“It is not for you to trample on!” When the deep voices of the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor resounded in the area, a vast spiritual light came down from the heavens like a screen. It tore the Demonic Energy in the area apart and utterly destroyed it.

Mu Chen, Qin Tian, and the Heavenly Sovereigns lifted up their heads in amazement when they saw that the spiritual energy in the area had surged to such a high degree. Even those masters who were at the later stage Divine Heavenly Sovereign level were petrified.

Moreover, the spiritual energy contained a special power. It was vast and possessed a strong spirit of oppression. In fact, it seemed to possess the power of the whole world!

As the Heavenly Evil Deity looked at the penetrating spiritual energy in the void, his black eyes gradually turned sharp and cold. He could indistinctly feel a majestic force coming at him.

The spiritual light was like a cloud, and when it descended from the heavens, the whole surrounding area started to quake. As the spiritual light gathered, everyone saw a Spiritual Energy Screen appearing in the sky just outside the Northern Wilderness Hill. It was an amazing sight.

“What is that?” many of them gasped and asked in unison.

Qin Tian, the Green Sword Saint, and the other masters looked on in amazement when they saw the screen slowly expanding in the sky. The screen looked mysterious, and it seemed to contain mountains, rivers, stars, a moon, and even a sun. In fact, it looked like a whole different world!

The screen was exuding a domineering aura, which made everyone shiver. Its power was petrifying!

As the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor lifted up their heads to look at the mysterious screen, their faces became grim. The Flame Emperor then said in a deep voice, “This is the World’s Willpower of the Great Thousand World.”

Everyone present was shocked upon hearing this, and they all started to become very excited as they wondered… Is this the opportunity to transcend the Divine Heavenly Sovereign level that everyone has been talking about?

“The first person to sense the World’s Willpower in our Great Thousand World was the Immortal Emperor,” the Flame Emperor exclaimed as he looked at the mysterious screen. “He named the World’s Willpower… Heavens’ Declaration!”

All the Heavenly Sovereigns looked even more excited, as when they heard the name, an indescribable power filled their hearts, giving them a strong desire to pursue it!

“Yes… And as long as one is able to leave his full name on the Heaven’s Declaration, he will be accepted by the Great Thousand World! He can then control the World’s Power of the Great Thousand World,” Martial Ancestor added.

The people were all shocked. As they lifted up their heads, a spiritual light gathered in their eyes. They looked at the mysterious screen, which they know understood was called the Heaven’s Declaration, with respect and fear.

The Heaven’s Declaration was quite mysterious. After the Heavenly Sovereigns all looked at it carefully, they saw a spiritual light gathering at one corner of it. Then, an ancient text appeared on it…

“Ye? What does that mean?” Qin Tian asked as everyone stared at the strange word.

“Ye… It is the Immortal Emperor’s surname,” the Undying Lord said.

“That’s right. During the Primordial Age, the Immortal Emperor sensed the World’s Willpower of the Great Thousand World, so he brought about the Heaven’s Declaration. He then left his surname on it,” the Flame Emperor confirmed.

He then added softly, “However, it was a pity that the Immortal Emperor was unable to leave his full name on the Heaven’s Declaration. If he had done that, he would not have had to sacrifice his life in order to seal the Heavenly Evil Deity.”

The Heavenly Sovereigns were amazed to hear this. They finally realized that, after they had reached the Divine Heavenly Sovereign level, they would have to sense the World’s Willpower in order to activate the Heaven’s Declaration. Then, after they left their full names on it, they could transcend the Divine Heavenly Sovereign level and control the World’s Power!

Upon hearing the Flame Emperor’s explanation, all of the Heavenly Sovereigns gasped. They could barely believe that, even though the Immortal Emperor was so powerful, he was still unable to leave his full name behind. This showed how difficult it was to leave one’s name on the Heaven’s Declaration!

The Heavenly Evil Deity remained expressionless when he saw the Heaven’s Declaration. He then turned to look at the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor and said flatly, “I am surprised that the two of you are able to sense the World’s Willpower of the Great Thousand World.”

He then added, “But, it is useless if you are only able to sense it. It will not make any difference if you are unable to leave your full name on the Heaven’s Declaration.”

Martial Ancestor and the Flame Emperor looked at each other and smiled. Their smiles were filled with confidence as the Flame Emperor replied quite loudly, “Since the Immortal Emperor has done it, we will be able to do it as well!”

They then threw their heads back and laughed, and as the the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor shot up into the sky, their laughter continued to echo throughout the entire area.

Crackle! Crackle!

At that moment, a magnificent flame swirled out from the Flame Emperor’s body. It was beautiful and colorful, and it emitted a mysterious aura, which was similar to that of a king’s. Its domineering power was apparent to everyone who laid eyes on it.

This was the Flame Emperor! He was the legendary King of All Flames! When the Flame Emperor shot out, the entire area became as hot as a furnace. It even showed signs of melting entirely!

“Today, I, Xiao Yan, will leave my name on the Heaven’s Declaration!” the Flame Emperor shouted.

He then laughed out loud, while the fiery flames gathered around him to form a huge Flaming Pen. He then held the Flaming Pen in his hands, then directed it toward the Heaven’s Declaration.

