925 Closing for the Day!
Chapter 925: Closing for the Day!
After Ricardo left, Aakesh returned to another relaxation session.
Time flew by, and the last six hours for the store began as the fourth group of customers entered Panagea.
Aakesh was relaxing on his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from the store’s door.
Aakesh opened his eyes and turned around in that direction. An unfamiliar face greeted Aakesh’s sight.
It was a female Thorron. The woman only hesitated once she was at the gate and then she stepped inside.
A smile appeared on her face as she caught sight of the store owner looking at her.
The woman then looked around the store. A brilliant smile covered her face as she liked the aesthetics of the store’s interior.
From the outside, the building looked nothing but ordinary except for the store’s title in large regal golden fonts. Even someone who had no idea of the material could see that the material used in the store was expensive.
“Hello, store owner,” The woman greeted Aakesh after approaching him.
Aakesh nodded in response to the greetings and then waited for the woman to ask the question.
As expected, the woman next asked about the store products.
Like a parrot, Aakesh introduced all four products to the woman in one breath. At the same time, he also told her about the lack of spots in Panagea.
The woman was disappointed to find out about Panagea. She then left the store after buying three body, mental, and soul healing pills.

After the King’s order, Alfred left for Thorr City because he needed to find out the truth behind the mysterious purchase and the buyer.
Due to his stingy personality, Alfred decided to walk on his feet since nothing would change in two days.
Alfred’s journey was fine at the start, but when the night dawned, his troubles began. There were only two True Gods in the Fawkes Kingdom, but there were more than several tens of thousands of Divine Lords, and out of them, several hundred were peak Divine Lords.
Not every peak Divine Lord in the Fawkes Kingdom was a city lord, and many were the leader of gangs or sects.
During his journey, Alfred came across one such gang operated by a peak Divine Lord.
Alfred could fight to the extreme, but he couldn’t give up on money, so a devastating battle began between Alfred and the gang leader.
Alfred came out on top of the battle, and one gang became extinct that day, but the victory didn’t come easy.
Alfred’s body had accumulated several injuries, with one being severe. There was a deep gash on his waist.
A new day began after that battle, but the injury was still severe, despite the high healing rate of a Divine Lord cultivator.

“How many times have I told you this personality of yours would kill you one day,” A male voice rang behind Alfred as he was resting inside a cave.
The injuries he had gotten after the battle had forced Alfred to halt his journey since his inner organs had tumbled out of that deep gash yesterday.
Alfred wanted to smile, but he couldn’t even do so due to the pain as he turned his face slightly.
“You are finally here. I thought I wouldn’t even get to see you.” A weak voice rang in the newcomer’s head, as even speaking felt like a lot of effort for Alfred.
The newcomer was the city lord of Corr City, the mightiest Vurron, Asher Corrino.
Asher could only shake his head in helplessness as he heard his friend’s voice.
“If you had sent me the message earlier, I would have come earlier,” Asher replied as he checked the injuries.
Alfred had already sealed the gash, so there was no more blood coming out of it, but his face had turned pale due to extreme blood loss.
Alfred only sent the message to Asher a few hours ago, so Asher came rushing here since Asher and Alfred were the two cornerstones carrying the Vurron race. If anything happened to any of them, the race would regress in status.
In the Fawkes Kingdom, there were no conflicts between cities on the outside, but even when two people of the same race live adjacently, there are bound to be conflicts. And here, the conflict was between different races. They all desired for the other to fail while they prospered.
“I talked with his majesty,” Asher said as he gave a healing pill to Alfred.
“What did he say?” Alfred asked spiritually.

Alfred weakly nodded his head. It was only his money that he was stingy with. If others wanted to spend money on him, he would welcome them.
Asher could only smile wryly, seeing his friend’s behavior.
After about an hour, Alfred and Asher showed up at the travel portal in Thorr City.
When they saw Alfred and Asher, the guards posted around the intersection were in shock. They could see that Alfred was injured, as his steps weren’t steady.
The head of the guards saluted both of them and asked if Alfred or Asher wanted him to do anything.
As for the reason behind Alfred’s injury, the guard didn’t dare ask. He knew he shouldn’t mind things that were above his pay grade.
Alfred and Asher then left toward the store.
“Should we go tomorrow morning?” Asher mumbled as the sun had set. Neither of them knew whether the store would be open at this time or not.
“Let’s at least check the store,” Alfred responded.
Asher nodded, and then both followed toward the destination.
Since Alfred had checked the location of the purchased land when he heard about Aakesh, he was already aware of its directions.
Around a few minutes later, Alfred and Asher reached the store. It would have taken less time, if not for the aftereffects of Alfred’s injury.
As they stood in front of the store, they found that the store’s door was closed.
They both looked at each other, not knowing what to do next.
