860 A New Day for the Store(2)
Chapter 860: A New Day for the Store(2)
Aakesh didn’t care about Garos’ reaction as he waved his hands, and the system space stored another thirty-five lesser Sacred stones.
Aakesh then took a second look at the door, and after seeing no shadow approaching the store, he closed his eyes and began another of his relaxation sessions.
After reaching the portal room, Garos saw two shining portals. Garos then gently grabbed Elera’s left hand and made it touch the portal.
The next instant, Elera got sucked inside by a suction force that was much stronger than anything Garos could muster to resist.
At that moment, Garos felt his internals attempting to leave his body, but nothing of the sort happened, and he was fine.
A hurried and excited look appeared on Garos’ face as he touched the only empty portal with the tip of his finger.
The next moment, Garos appeared in the same spot he had left on before exiting Panagea. His face still contained a mixture of hurry and excitement as he rushed to the spot where he had spawned inside Panagea for the first time.
When Garos reached there, his heart swelled with a joy he had never before felt, and his eyes had become moist. He saw Elera standing there with a confused expression.
“Elera!” Garos called out to her.
Elera had no idea how she got here. Since Elera stayed unconscious all the time, she had lost her sense of time. She had no idea how long it had been since she last talked to Garos.
Elera thought for a moment that she was in a dream. But then she remembered that her illness didn’t allow her to have pain-free dreams. She felt like there was nothing wrong with her. She got more confused, and then an Angel, a higher-level being, appeared behind her and showed her the story of this world.
The things Elera saw should have shaken her, but for some reason, she felt it was normal. As for whether Garos had a hand in it, Elera didn’t believe it. If Garos could do something like this, he would have long treated Elera. At the same time, Elera felt some familiarity when she looked around her. She had no idea about the sense of familiarity, but she felt as if she had been here before.
Elera was confusedly looking around when she heard a familiar voice. The voice came like a bolt, freezing her on the spot.
She slowly turned around and saw Garos running toward her. Now that she looked around her, she finally remembered the source of familiarity.
The last time she had talked with Garos, Garos was rambling about some Panagea. The descriptions he gave matched the surroundings.
“You are here,” Garos excitedly mumbled as he grabbed Elera into his embrace after reaching her.
Elera’s sight turned blurry as tears began forming suddenly. She tightened her hands around Garos as it had been a long time since they hugged each other like this.
Even though Elera would gain consciousness from time to time, her body was in no condition to move. The bed had been her spot for the past several months.
At that moment, both partners wanted to melt into each other. They hoped for time to freeze for eternity.
‘I don’t care if I even die after this!’
Garos thought in his heart, as he had been waiting for this for the past several months.
Neither of them spoke a word as they tightly hugged each other. Elera was the first to break the silence as suddenly, out of nowhere, a blue screen popped out in front of him.
“I also got the quest you spoke of,” Elera said as she pointed toward the screen.
Since the screen was only visible to the adventurers it was there for, Garos only saw empty air at the end of Elera’s pointing.
“Forget about it,” Garos responded.
It had only been several months since Elera got the illness, but for Garos, it was no less than billions and trillions of years.
Elera understood what Garos wanted from his eyes. She had the same thoughts.
Since both of them wanted the same thing, Garos grabbed her by her waist and hurried toward the forest.
The city here had no inn where they could stay, so the duo decided to lose themselves in their bodily pleasures in the jungle.
Garos’s quest deadline was approaching, while Elera hadn’t even read the quest, but neither of them cared about it. They decided to give each other whatever time they had left in Panagea.
The next moment, moans began to ring in the outer parts of the jungle.

Aakesh was still sleeping, unaware of the scenes going on inside the Panagea. He had his eyes closed as he was relaxing when he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps coming from the door.
Aakesh opened his eyes and saw a familiar Thorron standing at the door.
***
The Thorron had no idea that Aakesh could see them as he stood at the door of the store. It was none other than Ricky, the first general to arrive on the scene when Aakesh began his killing.
Ricky had been curious about the non-demon’s store since he found out about Aakesh’s background.
When Ricky reached the store, there was still hesitation in his heart since he didn’t know what Aakesh felt toward him. What if Aakesh had a personal guard, and then Aakesh ordered the guard to kill him? Ricky would be able to do nothing if something like this occurred in the store.
In the end, Ricky’s curiosity won over the fear in his heart as he looked up at the door. A surprised expression appeared on his face as he saw the open gate, but when he tried to see inside, a blurry wall stopped him.
Ricky knew his strength, so he didn’t try to push his sense inside. He then took a deep breath and entered the store.
As Ricky set foot on the floor, he could feel that the material used on the floor was valuable and familiar, but he couldn’t put his finger on its information.
Ricky then stopped looking at the floor and looked straight ahead. His eyes then fell on Aakesh, looking at him expressionlessly.
