Chapter 366 – Smile
Chapter 366: Smile
After selecting the weapons Odred had an interest in, it was now time to buy them.
For buying these weapons, he needed 8672 more customers.
He had two options now. He could get these many people from the populace outside the store, but he decided against it right away. The people outside the store were low-level cultivators, and they wouldn't be able to handle the pressure released by the weapons.
The second option was to call these many people from his organization. This plan would work.
Odred then took out a strange device from his pocket space.
It was in the form of a chip, the size of an almond. It was black in color, and on the top of it, a pattern of the pupil-less eye in silver color was engraved.
It was the symbol of the organization Odred belonged to. The chip was the communication device granted to the higher-ups of the organization.
Odred then tapped on the pattern engraved on the top of the chip.
The next moment, the pupil-less eye projected a small projection containing the contact information of other members directly in Odred's mind.
"Eh!" Odred couldn't help but exclaim in surprise, seeing the projection.
It was greyed out for every contact, showing that he was unable to contact anyone for now.
Odred couldn't help but look around the room in shock. There was a reason for the communication device in his hands, only to be granted to higher-ups of the organization; it was also severalfold the price of other devices since it allowed to communicate even in the midst of a space storm.
But now, the device has refused to connect to anyone inside the store.
***
"Okay!" Odred said and cut the call.
Since the device couldn't connect to others inside the store, Odred had no choice but to exit the store, while Sarbal stayed inside the weapon room, so the weapons didn't return to their respective shelves.
He had just now contacted one of his friends, who belonged to a different group in his organization. He was the closest to these areas since there was a branch of the organization not very far from here(In Odred's terms).
Time flew by.
Finally, a few minutes later, people after people belonging to different races began appearing outside the store.
The majority of the people in the group were Tao Seed, while the remaining were Tao Manifestation.
The street turned overcrowded in no time.
After appearing, everyone in the crowd bowed and greeted Odred.
"Follow me!" Odred couldn't wait to get the weapons in his hands, so when all the people he had called for arrived, he entered the store and told them to follow him.
Since the group was ordered to come here, and they were getting a good number of Primal stones, no one asked anything and followed Odred.
Time flew by.
After everyone had been given one weapon each, Odred approached Aakesh to clear the bill.
Aakesh looked at the number of weapons, and soon, the system informed him the amount Odred needed to pay.
"You need to pay 468 supreme Primal stones…," Aakesh expressionlessly informed Odred of the amount he needed to pay.
Even though Aakesh looked expressionless from the outside, inside he was feeling excited since he had been hoping for a customer like Odred to arrive. He had already fulfilled the requirement of the sale of training hours, and now only the sale of weapons was limiting him from completing the quest.
Odred had already calculated the amount, so he had already taken 469 supreme Primal stones out from his pocket space.
"You can keep the remaining," Odred smilingly told Aakesh as he was quite happy with the sale.
"You need to pay the remaining in their required denomination," Aakesh pushed one supreme Primal stone toward Odred and told him.
Odred and the other members of the organization got stumped, hearing the response of Aakesh. 'Who wouldn't want extra money?' They all thought at the same time.
Odred then fell into a dilemma as he didn't have that many stones of lower grade on his hands. He then looked at his student and other members of the organization.
"If you want to convert the supreme Primal stone…," Aakesh told Odred about the cards, seeing the members taking out stones to complete the purchase.
When Odred learned about the details and ability of the card, Odred had gotten the shock of his life.
The communication device created by their organization was one of the best devices in the Primal dimension and was the fruit of the research of several of his fellow members in the space storm.
But here, he could get a card that allowed him to communicate from everywhere in the Primal dimension, despite the environment and situation, and it wasn't even the best part about it. It also only cost a single supreme Primal stone.
Odred decided to buy it right away, as studying it would help in improving the organization's communication device by a large margin.
As for replacing them with the store cards, the idea never appeared in Odred's head.
After buying the supreme card, the system deducted the payment. Odred couldn't wait to study the card and weapons, so he left the store, Sarbal and the other members following him.
Several of the members decided to return at a later time to buy the cards and learn about the store, as it impressed them to a large extent.
After Odred left, there were no customers approaching Aakesh, so he decided to check the progress of the quest.
The next moment, two blue screens containing the details of the quest and its progress appeared in front of him.

Seeing the quest only around nine hundred weapons away from completion, Aakesh couldn't help but smile.
