Villain Cultivator

Chapter 459: War Marionette and Azazel

Chapter 459: War Marionette and Azazel

= Xuan City, Underground Dungeon, 72nd Floor =

Azazel stood in front of Brocell, who was sitting on the throne, enjoying the blowjob from his female android robot.

She informed Brocell that he was controlling 25% of the Aves Continent, including Liu Xuande’s territory. She demanded 25 fighters from him.

“25 representatives? Okay. No problem! Can I send my androids or golems as my representatives?”

“If they are stronger than 6th-stage and under the immortal realm, you may do so.”

“Cool!”

Brocell was cooperative. After all, he had more resources than the villainous forces that had fought with Miaomiao.

Still, his eyes and expression never hid his greed. He ogled Azazel’s sexy body and nippleless breasts – They were round, firm, and bouncy.

“Say, what’re the rewards for joining this event?”

“Upon reporting to the event site, everyone will receive a random gift from the Continent Event Host. I can’t tell what it will be.”

“Okay. Then, what’s the reward from winning the tournament?”

“As long as you are in the top 10, you will be eligible to join the Holy Land Tournament at the Holy Land Continent. Immortals and deities will notice you, and you might have a chance to join them as their vessels.”

“I don’t care about being their vessels. What about other rewards?”

“If you win the Holy Land Tournament, the Goddess of this planet will grant you one wish. As long as it isn’t something excessive, she will grant you anything.”

“Anything?” Brocell smirked, “How about the blueprint of the Primordial War Marionette of Archangel Series. I want to build-“

BOOM

Azazel threw a punch, aiming at the ceiling. Even though her fist didn’t hit anything, it created a massive hole as if the earth had been punctured by a massive bullet. Everyone in the dungeon could even see the blue sky, and the crimson seawater gushed into the hole and slowly flood the dungeon.

Seeing the seriousness of the situation, Brocell raised his hands, gesturing submission.

“That was a joke. Don’t take it too personally.”

“I don’t mind that you mentioned our origins, but if you pursue the creation method, we will do everything in our power to kill you even if we will be punished by karma and the Laws of this Planet.”

“Okay, okay! I said that was a joke.”

“I’ll see you in a week to check your representatives. If you fail to do so, prepare the penalty fine.”

“I know. Jeez!”

Azazel punched the ceilings again, creating another hole, and then flying out of the dungeon.

Brocell gazed at the holes of his dungeon, which was closed after she had left. The gushing seawater also stopped as everything was instantly repaired.

The self-proclaimed demon lord smirked, “I’m sorry, pretty angel. I can’t give up after seeing your strength. Oh, well. It’s not like I can’t get the blueprint. I still have these…”

Brocell looked at the invisible system panel, which only he could see.

It was a system shop menu, which listed many rare items in there.

There was a golem and android blueprint section. Some of them were sold at the atrocious price that Brocell couldn’t buy with his current wealth.

From his estimation, he might need a few thousand years to gather enough funds for the cheapest one.

Everything required soul stones, and some of them demanded a specific grade, such as 7th-stage!

Despite being unable to get what he wanted, Brocell laughed and read some of the item descriptions in the system store. It also had the finished product preview, which resembled Uriel and Azazel.

First Generation War Marionette, Archangel Series, Code Name [Uriel]

Second Generation Combat Marionette, Lost-Sheep Series, Code Name [Azazel]

There were so many code names that it fascinated Brocell. Many of those names were coincidentally the same as famous archangels, such as Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and others.

12 of them belonged in the first generation.

As for the second generation onward, there were over 9000!

But what attracted Brocell the most was the seven blueprints of the Prototype Generation as they were the most expensive and the strongest of them all. They were upgradable, modifiable, and evolvable.

They could even comprehend dao and cultivate like normal cultivators!

Brocell closed the shop menu to restrain his greed, yet he thought to himself.

‘As long as I can have all of these War Driods under my control, everything in this universe will be mine.’

