Chapter 1060 - Unforgivable
Chapter 1060: Unforgivable

In the face of such an obvious and unreasonable provocation by the rude Major, a furious rage flared in Sheyan. However, he was not a person who liked to show his inner feelings directly on his face. He just squinted and said with a smile which did not reach his eyes, “I’m sorry, Major. I don’t think you’ve given the right order.”
The muscles on Major Ryckley’s face twitched like he was smirking. He yelled, “You fool! Who knows if you’re hide something illegal in your stomach or rectum? Anything that spreads from that damned, ugly, polluted and dirty Earth of yours could potentially carry deadly germs. They could cause a large-scale plague in this great city. Your body is the perfect habitat for those germs!”
Sheyan sighed. He already knew that there was no use being polite to this crazy fella, so he only responded coldly with two words.
“F*ck off!”
Perhaps that was exactly what Major Ryckley had been waiting for. From behind his “spacesuit”, he immediately pulled out an electric whip that was making a terrible zapping sound. The whip was at least as thick as a human wrist. It left a trail of current in the air as it flew towards Sheyan.
Seeing this, Sheyan immediately knew what the Major was wearing was definitely not a conventional “spacesuit”.
He already knew how fragile the body of a human from the future was, yet Major Ryckley’s attack speed was that of someone who had at least 40 points of Agility. The spacesuit must have strengthened him by about 10 times. With it, the Major was not inferior to a contestant at all!
The “spacesuit” was likely a type of exoskeleton armour from the future.
At the same time, two military policemen at the side, who were also wearing those “miniature exoskeleton armours”, took a step forward at the same time and reached respectively for Sheyan’s left and right hand. Their actions coordinated seamlessly with Major Ryckley’s, which showed that it was definitely not the first time they had done this. Although they both wore an indifferent expression on their faces, their eyes shined with a sadistic pleasure.
The aim of the two military policemen must be to fix Sheyan in place after catching his arms to prevent him from dodging the electric whip! Sheyan, however, simply allowed them to grab his arms as they wished. With a sneer, he then grabbed them in return and jerked hard! At the same time, the figure of a fist shone brightly on the nightmare imprint on his chest.
The expressions of the two military policemen in miniature exoskeleton armours changed dramatically, because they just realised that they could not resist the enormous force at all! They could only stagger forward and fall down! The result of that was, these two men very selflessly used their own bodies to shield Sheyan from Major Ryckley’s ferocious electric whip!
The electric whip lashed on to the bodies of the two gentlemen with a loud bang, giving rise to a splattering of electric charges that were over five meters long. The two military policemen foamed at the mouth as they curled up spasming on the ground.
Multiple explosions occurred on the armours on their bodies. Fire broke out in several spots, giving rise to thick black smoke. The armours looked like they were already on the verge of becoming metal scraps.
Major Ryckley was instinctively stunned for a short moment when he realised that he had injured the two military policemen with his whip. It must be known that this kind of exoskeleton armour that could strengthen its wearer by 10 times was quite expensive, but it was still a prototype in the testing phase. The insulation aspect, for example, had not been implemented yet. Its high energy consumption also meant that it had to be recharged every three hours, so the army was not fully equipped with it yet. At present, it was only a trial product.
To destroy two new exoskeleton armours simultaneously…. Major Ryckley immediately thought of the many unfortunate events that would follow, such as the ensuing confinement, inspection, interrogation and even demotion. It was understandable for him to be momentarily stunned.
Sheyan took advantage of the Major’s daze to bend his body low and charge towards Major Ryckley with a standard boxer’s movement. The muscles on his arms tightened. He then launched a fierce punch at Major Ryckley’s abdomen!
Sheyan had packed all his strength into this punch! The nightmare imprint on his chest instantly flashed with a fist-shaped white glow, indicating his identity as a Growth Hunter with the Strength-specialty.
Sheyan did have some hidden motives in taking this action, but the fact that he was a straight man was enough for him teach those fools, who dared to covet his butthole, a painful lesson. It was absolutely unforgivable — even if his butt was admittedly pretty sexy!
