I look at Aven with my mouth wide open.
"What?! The Ophiuchus Empire?! The rumored city where they create a civilization when they were on a journey?! We are here?!"
Aven and the others are laughing at me and they're all nodding in agreement. Ilvia crosses her arms while staring at me.
"I guess you haven't checked the forum this morning, didn't you? Well, I'm not surprised since you have been waiting for the pod since last night and you couldn't stop telling us how excited you were that the pod will be sent to your house today."
I tilt my head and look at Ilvia.
"What? What's in the forum? I haven't seen it yet."
Ian is swirling his finger in the air.
"All of these, Kingstar announced that today is the day that players can officially enter the Ophiuchus Empire, they opened a portal for us this morning and we all already explored the city without you. If you want to see the details, you can check the forum now and read it yourself."
I immediately open the forum and read the popular thread, and I see the thread by Kingstar is on trending and sitting on the first spot in the forum. I click it and read the announcement.
[We, The Ophiuchus are excited to inform you that the Ophiuchus Empire is now officially open for the players. We know that all of you have been waiting for months and we have been keeping it a secret from all of you, trust me, it was hard for us to not say or show you all about the city that we built, but we managed to do so and now we are going to expose everything to all of you!
Oh, before we show you the city, we want to give a shoutout to the urban planners who helped us build the city, without them, we wouldn't be able to make this dream come true. Alright, it's time for us to show you images of the Empire that we built and the blueprint.

As you all can see we separated the empire into 4 districts, we will explain to you why we made it into 4 districts.
First District or the Southeast District:
This district is for the Community District, and yes, this will be the place where the player will be hanging out looking for a party or for promoting your own clans and maybe to help newbies. Not just that, from now on, if we are planning to attempt a raid in any dungeon, we will leave 50% of the slot free for the players so they can join us and the recruitment will be placed in the billboard that we put in the middle of the Southeast District. This district is ruled by Lothair Ermes, Kokushoku Ken, and Cho Ahn, if you have any complaints or suggestions, you can go to the Palace of the Southeast District where the four of them will be there for you.
Second District or the Southwest District:
This district is for the Supply District, this is where Crafter, Forger, Artisan, Smith, and the others gather. The purpose of this district is for a marketplace where you can find and buy items that you need or sell items or equipment that you created or looted from monsters, we also have a community for those who play only to create and experiment their skills in creation. We want you to become the best creator in the game because from now on, we are going to work together and we won't make the same mistake by not getting prepared when the Invasion Event come again, so your contribution might help us the players to overcome the worst situation in the future. This district is ruled by Aeris Gulliver, Alessandro Epser, and Edmondo Sani, if you have any complaints or suggestions, you can go to the Palace of the Southeast District where the four of them will be there for you.
Third District or the Northwest District:
This district is for the Military District, this is where players can gather around and have a spar or a duel with anyone, not just that we are also going to show you what kind of skills that we have, we will be teaching newbies and those who are in need of expertise in combat. This is also where we are going to create our own military forces that its purpose is for when we are going for another journey to the unknown, we are going to use our own human resources to do so. Those who are met the requirement can apply for it and don't worry, we will pay you plenty! This district is ruled by Kingstar, Ivonna Ivon, Boschwell, and Jade Liu, if you have any complaints or suggestions, you can go to the Palace of the Southeast District where the four of them will be there for you.
Fourth District or the Northeast District:
This district is the biggest compared to the other three, and this is a Residence District where players can buy the houses or buildings that we have provided, don't worry we are not going to charge you with real money but with In-game currency. This is where players can live as if they're a part of the Ophiuchus Empire, not just that, there are so many facilities for you to spend your time when you have nothing to do, and we will do most of the events of our own in this district. This district is ruled by Madhan Seyer, Sigryd, and Seven Diamond. if you have any complaints or suggestions, you can go to the Palace of the Southeast District where the four of them will be there for you.
One more thing, the Developers and Admin Sev are supporting us by providing Teleportation Device to the city soon, players can teleport to the Ophiuchus Empire by just using the Teleportation Device, and not only that, the Developers are going to add some features in the city so players can enjoy their times in the city. So please stay toon and wait for the further announcement from them!

After I'm done reading the thread and all the positive comments from the players, I look around and see so many players are walking around the city while pointing at the buildings around them, I walk past Aven to see the city from a different angle, I can't believe they could create such a majestic city in just 4 months or so. I don't know how much they have spent on this but I'm grateful for them to create something unbelievable in the history of online games.
Aven suddenly wraps his arm around my neck while pointing at the castle.
"So you have done reading the thread, did you notice that something is odd with the thread?"
I look at him and furrow my forehead.
"Huh? What's it?"
Ilvia, Chriss, and Ian are approaching me and all of them are pointing at the castle as Aven did earlier. I look at the castle and still thinking what's odd about it, then I look at the thread again and reread everything until I realized that they didn't mention the castle and who's in charge of the castle or to put it simply who's the Emperor of this Ophiuchus Empire. I look at Aven and the others and they all notice that I know what's odd about the thread.
Aven is grinning and raising his eyebrows.
"So, who do you think that lives in that massive and majestic castle above us when all the 13 leaders are on each district?"
I look at him and shake my head.
"I don't know, do you?"
Aven looks at Ilvia and the others and he leans toward me and whispers in my ear.
"We believe that the one who rules the Ophiuchus Empire is Trevor."
I lean my head back and stare at him.
"What? There's no way, right? How can he become the ruler when he's not even a part of the Ophiuchus!"
Aven and the others are laughing at me again, Ilvia crosses her arms.
"Well, it's just a theory but knowing that Trevor is always together with Ivonna means that he must be a part of the Ophiuchus but they're hiding him from the public. Just look at the player's leaderboard and you will be surprised."
I open the official website and go to the player's leaderboard. The first name that I see is Trevor's name, his level is already 500 while the rest of them are still level 400ish. I look at Ilvia and point my finger at the screen that's invisible to her.
"Wait, Trevor is already level 500? How?"
Ilvia nods with understanding.
"That's it, I heard that it's hard to reach level 500 even if you hunt monsters around here which is level 800 and above, but he managed to reach level 500 while the rest is still 400ish, so that means he's been here the whole time and leveling up his level in this area and beyond."
I'm amazed by it and just shaking my head.

All the Ophiuchus are gathering around the big table, and they're all just sitting there not saying a single word, then someone appears from the back and everyone is looking at that person walking past them and sitting on the chair that's different from the others. Kingstar looks at that person and sighs while shaking his head.
"Did you overslept or something, Trevor?"
Trevor is tilting his head while raising his eyebrows.
"Yeah, my bad."
They all just scoff at him, then Lothair looks at Trevor while giggling holding his laughter.
"Now that everyone is here, why are you summoning all of us here, Emperor Trevor?"
Trevor scoffs and smirks.
"I think it's time to make a move, I got the information about Kalitzar and Aspen's whereabouts."
