Chapter 510 Silvercloud
Chapter 510 Silvercloud
“The world is in shock after the sudden announcement of the fight between…”
The TV screen blasted news while the flashes of light engulfed the dimly lit living room of Whitelock Mansion.
As the news anchor’s pleasant voice reached his ears, Isaac opened an envelope and checked the letter he had received moments ago.
His eyebrow jumped as he saw what the letter held. It was empty.
There were locations where the letter got sent, and its designated destination was Whitelock Mansion.
The location from where it got sent made Isaac’s eyes tremble. Then, he saw the text written at the bottom of the letter.
[- Arthur Welhenheim]
“Strange…” Isaac frowned and rubbed his chin. He turned the letter around and saw nothing but a blank piece of paper.
He then folded the letter and pocketed it.
“Very strange…” Isaac stood up and grabbed the tv remoter. He turned down the volume to mute.
Then, he left the mansion while dressed in heavy winter clothing. The mansion’s lights brightened the front yard, and bodyguards walked under the windows, checking the perimeter with utter concentration.
After seeing Isaac appear, they bowed and nodded. Then, they resumed their duties.
The bodyguards felt slightly embarrassed that they were worthless in some sense. With Isaac there, they wouldn’t be any help if a Rogue Chain Breaker attacked. Thus, many of them entered White Online to start their hunt for Legacies.
Isaac left through the gates, walked out of the neighborhood, and stepped into the snowy forest. His feet left a trail of footsteps behind as he pushed through the soft snow.
After a while, he saw the boulder with his initials engraved. He found a fallen wooden trunk and sat on it.
Then, he extended his hand towards the empty air and grabbed something from there. The beautiful silver pistol appeared in his right hand.
‘Where are we?’ The silver pistol asked as he looked up to the starry sky.
“The place where I am from,” Isaac said and pointed the gun towards the boulder. Then, he yanked it slightly up, acting like he had fired the gun, and the recoil made the gun snap up.
‘I see. It’s peaceful.’ The silver pistol said with a strange tone; his voice fluctuated slightly. Rarely did he see places as peaceful as this, and it made him want to protect this peace.
‘But, why did you take me here?’
Isaac stood up and went to the boulder. He dug a hole in the snow and showed a silvery pole he buried there.
It was the weapon called Silvernium. The dreams haunted Isaac monthly; it was all about his future self and Silvernium.
Thus, he took the Silvernium and hid it here.
He thought the dreams would end, but they never did.
His father was confused about where it was but never voiced his concerns to anyone. After all, the existence of Silvernium was secret.
The silver pistol looked towards the buried weapon, and a shocked scream echoed deep in Isaac’s mind.
‘AAAAHH!’
“Ah, what the fuck?” Isaac held his painful ears after the loud shout assaulted his mind.
‘H-H-H-How?!’
The Silvernium trembled and suddenly transformed into a similar-looking weapon. It was also in the color of silver but with engravings of phoenixes.
“Big Brother?!” The Silvernium shockingly spoke without a mouth!
“Big Brother?! And you can speak?!” Isaac accidentally dropped the silver pistol and had to take a sit before stumbling down by shock.
The silver pistol slowly floated away from the snow and turned towards Silvernium, “Little Brother!”
“Silvercloud!” The Silvernium cried in excitement.
“Silvernium, where have you been?!” Silvercloud, aka the silver pistol, also spoke without restraint. And, this time, he didn’t talk inside the mind but like regular humans.
“Wait, you can speak, and what the hell are those names?!”
“Yes, I can speak.” Silvercloud turned around to face Isaac, “However, I only speak inside your mind when there is a threat of someone listening.”
“There isn’t threat now?” Isaac asked.
“No, because my little brother is here.”
“Hehe.” Silvernium proudly chuckled and said, “My name is Silvernium, and it’s a noble name!”
“That’s right, my name, Silvercloud, is also one of the noblest names in the universe.” Silver said while appearing back on Isaac’s right hand.
“Anyway, Isaac, how did you find my brother?” Silvercloud asked while looking at his little brother, Silvernium, who floated above the boulder.
“My future self gave it to me,” Isaac said nonchalantly.
“I see, future self… WAIT, WHAT?!”
Silvernium, in his gun form, vibrated, “I thought he looked familiar but younger… To think that he was his younger self…”
“Explain,” Silvercloud looked at Isaac with a serious look.
Isaac shook his head, “I can’t really remember… There are fragments of memory, something about my future self talking with me in a dream. There was also Silvernium in the discussions.”
“Someone… managed to do that…” Silvercloud voiced out his amazement and looked at Isaac in a new light, “If his future self can be such a beast, what about him who got help from his already strong future self? Also, Silvernium and I will multiply his strength…
“I bought his future self thought that I would be here. After all, I am not exactly from this timeline either…”
Silvercloud then looked at Isaac and said with a serious tone, “Isaac, my little brother, will be a great asset to you. You need to learn to use him.”
“Why?” Isaac frowned.
“Because my little brother has the ability to travel across dimensions!”
“Wait, what?!” Isaac’s eyes turned saucers.
“Hehe.” Silvernium floated towards them and said, “With me, you could have access to every dimension in existence. I am known as Silvernium, The Cracker of Dimensions!”
“How?” Isaac asked while the Silvernium appeared on his left hand. Both guns were perfectly in his hands, like someone specially made them for him.
“Should we try?” Silvercloud asked.
Isaac looked at Silvernium and felt his palms getting sweaty, “S-Sure…”
“Just pull the trigger, and magic happens,” Silvernium said and turned silent.
Isaac pointed Silvernium towards the empty air and heaved a breath. Then, he pulled the heavy trigger.
CRACK!
