954 Beast Summoner Device(2)
Chapter 954: Beast Summoner Device(2)
p
Asher decided to use eighty percent of his life savings after learning about the device if it could get him an excellent beast for him and the Corr City.
Alfred didn’t interrupt Asher as he was busy fighting a dilemma in his heart. He hated nothing more than spending money, but seeing the card in Asher’s hands, even he was itching to go for a beast.
Asher couldn’t make up his mind whether to purchase the Mutant Gazelleon or not, so he decided to give it up since there weren’t enough reasons in his heart to support the purchase.
Asher then placed the card in its compartment and pressed the switch to activate another round of summoning.
The next moment, the 1 at the top of the screen turned into a 2, while the square light began to rotate at a rapid rate. This round cost Asher one ordinary Sacred stone, but he didn’t worry about it.
Exactly five seconds later, the rotation stopped, and soon after, a beast presented itself on the screen.
Asher didn’t recognize the beast on the screen as it was his first time seeing it. An eager expression appeared on his face as the card flew into his hands.
The top half of the card covered the illustration of the beast. It was a wyvern-like creature, but it had a bird’s beak and the sharp talons of a hawk. At the same time, the talons were on fire.

Price: Three hundred fifty higher Sacred stones.]
Asher’s eyes shone as he read the details of the creature on the card. The first two beasts he summoned only had one ability, while the Aviern had three of them.
When Asher looked at the price, he couldn’t help but take a deep breath. The Mutant Gazelleon had a price difference of only fifty higher Sacred stones despite being a late Divine Lord and having the same Higher quality.
While the Giant Scorpion’s quality was only one level lower, the price difference between them was the same as its actual cost.
“What do you think?” Asher asked Alfred. He had decided to buy it, but before doing so, he wanted to get the opinion of his friend.
“Don’t fret over the price, and tell me what you think about the beast,” Asher further added, as how could he not know what Alfred would think first?
As he prepared to tell Asher that it was too expensive, Alfred suddenly stopped.
“It’s a great purchase,” Alfred answered after a pause. He wanted to think of ways to change Asher’s opinion, but he couldn’t.
They didn’t know much about what quality implied, but they still understood that the higher the quality, the better the prospects of the beast were.
Asher smiled after hearing his friend’s opinion. He decided to purchase the Aviern.
“Do you want to give it a try?” Asher suddenly asked Alfred.
Alfred had been intently looking at the card since the first round of summoning, so Asher could sense Alfred’s desire to own a beast.
Alfred fell into a pause after hearing his friend’s question. He had been fighting the dilemma in his heart since Asher summoned the Giant Scorpion.
“Fuck it! Let’s be extravagant here,” Alfred announced with a helpless sigh.
Asher didn’t speak anything but only looked at his friend. A slightly painful expression appeared on Alfred’s face as he approached the column.
The two on top of the screen had disappeared since it was now someone else’s turn.
Asher pressed the switch, and soon the square light began to rotate at an unprecedented rate.
Alfred had chosen the random system for summoning, so the beast could be anything from early Divine Transformation to peak Divine Lord.
Soon, five seconds passed, and a creature appeared on the screen, blinding both Alfred and Asher’s eyes.
A card then suddenly appeared out of thin air and sailed into Alfred’s hands.
An image of a creature with metal claws and metal spikes on its back appeared at the top half of the card. It had a metal shield around its body, and it was merging with a golden metal.

Both Asher and Alfred stood dumbfounded in the room as they read the beast’s details on the card. They were stuck in the quality section.
Aakesh had told them that the Ultimate quality was the highest quality the beast could have.