= Siren City =

After Azazel had visited all places, including Xiahou Dun’s Cyclop Tribe, she returned to Siren City.

Of course, she reminded Miaomiao of the requirements of this Selection Tournament.

At the Yin Slave Mansion Lobby, Azazel sat on the opposite sofa of Miaomiao’s couch, chewing Cernun Tree’s durian as if they were a delicious snack.

“Mao Miaomiao, you need 35 representatives to join this event, and their strength has to be between 6th-stage to 9th-stage. Are you sure you can gather them within a week?”

Miaomiao also picked a piece of durian and took a bite. As an Asian, he was used to the smell.

“No problem. Even if you ask me to gather a hundred, I can prepare them in a day.”

“Good. It seems that you’re more prepared than the others. I have no worry now.”

“Of course, you can count on me. I’m the Devil’s beloved son, so daddy Devil will look after me and my anus virginity. My ass will always be his.”

“That sounds terribly wrong and disgusting on many levels, what the fuck… Anyway, I want to ask you a few questions. It’s my personal curiosity, not a formal interrogation or anything.”

“Sure. What do you wanna know?”

Azazel discarded the seed of durian in her hand to the nearby bin and leaned forward. Her sheep pupils flared.

“Are you confident that you can kill an 8th-stage cultivator at your current strength?”

“Nope! Not at all!”

He lied. He already killed plenty of 8th-stage clones in ITS, but their difficulty rate was 100%.

Currently, Miaomiao still couldn’t kill an 8th-stage clone with 200% difficulty. Although his shadow in the simulation mode could potentially kill them after struggling for five minutes, he assumed that it would be impossible for him to kill them with his current talent and skills.

Miaomiao believed that he still had a lot to learn from his simulation mode. He decided to be humble instead of being overconfident.

“What about Ling Tianlong? Are you confident that you can kill him?”

“To be honest, it’s 50-50.”

“How so?”

“I know a few tricks that can instantly destroy him, but he can also instantly kill me. The first person that makes the first move will 100% lose.”

“Oh? How do you know that? You only fought Ling Tianlong once.”

“I just know.”

Miaomiao grinned. He lost count of how many times he sparred with Ling Tianlong’s clone with 200% difficulty. Although Ling Tianlong killed him 99% of the time in ITS, he already learned the clone’s battle tactic, skillset, and strategies that Ling Tianlong might use.

Secondly, the simulation mode also provided him a hint of the right combat strategy against Ling Tianlong in the real world.

Against the weaker version of Ling Tianlong in the real world, Miaomiao believed that he was at an advantage.

He had everything under his control to the point that he was disgusted by his OPness.

Looking at Miaomiao’s smug expression, Azazel nodded in satisfaction, “I guess that the tutorial quest and the past experience are helpful. You seem different than last year.”

“Thanks. I got a few OP abilities that I think I might become the strongest mortal soon.”

“How cheeky. Well, I’m glad you’re confident, but don’t get too cocky. Protagonists are protected by their Heavenly Fate, Connate Providence, Luck, powerful experts, and their ridiculous willpower. As long as you can’t destroy their soul, they will keep coming back.”

“I know… but hey, you know about the protagonists?”

Miaomiao was surprised that Azazel was aware of the “Protagonist” term.

“We’re not so naïve to the point that we will ignore your mental monologue during the tutorial quest and the Devil’s works. We have been monitoring you after the Devil bestowed you his Luck Energy.”

“… I see. So you were peeping huh? But I have some doubts. Can you clarify something?”

“Sure.”

Now it was Miaomiao’s turn to ask some questions. He was wondering why the Devil or others never touched Xie Tian or Ling Tianlong since they wanted them dead so badly.

“Why didn’t you kill Xie Tian and Ling Tianlong yourself? Why giving me this task instead of doing it? You could have killed them instantly.”

