“Level Requirement -10%. This kind of gemstone seems to be pretty valuable these days,” Remnant Dream reported back in the chat room. Lu Li could imagine her excitement from the loot.

“Yeah, it’s valuable and it’s been a while since we’ve seen one. I’ll reward you for it later,” Lu Li commented.

The drop rate of these gemstones had decreased. This decrease affected areas like the Sunken Ship, Secret Zones and Trial Tower, which had a better chance to drop the item. These days, it was rare to hear of anyone obtaining these stones from those areas.

“You said it! There’s no turning back on your words,” Remnant Dream said with a grin.

“Hurry and finish looting, then come share the experience points after you’re done,” Lu Li urged. He wanted to know what loot a high-tier Boss would drop.

“Alright, 11 Fortified Stones. I want two of them,” Remnant Dream demanded.

“Sure, if you can loot a godlike item, you can have them all if you want.”

Although Fortified Stones were precious, most of the Bosses commonly dropped them. Even some semi-Bosses and elites would drop Fortified Stones. They were the kind of item that was in high-demand, but was matched with an equally-high supply, so you couldn’t really price them too highly either.

“Two rare materials,” Remnant Dream announced.

“Quickly! Hurry!”

This time, it wasn’t just Lu Li pressuring her, but a lot of other players were as well. The little girl sure took her time, as if she wasn’t afraid of a Thief jumping out and stealing the items.

“Two skills books – one for Warriors and the other for Warlocks.”

After this, there were a few Gold grade equipment and a few Dark Gold grade equipment. The Attributes were decent, but no one paid much attention to them. Everyone knew that this Boss was definitely going to drop more than one good Legendary equipment.

“Wow, such a good Legendary equipment,” Remnant Dream teased. She kept complimenting the item but refused to share its details. After a while, when she was done playing, she finally posted the equipment.

Lu Li had high expectations, but after he saw the equipment level, he felt as if he had been doused with cold water. He had been completely let down.

This Legendary Staff was quite powerful; it had useful special effects. However, most importantly, it gave a lot of bonus Attributes. The magic damage of the Staff was shockingly high. Putting the other details of the staff aside, just the bonus Attributes and the flat damage of the staff alone were enough to significantly boost the strength of the user. Unfortunately, the equipment had a level requirement of 65.

Everyone was still having a heated discussion about who would be lucky enough to obtain this item. They were all sure that they could equip it after using some level requirement deduction stones. With the stone, the level requirement would be reduced to level 59. It wasn’t difficult for magic classes to reach level 59, not to mention, there were already a few magic classes present who had already reached the sufficient level.

Lu Li shook his head with a bitter smile; they were arguing for nothing.

Level 60 in Dawn was the current level cap. This meant that level 60 equipment would be the best gear at this stage. Of course, this doesn’t mean that players weren’t allowed to take down higher-levelled bosses for higher-levelled equipment.

This just meant that the higher levelled equipment was unable to be used by level 60 players, even with level requirement reduction stones.

As such, the equipment that Remnant Dream had just looted was currently useless. It was worse than a level 60 Legendary with weak Attributes.

Not to mention, once the level 60 cap was removed, better equipment would also follow and be released into Dawn.

“There’s one more, but this is only level 60, and the Attributes aren’t as good as the one from before,” Remnant Dream grumbled.

“Good, good,” Lu Li breathed a sigh of relief. If all the equipment that dropped were level 65, that would be real trouble.

They had planned for so long and begged for two special buffs from Sandris. They had also begged for another hundred subordinates with the poison that Garona gave. With all these tactics and all the time that they put in, they finally took down Bygraves.

If all that the Boss dropped was unusable items, Lu Li might pass out and die on the spot.

This level 60 Legendary equipment was a part of the T1 set for Priests. It was natural to distribute it to March Rain, and in return, she needed to pay a large sum of points.

This was a Legendary equipment, and also a part of a set. To be fair, it wasn’t any less than the level 65 Legendary staff. If they sold it now, the price might be higher. Despite the boss being a Berserker, it dropped Priest parts instead of Berserker parts. This was a problem that Moonlight and the other Berserker class players would just have to deal with.

“Do we still need to give an item to them? We’ve finished,” Fat Monkey asked. He clearly wanted to break the promise.

“We’ve made a promise. Of course we have to give them an item,” Lu Li insisted.

“Then give them a Fortified Stone; they don’t know what the boss dropped anyway. Fortified Stones are also dropped by Bosses. If they’re still unsatisfied, we’ll give them two,” Fat Monkey shamelessly rambled.

“That’s not very nice,” Lu Li interrupted, even though he agreed with Fat Monkey.

However, he wasn’t the same man as he was in the past. He wasn’t the same poor guy who needed to do anything he could to survive. Now that his position was different, his viewpoint, his direction of thinking and the problems that he faced were all different. There was no way he’d ruin the reputation of his guild just to avoid giving an item away. After all, everyone was from the same faction, and there might be another day when they’d have to work together.

“Then which one are we giving them? The skill books are good too, and I doubt you’ll be willing to give out materials, the Gold or Dark Grade equipment,” Fat Monkey said.

“I’ve promised to give them one of the Legendary equipment if two dropped. We’ll give them the staff,” Lu Li declared, proud of himself. Jade Flower Lover and Elevenless would all probably cry from gratitude. However, after they placed in the level requirement reduction stones and received a notification from the System that they couldn’t equip it, they would probably cry out of frustration.

Of course, Fat Monkey and the others didn’t realize how evil Lu Li was. They just felt like their boss was great in many ways, besides being too honest.

This meant that they ended up keeping the T1 Priest Legendary. March Rain had four T0.5 Priest set parts on her. If she added on another part of a T1 Priest set, it would make a big difference. Perhaps she could be more impactful in the champion match.

March Rain also got along with everyone in the guild, and it helped that she was also a pretty girl. Barely anyone was opposed to her getting the equipment.

Even Fat Monkey, who was eyeing the level 65 staff, had to agree that this T1 set part was better. This was only because a selected few Bosses and wild bosses which were difficult to kill would drop the item. There were more Bosses that dropped exquisite staffs.

The skills books were distributed out, and Lu Li kept the rare materials. Lu Li also kept the level requirement reductions stones.

However, he currently didn’t need the stone. After all, everyone could only equip level 60 equipment or below. Currently, the average level of everyone was around 58 and 59. There was no need to use the stone for a such a small level gap.

While the Prayer of the Moon Goddess buff and the effect of the Revenge Poison was still on him, Lu Li cleared out multiple campsites in a frenzy.

On the other hand, Sorrowless was still trying to defend against Alliance players from causing trouble while doing his best to take down Shandris. He had reasons to believe that this Night Elf boss with many skills would drop better items than their Horde commander. He had already heard about what had happened to Bygraves.

Apparently, the attack of the Horde commander was so weak that he couldn’t even kill Lu Li.

On top of that, the aggression of the commander was very simple. There wasn’t any situation where the aggression was unpredictable. The Ultimate skill of the Boss was also very weak; Bygraves never used any unavoidable Ultimates that filled up the whole area.

As the health bar of Shandris began to decrease, even someone as cool as Sorrowless began to feel his heart race.
