra burden, as long as Eisen didn't create the type that he had thought about creating a little while ago, a 'Spatial Sheath'.
Using the same principle of Spatial Rings that Eisen had heard about so much, Eisen wanted to create something relatively small and light that Kiron could carry with him that only the handle would stick out of, so that he could simply pull the sword out of nowhere, which might also be a great advantage in a fight anyway.
Either way, such an item would need to wait until Eisen had the 'Spatial Gems' that were needed for it. He also wanted to create a huge backpack in that way for Bree as well, which she would probably end up being able to carry a whole house inside of.
"Anyway…" The old man muttered to himself and then stepped over to the Tempering-Oven and grabbed the pure-white sword out of it with a smile on his face.
"Perfect." He whispered as he held the increadibly heavy item in his hands, making sure to inspect it everywhere even with his Mana-Sight to see if there was anything wrong with it. But noticing that this was not the case, Eisen just moved on and stepped over to the grinding-wheels in the corner.
First, starting with the roughest type, Eisen swiftly began to grind the edge into the blade, which in itself already took quite some time. And now that the old man thought about it, ever since he got he ability to ignore high heat and pressure to his hands, he was able to speed his crafting up quite a bit. Technically, the blade was still too hot too touch for any regular person, but Eisen didn't have to mind that and could just continue to work with it right off the bat, which was something that he truly didn't mind at all.
Being in a happy mood, Eisen began to whistle a little bit as he finished grinding the edge of the giant white blade.