When his fist landed, a crack could be heard coming from Major Ryckley’s exoskeleton armour. Major Ryckley was sent flying for more than three metres.
Here, we must reserve some praise for the quality of the Empire’s exoskeleton armour. Sheyan had used his full strength in this punch. It had indeed left a deep fist-shaped mark on the surface of the armour and cracks had spread like cobwebs from the mark, but the exoskeleton armour did not deform or fall apart. Major Ryckley remained intact.
However, his eyes were wide open and his face had turned purple. He then vomited and made a mess inside his translucent helmet. He slowly fell to the ground.
A mechanical synthetic voice was heard from within the new-model exoskeleton armour.
“The operator’s blood pressure is rapidly dropping… ”
“The operator’s consciousness is waning… ”
“The operator’s swallowing reflex has halted… ”
“The operator’s pupils are dilated… ”
“Battlefield first aid requirements were met.”
“Initiating first aid measures. Injecting adrenaline, dolantin, metoclopramide and tranexamic acid!”
“…..”
Sheyan ignored the three fools who were lying like dead dogs on the ground and went straight to the entrance, but after he had walked for only five meters or so, Major Ryckley got up from the ground with a struggle – the battlefield first aid measures seemed to be quite effective – and shouted bitterly at Sheyan in a hoarse voice, “You fool, how dare you attack a Major of the Empire! You’re dead meat!”
After that, he pressed a finger to the right chest area of the exoskeleton armour. The part he had pressed slowly popped open to reveal a red button inside. Major Ryckley then hit the red button with his fist. The alarms around the place instantly went off. Major Ryckley turned on his communicator and shouted frantically into it, “Activate the defence system! A spy is trying to break into our great Alps Base 7 with biochemical bacteria! Kill him immediately, unless you want a terrible biochemical storm to start inside the base!”
Following Major Ryckley’s excited drug-induced voice, six laser cannons quickly suspended down from the ceiling, while several spots on the floor flipped around to reveal particle cannons and other high-end weapons. All 18 highly advanced weapons from the future started charging while they aimed at Sheyan 360 degrees around him with nowhere for him to escape to. They were like 18 pairs of Death’s eerie and sinister eyes!
Sheyan did not expect his action to cause such a commotion. He could sense the threat of death. He grabbed a metal sliding door beside him and pulled it loose together with the cable connected to the power supply, then placed it in front of him as a shield!
But three seconds passed without anything happening….
five seconds…
ten seconds…
None of the high-energy weapons showed any signs of launching. When Major Ryckley, who was gasping hard, saw that, he roared, “Anbar, what the f*ck are you doing? Why aren’t you eliminating the threat?”
The voice of Anbar, which was filled with hesitation, transmitted over, “I think something must have gone wrong somewhere, Ryckley. We’re not the Internal Defence Department under the military court; we don’t have the right to open fire at will at a Lieutenant Colonel of the Empire.”
“What did you say?” roared Ryckley with blind rage, “What the f*ck do you mean a Lieutenant Colonel of the Empire! Don’t equate the ranks of the so-called reserve-duty militia with the great official ranks of the Empire! How could the f*cking spy in front of me be a Lieutenant Colonel of the Empire?”
Anbar sighed helplessly. “Shall I send you the warning I received from the command centre? By the way, because you requested to activate the defence system, the Colonel on duty has been alerted of the situation. He’s on his way here.
Major Ryckley immediately stiffened all over as his heart sank. Although he looked like a muscle head, his brain was absolutely not simple. He immediately analysed two very important piece of information from Anbar’s words.
First, the barbarian who provoked him – no, the official name for these people was “contestant” – was actually a Lieutenant Colonel of the great Empire! Not a f*cking worthless reserve-duty rank!!! Therefore, even if the matter was brought to the Supreme Military Court, he had no chance of winning. Second, the Colonel on duty had been alerted….it better not be that man!
Unfortunately for Major Ryckley, Murphy’s Law once again showed its might. Sheyan had to admit that the efficiency of Alps Base 7 was truly commendable. Not even 30 seconds later, a blue-and-white spacecraft could already be seen approaching rapidly from afar.