When the Flaming Pen got close to the Heaven’s Declaration, a mysterious fog surged out from the Heaven’s Declaration. Although the fog was thin, it possessed a mysterious might that could stop anything from coming any closer to it.

Pom!

As Martial Ancestor struck, a vast spiritual light burst out from his body. There were eight different colors in the spiritual light, and each color represented a different type of spiritual energy. The eight different types of spiritual energy merged perfectly together, then released an overbearing power.

The eight-colored Spiritual Light twisted around, then turned into a huge finger. The spiritual light then rose up from the huge finger, while the huge finger pierced through the space, preparing to write on the Heaven’s Declaration with its great might!

“Open up!” The Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor shouted in unison, their voices echoing in the sky.

Buzz! Buzz!

The mysterious fog outside the Heaven’s Declaration fluctuated vigorously, stopping everything that came near the Heaven’s Declaration. However, as the spiritual energy of the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor became more overbearing, the mysterious fog was unable to stop them, thus allowing the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor to break through the defense!

The Flame Emperor’s Pen and the huge finger broke through the mysterious fog at the same time. Immediately thereafter, all of the Heavenly Sovereigns saw them pairing up to write on the Heaven’s Declaration!

In that moment, an indescribable oppression burst out from the Heaven’s Declaration before quickly spreading throughout the entire area. All the Heavenly Sovereigns, including Qin Tian and the other masters, who were all at the later stage Divine Heavenly Sovereign level, turned pale. They realized that they could not even move their fingers under such an oppression!

Only the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor remained calm as they continued to write on the Heaven’s Declaration. All of the Heavenly Sovereigns fixed their gazes on the Heaven’s Declaration.

After the Flame Emperor’s Pen and the finger wrote on the Heaven’s Declaration, the Heaven’s Declaration started to shake. Then, the sound of thunder resounded throughout the Great Thousand World.

At this instant, all of the people in every corner of the Great Thousand World lifted up their heads and looked in the direction of the Northern Wilderness Hill. They seemed to sense that something magnificent was happening there.

Finally, the Flame Emperor’s Pen and the finger managed to leave a stroke on the Heaven’s Declaration. At that moment, the spiritual energy of the entire area shook, causing the Heavenly Sovereigns to look anxiously upon the Heaven’s Declaration.

There, a spiritual light glittered like fireworks, while each stroke was being written on the Heaven’s Declaration. Although the task looked easy, everyone knew how tough it truly was to accomplish such a feat!

As the spiritual light continued to glitter, the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor started to struggle. Their arms were shivering and they were both breathing heavily. It was clear that they were using all of the energy within their bodies.

Meanwhile, the spiritual light on the Heaven’s Declaration was shining even more brightly. Then, everyone saw something shocking. The powerful ancient text started to take shape!

Lin!

When the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor finished writing the words, their bodies stiffened and cold sweats broke out on their foreheads. When the two of them had written their surnames on the Heaven’s Declaration, they did not relax. Instead, they looked even more grave than before.

This was because, just as they’d finished writing their surnames on the Heaven’s Declaration, they felt an indescribable oppression coming toward them. The oppression was so great that they found it unbearable!

They finally realized why the Immortal Emperor had not managed to leave his full name on the Heaven’s Declaration! They had never expected the last part to be so tough! In fact, the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor both had the feeling that, if they continued writing, the Flame Emperor’s Pen and the finger would be destroyed by the World’s Power!

After standing in the sky for a long while, the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor sighed, realizing that they wouldn’t be able to write their full names on the Heaven’s Declaration after all. They then waved their sleeves, causing the Flame Emperor’s Pen and the huge finger to disappear into thin air.

The Heavenly Sovereigns found it a pity when they saw what had happened. If the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor had left their full names on the Heaven’s Declaration, they would have been the first ones to do so! They would have made history, even surpassing the Immortal Emperor!

Even so, what they had accomplished today was not a simple task. So, at the very least, the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor were comparable to the Immortal Emperor.

Boom!

After the two of them stopped writing, the mysterious Heaven’s Declaration emitted a roaring thunder sound. Then, a mysterious aura spread out and lingered on the two freshly written surnames.

At this instant, Qin Tian and the Divine Heavenly Sovereigns started to look at the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor strangely, as they seemed to have sensed some unique fluctuations. Suddenly, a mysterious force came down from the heavens and engulfed the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor!

When Qin Tian and the other Divine Heavenly Sovereigns saw the two of them engulfed in this force, they suddenly had the strong desire to worship them. The mysterious light gathered on the glabellas of the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor.

Then, a Flaming Light Rune took shape on the Flame Emperor’s glabella. As for Martial Ancestor, an Ancient Light Rune appeared on his glabella. These two runes were like the World’s Seal, bestowing honor upon them.

As the two of them looked around slowly, they exuded a profound and majestic force. They were like the Lords of the World, and as they moved, they exuded a great might that far surpassed the Divine Heavenly Sovereigns’.

When all of the masters saw the scene, their eyes were filled with excitement. They had thought that they had reached the peak, but at this moment, they suddenly realized that they were still not there. In fact, they were far from it.

Is this the Heaven’s Declaration? As Mu Chen lifted up his head to look at the majestic Heaven’s Declaration, his body started to shiver.

He could feel the blood in his body boiling as he slowly clenched his fists and said with a determined voice, “My wish is to leave my name on the Heaven’s Declaration!”