As Miaomiao had figured that Macho Joshua and Devil seemed to be working together, he believed that Macho Joshua’s subordinates, such as Uriel and Azazel, were also in cahoots of this protagonist hunting agenda.

Thus, he decided to be direct.

“Deities like us can’t harm mortals unless they attacked us first. If we do, our Dao Providence will be crippled by the Universe Law and Karmic Curse. But if they’re immortals, we are free to kill them as long as they are illegally loitering in a public lower realm, such as this planet.”

“So you pushed the responsibility to me?”

“We have no trustworthy vessel that can complete this task. Even if we have a few promising servants in this world, they would have become experience points for those protagonists. We need someone that can defy their luck, fate, and mysterious “Plot Armor”, such as a transmigrator, reincarnator, regressor, time-traveler, or… you.”

“In short, you created another protagonist to fight protagonists.”

“Not exactly. What we need is an antagonist, a capable villain that can also switch roles to a protagonist at any moment. We also need someone who can… devour fate, luck, and skills of those fated people.”

Azazel revealed a creepy smile, “We nurture and cultivate you, a villain-in-disguise protagonist, to kill weak protagonists that haven’t fully grown. As for immortal protagonists, we’ll deal with them ourselves.”

“In short, you cultivate villains like me.”

“You can say that, though you are the only villain on our side. But we’re proud villain cultivators.”

“Fair enough,” Miaomiao shrugged.

“Now, my turn,” Azazel grinned as she suddenly erected a Heaven Avoiding Array to hide their conversation from the peeping eyes of world guardians. Still, the live stream was still ongoing.

Ding

[Macho Joshua has stopped the live stream and replaced it with advertisement clips.]

[Viewers are complaining about the sudden advertisement clips. They want to hear the conversation.]

“…”

Azazel grinned as if she knew what had happened to Miaomiao’s channel. She proceeded with the talk.

“I sense a presence of a War Marionette inside your dantian world. Who gave it to you, the Devil?”

Miaomiao raised his eyebrows. He was surprised by the sudden sensitive question since it was related to his secrets.

“Yeah, him,” Miaomiao decided to limit his information leak by keeping the answer short, even if it was a lie.

“I see. Is it a prototype model?”

“A housemaid one.”

“Are you sure? I clearly sense the Prototype War Marionette’s signature.”

“It’s a 9th-stage sex toy with no combat function. She’s a good housekeeper, though.”

Azazel showed a deep frown for the first time. She glared into his eyes as if she was staring into his soul.

Then, she sighed in disappointment and relief, “Let that be the case. I don’t want to see an emergence of another berserk War Marionette. I don’t want to kill my brethren ever again.”

“…”

“Do me a favor. Never bring that… doll… to the outside world. Also, don’t upgrade it! Don’t socket it with any compound element crystal! Don’t… just don’t do anything to the doll’s soul data chip, especially if her data chip has a corny name, such as Lilith or Eve!”

Miaomiao widened his eyes for a moment. Then, he gleefully smiled.

“Of course. I’ll never touch her unless I want her sex service.”

“You’d better be. Anyway, I’m off. I need to visit Nero and that pervert tree.”

“Have a safe trip!” Miaomiao winked at her.

After Azazel had disabled the arrays and Macho Joshua resumed the live stream, Miaomiao rushed to the bed and fell asleep.

As soon as he got to the Isolation Training Space, he went to the Pylon Tower, where he had placed a socket crystal.

He pulled out the compound element crystal from the pylon tower’s socket, which he had created in the space, after which he visited Xu Chu.

Miaomiao found Xu Chu at the dryad farm. As usual, she strolled around here, picking random fruits for a snack.

The 9th-stage maid robot that Devil had given him was also nearby, helping Xu Chu collecting the system fruits.

“Senior Xu, I need a favor,” Miaomiao giggled and waved the compound element around.

Xu Chu gave Miaomiao a suspicious look, “What?”

“Can I borrow your maid for a second?”
