Chapter 2195: Mission Accomplished (2)
Redmond watched the empty air where the portal closed and clicked his tongue. This time, he moved to recruit Alderman into the Void Dynasty as a new replacement for the new emperor.
That was right, they were a dynasty, the rulers of the Void. The Administrator and the other big factions purposely misled people by calling them a cult. They called themselves a dynasty, which was why there were Emperors and Kings.
It was unfortunate that he was too busy rebuilding the Void Dynasty’s force. He was busy looking for people to take the King’s seats and got the information too late. He knew Alderman’s deed, and it would be just a matter of time before he was kicked out once the deed was discovered.
He believed all Executive Administrators knew what Alderman did, but they didn’t have concrete evidence. Without the evidence, they could not kick Alderman. The Executive Administrator didn’t have authority over another Executive Administrator.
That was why he had been keeping an eye on Alderman, but he received the information too late. He thought he still had time until he found out that Tang Shaoyang was currently hunting Alderman.
He had no choice but to use the Phantom Rover despite the enormous price for their service. However, he put too much trust in the Phantom Rover and ended up losing Alderman before his eyes. He was caught off guard by how proficient Tang Shaoyang was with the Space Power.
’I need to find a candidate replacement for Alderman…’
He was disappointed not being able to get Alderman, who was clearly the ideal target to be an Emperor. Alderman was cast out by the Administrator because he must hate the Administrator and want revenge against them. He was the ideal replacement for Thomas, who hated the God behind the System.
However, Redmond didn’t dwell on it as he had several candidates in mind aside from Alderman. The other candidates might not have the hatred, but they had the ambitions.
“I wish to hear your positive answer next time, Tang. Or else the Tang Empire will become the first step for the Void Dynasty’s dominion…”

The flying ship was falling at extreme speed, but that was far from enough to hurt the God Rank. Tamila and his crew escaped before the flying crashed and exploded.
While they were unhurt, their feelings were in turmoil as they witnessed their artifact being burned. They were standing not far from the flying ship that was ablaze in fire, their pride and joy. It never crossed their mind that they would witness their artifact in fire, not this soon.
The ship had brought them far, from a nobody Realm Pirate to an elite team that was feared by many. They were in a state of disbelief at losing their greatest artifact. But soon, the disbelief turned into fury.
“Find that bastard! I don’t care if he’s an Executive Administrator or anything. We must kill him today! We must make him pay for what he did to our home!” Tamila snapped and raised his voice in anger.

Tang Shaoyang was holding Alderman’s severed head. The moment he had Alderman in his hand, he immediately cut his head. Only after he heard the notification was he relaxed.
After the killing notification, he also received a bunch of notifications. Those notifications were level-up notifications, and he was surprised that he got one hundred and twenty-one levels from killing Alderman. That proved that Alderman was much higher in level than he was.
However, that raised a question in his head. How did he beat someone that much higher level than him? It was not like he used everything. He still had Spirit Integration and True Dragon Transformation that he hadn’t used yet.
On top of that, two of his news classes hadn’t fully matured yet. His martial arts were still shallow as he hadn’t fully learned Heavenly Scripture yet. He hadn’t learned a new offensive technique or any other techniques.
The Shepherd of Beast Spirit was even worse. The class was still in the starting phase. It was a class that needed time to mature… and money. He hadn’t come back to check the progress, but Azhug should have it under control.
Azhug mentioned moving to the Tang Empire as well, and he agreed to it. His team planned to join him as well, and they were more than just caretakers. They were quite strong for a God Rank.
Despite having two of his classes in the early phase, he managed to defeat Alderman.
’Don’t get complacent just because you beat Alderman. Technically, he almost killed you. You were left with just your heart, and if he knew your weakness from the start. You might have to use your Seven Souls to catch him!’
Zara quickly rebuked for thinking Alderman was quick. The former Executive Administrator was a tough nut to crack. He had his struggles, but he was not getting beaten in a fight. He was just having a hard time killing Alderman because of the elemental form.
But he could not deny what Zara said. In the end, Alderman could not beat him because Alderman failed to find his weakness. He won because he managed to find Alderman’s weakness, which forced Alderman to use a skill that exhausted him.
Tang Shaoyang shrugged, “I am not getting complacent or anything, but that’s a fact, no? He gave me a challenge, but it’s something that I overcame quickly.”
He had to admit that he lost in an unarmed fight against Alderman. That showed his foundation was still lacking, but he overcame it once he got a hold of his weapon. It was not like he assumed everyone in the Executive Administrator ranks was at the same level as Alderman, but it was a good reference that he had surpassed most people in the Administrator ranks.
Even with that in mind, it didn’t mean he was satisfied with where he was at. He decided to focus on developing his martial arts before looking for a new power.
He decided to put his agenda to get more credits to hold more classes. The same with the missions, he was not going to take a mission for a while until he fully mastered the Heavenly Scripture.
“There are still some rats… Do you guys want to have fun?”
Tang Shaoyang glanced in the direction of the flying ship that had crashed. He could sense the intense killing intent radiating from that direction. It seemed those people were pissed that he destroyed their ship.
[Nope! I am busy! Don’t disturb me for a while!] Vandir was the first one to respond, refusing to go out of his lab.
“Or maybe I will take care of them myself. Might as well go all out and get everything done!”
Everything in his mouth was not just the intruder who almost snatched Alderman from him. It also included the Murim Alliance.
