Chapter 505 Mother of All Life
Chapter 505 Mother of All Life
A serene and beautiful garden floated in outer space. The garden seemed to be its own world that circled around the World of White.
The garden was gorgeous, with flowers flourishing under the gentle sunlight. There was a small pond with goldfishes and silver-colored fishes. A gentle hum filled the air—someone was singing with a heavenly voice.
A heavenly beauty with crystal clear silver hair gently watered the plants. She wore a silver-colored dress that left her back open, revealing her smooth and pure back.
The long, silvery eyelashes of hers moved smoothly up and down as she blinked softly in the breeze. A soft and delicate expression appeared on her entrancing face. The silver dress emphasized the hourglass figure of her body, which seemed to be too holy for mortals’ hands to touch.
She was the Primordial God of Earth, Mother of all Life, Gaia.
As she gently watered the plants, she suddenly felt some strange surge of energy coming from World of White.
“?!” She looked shocked as she turned her head around. The source of energy came from Erebus’ realm.
“Erebus, what have you done?” She stopped watering the plants and stood up to stand tal. Surprisingly, she was very tall, with a height of 5 meters. The garden still looked similarly sized to her.
“I knew that other Primordial Gods couldn’t stand aside and let the Gods handle this, but this is… too much.” Gaia looked saddened.
“Divine Legacies weren’t supposed to be released… they are too powerful for the mortal mind to handle…” Gaia looked even sadder as she looked toward the World of Four Seasons.
Her gaze landed on the Legacy Company’s tower. In there, Arthur covered his body in bandages to mend his ever-growing wounds.
The tower was empty, and White Paradise was in ruins. The public story was that there was a danger of radiation.
In truth, wealthy families kept sending their Assassins after Arthur. The whole city was a battleground.
Arthur couldn’t enter White Online to increase his strength because his defenseless body would get massacred in seconds. Thus, people surpassed his level, but they could still not kill him.
Arthur’s current strength could barely make a scratch on their bodies. However, it wasn’t far-fetched to say that his techniques were the greatest in the world. Thus, allowing him to survive this far.
Since day 1 of the White Online release, he knew that this day would come when everyone passed his strength. Thus, he increased his strength as much as he could before that day came.
When others were level 50, he was level 100.
…
Gaia closed her eyes and sat down on the garden chair. Her soft toes touched the grass, and the silver dress flowed down her smooth legs.
“Is it truly impossible to survive the incoming doom without sacrifices?”
A tiny sprout of a flower appeared on her smooth and silky palm. It was the flower of life, capable of reviving anyone.
“…” Gaia silently watched as the flower swayed side-to-side.
Then, she made her final decision and picked up the flower.
The flower gently started floating out of the garden towards the distant floating sphere. During the flight to World of White, the flower didn’t get frozen, instead stayed completely unharmed.
Gaia watched as the flower of life continued floating away, “Whoever receives the flower shall be my child and the future…”
…
Inside a well-furnished store.
Thud!
“Master?!” Ghost ran from upstairs and caught the falling Isaac, who arrived in his newly-bought store.
“I-I am fine…” Isaac shakily stood up and took a look at his blinking health bar. He grabbed a health potion from his inventory and gulped it down. His HP slowly rose back up.
Crack!
The bottle cracked and disappeared.
“Master, are you alright?” Ghost asked worriedly.
“Yes…” Isaac stumbled towards the stairs and climbed to the second floor; there, he entered his temporary room. It had a bed with a desk and draped window.
He plopped down on the hard wooden chair and narrowly opened the drapes. The streets were relatively empty. No sign of One Heaven.
He sighed and covered his face.
‘Underlord is working with One Heaven? Why would he be associated with them?
‘He is famous among children, known as a role model for many, and he is associated with those bullies. I don’t understand this, not at all…’
Ding! Ding!
Several messages poured from his friends. Darth sent a few, and Luna sent one.
He checked them quickly.
Darth asked about his visit to Stronglord, where Black Arrow Guild was situated. Their Core Members travel across the realms, while most of their members stay in Stronglord.
Luna sent a message that said she had arrived at the game.
Isaac closed the interface and pulled out the silver pistol.
‘How are you still alive?’ The silver pistol asked.
Isaac traced his finger against his forehead. There was still a tiny scar. However, the healing potion cured the bullet wound.
‘No need to answer, but you must be one of those Legacy Masters.’
“Legacy Masters?” Isaac asked with slight confusion. He hadn’t heard that term.
‘Legacy Masters are a rumor that has been spreading across the universe. No one knows much about them, but their abilities are known to be unnatural.’
“Hmm…” Isaac frowned and massaged his temples.
‘Anyway, what are you planning to do from now on?’
“Why?” Isaac asked while tapping his finger against the wooden desk, “Is there a hurry?”
‘Well, better become stronger faster than slower.’
“Hmm… Right, I should have leveled up from that fight…” Isaac checked the interface and was slightly surprised that he had risen three levels!
[Level: 528]
He assigned all stats to Stamina because it had grown to be an extremely important stat, especially for real life.
His strength would grow exponentially if he continued increasing his stamina.
After assigning, he put the silver pistol in the holster and left his temporary room. Soon, he arrived on the well-furnished floor.
It wasn’t as fancy as in Priesthood. However, it still looked quite beautiful from the outside.
Ghost swept the floors with a floor scrubbing brush.
Isaac sat down on the couch and picked up a book from his inventory. While waiting for Luna’s arrival, he began reading. The next page of the story was about to begin.
