Saintess Aria is glaring at Alucard with the gemstone in her hands while pointing it at him. Alucard is crouching in pain while we can see a black fog or mist is coming out from his body as if he's getting burned. At the same time while we are watching Alucard is getting burned by the light, Ivonna grabs my arm and I turn around to look at her, her body is glowing and everyone starts to realize that as well. Kingstar and the others are slowly walking away from Ivonna, she looks at me with confusion while gulping nervously.
"What happened to me?"
Before I can say something, Ivonna walks back while pressing her hands on her chest while screaming in pain. She moans and groans in pain while her body starts glowing brighter and brighter. She stumbles on a rock and falls on her back while she keeps pressing her hands on her chest and wiggling her legs in pain. Her HP isn't depleting at all and it's more like she's in pain because of something else, but then I realize that it might have something to do with [Heugron's Soul Essence] that she possessed.
I don't know what to do because the soul essence can't be taken since it belongs to her. I get up and run toward her but I can feel a heat radiating around her that feels like I'm having the worst sunburn but its dozens of times worse than that. I can't get closer to her while we all are staring at Ivonna with confusion and fear, I try to get closer to her and my body is starting to tremble so fast that it feels like my whole body is vibrating and my vision becomes blurry. It seems that my dodge rate is trying to prevent me from taking damages from the radiation.
I force myself to get closer to her while closing my eyes since the light is blinding me. I remember where is she laying down, and immediately slide toward her, I extend my arms and slightly open my eyes. As soon as I see Ivonna in front of me, I immediately wrap my arms around her and lift her up but my whole arms are burning. I'm not taking damage but the pain is immersable and I'm trying so hard to endure it. I look at her and she's screaming so loudly that this is the first time I see her like this, I shake her body with everything I got.
"Ivy! Wake up!"
As soon as she heard my voice she slightly opens her eyes and stares at me as if she's in pain. She weakly grabs my arm and shows her vulnerable expression as if she's asking for my help to get her out of the pain, but I can't do anything about it since the divine power that Saintess Aria brought with her is making [Heugron's Soul Essence] reacts to it.
"I can't do anything, Ivy, you need to endure it. I will be here next to you so don't worry, I will stay here no matter what."
Ivy closes her eyes again and the light around her body suddenly burst and it creates some kind of aurora that oozes around her and it keeps expanding. The burn around my body is unbearable and I start to lose my stamina very significantly, my eyes are getting heavy and I'm about to pass out. I try so hard to stay awake, unfortunately, I can't resist it anymore and slowly close my eyes. Before I lose consciousness entirely, I can see Ivonna's eyes are wide open and her eyes are glowing white, she looks at me and slowly and gently puts me to the ground.
Francesca and the others are already run away from Ivonna because they can't handle the heat and of course to prevent from taking damage from her. She squints her eyes and looks at Ivonna who's standing and walking toward Alucard, but she realizes that Ivonna looks weird by the way she walks. She walks like she's a man and as if she's having a buff body, she's slowly walking toward Alucard while clenching her fist. Her fist is bleeding because her nails are tearing her palm, she stands in front of Alucard and Saintess Aria is shocked to see Ivonna standing in front of him.
Ivonna lifts her right hand up to the air and then slams it toward Alucard's head, Alucard falls to the ground so hard that the ground is breaking. Everyone is staring at her with their mouths wide open, nobody can believe what just she did to Alucard, she uses her bare hand to knock him out. She grabs Alucard's neck and lifts him up with only one hand, she chokes him while Alucard is struggling to free himself from her but his attacks don't do anything to her. Saintess Aria is shocked but she keeps pointing the gemstone toward Alucard, she realizes that the longer Ivonna is exposed to the gemstone the stronger she becomes.
The longer Kingstar is shaking his head and glaring at her with shock.
"What's happening to her?! How did she become so strong like that!"
Francesca is shaking her head while keep staring at Ivonna.
"I don't know, but whatever is happening to her right now, it's giving us a chance to win the battle against Alucard."
Francesca stands up and looks at the others.
"We can't just waste our time here, we need to help the players fighting the subject while Ivonna is taking care of Alucard. Let's go!"
Everyone nods in agreement and immediately equips their equipment back while running to the frontline.
While they're all running to the frontline, Emma keeps staring at Ivonna, and then she notices something.
"Don't you find it weird that the Saintess and her follower don't get affected by Ivonna's light?"
Michael looks at Saintess Aria and raises his eyebrow.
"Maybe it's because the power that Ivonna possessed is the divine power that the Saintess and her followers use? I think it has something to do with Ivonna's mentor, right? Her mentor is Saintess Eveth and I believe it has something to do with that."
Everyone nods with understanding and then fights the subjects with the players on the frontline.
Ivonna is glaring at Alucard with a big smile on her face, Alucard is staring back at her but then he realizes the familiar power inside Ivonna's body. Alucard is trying to chuckle but he can't and starts coughing while keep staring at her.
"It's been a while, you ugly bastard…"
Ivonna smirks and slams him to the ground again, then she lifts him up again without saying a word. Alucard's grips are getting weaker and weaker, he removes his hands from Ivonna's hand and just accepts his defeat to her.
"Come on, kill me… as you have always wanted…"
Ivonna is lifting her left hand and choking him with both of her hands, Alucard is no longer be able to breathe as his eyes are turning white before he passes out. Ivonna keeps strangling him even though Alucard is no longer conscious, she looks at Saintess Aria and says something to her. Saintess Aria is surprised to hear an ancient language is coming out of her mouth, but unfortunately, she can't understand what's she saying at all since she only knows a few words but none of them are in those words that come out from Ivonna's mouth.
Ivonna removes her hands from Alucard and walks toward her, she looks at the gemstone in her hands. Ivonna takes the gemstone and crushes it into dust with her bare hand, Saintess Aria is shocked and disbelief in Ivonna's action. The moment the light emitting from the gemstone disappears, Ivonna falls to the ground unconscious and Saintess Aria immediately runs and catches her before Ivonna's head hits the ground.
Krestan lands on the ground where Saintess Aria is holding Ivonna, he looks at Alucard that's laying on the ground. He looks at Saintess Aria and approaches her, he opens a portal and Saintess Aria looks at him with confusion. He looks at her and points his finger at Alucard.
"Bring him to the Holy Temple, and imprison him, and don't let him leave. Nobody is currently able to kill him no matter what, and the only place that can weaken and prevent him from gaining power is the Holy Temple. The only one who has the answer to all this madness is Trevor, he knows something that we all don't and maybe he will be able to kill this demon."
Saintess Aria looks at Alucard and then looks back at Krestan.
"We are not strong enough to carry that demon."
Before Krestan can open his mouth, he feels a presence coming out from one of the wreckage. He's about to point his staff toward that person but the person is already standing next to him and ready to stab him. His eyes are wide open as soon as he sees Aspen wearing a mask and a dagger is about to stab his heart from the side.
*SPLAT!*
Krestan opens his eyes and realizes that someone else is standing behind Aspen and already stabbing his heart from behind. Krestan looks at the person behind Aspen and smiles with relief.
"Thank you, Avriel."
Avriel removes her dagger from Aspen and wipes it off with her cloak while watching Aspen falls to the ground. She looks at Alucard while sheathing her dagger.
"Let's bring this thing to the Holy Temple."
The three of them nods but as soon as Saintess Aria is close to Avriel, Avriel is screaming in pain and it startles the two of them. Saintess Aria is looking at her with disbelief and slowly backing away from her.
"You're…. you're one of them?"
